Hello my SPA friends.... I want to bring to your kind notice about a person who is very familiar to all SPA employees... we are all aware that he is not capable of answering any of the questions related to accounts ...... He is the one who cheated all the SPA employees with respect to PF , LTA & Medical . With all our PF , LTA and medical amount he has purchased a new van His vehicle no : KA 03 MM 7210 He says that he is the Accounts head , but he never responds to any of the mails or phone calls.Even if we call he never picks the phone.Then for what reason does the SPA management has provided a phone to him? only CEO ,Mr.Srinivas Shekar and MD , Mr.Shekar knows the reason ? ..... .He never responds to mails..later i found the reason for that ... The reason is he doesn't know to read/write english...... I want to warn the SPA employees regarding the "conveyance allowance" that is indicated in the salary slip . It will be Rs.0 . But as per the law Up to Rs. 800 per month should be given as conveyance allowance which is tax free amount. If you go to a new company it will be a problem , because when i got offer they asked for the salary break up. When i indicated conveyance allowance as zero , they laughed at me and asked "do your company's accounts department know what is conveyance allowance?" So friends , be alert and clarify regarding this to your so called " Accounts head " . As you are all aware that our present Accounts head was once a car driver in our company . I am wondering how come our SPA management decided to fill in the Accounts head position with a car driver.Now many employees will come to know why our SPA accounts department is very worst.I have uploaded the photo of that guy. I completely agree with you, these people are sucking employees blood, They are not at all paying PF fund that is a serious crime, not only shivaraj all management is the same, we bring these people to court and to media, please join us to fight against this company, In a week We bring this matter with media people please support us,

Its a third rated company. Its CEO Srinivas(coward ) and his Father Director Shekar ( ) are Fraudsters They have not payed employees salary and PF/LTA. Instead cheated Customers by taking 40% advance amount on projects. They are 3rd rated . And the Managers are fit for nothing the only know to torture employees. Infrastructure is like Gordon... PLs dont join ths company. its like suicide..
FOR NEW JOINEES ..who does not want the below mentioned things can JOIN THIS COMPANY...
1. Proper Salary given at exact time.
2. no need of medical and LTA..(detected every month and needs to return back yearly once)
3. No need to INCENTIVES ..detected every month..whcih they will not mention in the salary silp...but will detect monthly...
4.Does'nt care about ur health (likke back probelm(or disk problme)...dust allergy...
5. Eye probelm ...due to the monitor which they provide... for employess all r CRT..
6. does not require ur PF
7. does not require any entertainment in lIFE...
ATLASt they will not releave u so easily..as soon as u put ur paper's...by delaying them to stay and lose their offer...untill 1 month before this company has 1 month notice period ..but since most of the people are left and still some are resiging..they have now kept the notice period as 2 months...BE AWARE OF THIS

I was an ex employee of SPA for just 3 months and i experienced the situation at SPA. Before joining the SPA i was working in a reputed MNC company. I never experienced this kind of torture in my previous company. After joining i was begging for my salary as if i was slave to that company. Thank god that i quit it before i got stuck in this bad scenario.
I strongly agree the above comment and really would like to sue the company to the worst. Unity in diversity can make difference to get the SPA to of Court of LAW. Every employee of the SPA must join and must take this extreme step.

I worked in a same company around 4 months, I got all my salaries regularly except variable component for 4 months ..But My reporting manager has helped me a lot and Hats off to him ..I worked in spa computers as Sales Engineer for QNX RTOS Product ..Its nice experience i got from SPA Computers ..
If they are paying salaries regularly, I have not beed resigned from that company ..I resigned to that job only the reason i found, that they wont pay salaries in coming months ..So Immediately Resigned ...
But Overall I got a nice experience, when selling the QNX RTOS with Indian Clients ..Its my privileged to work in SPA Computers ...
