[Resolved]  Sparsh BPO Services 409,Udyog Vihar Phase-3, Gurgaon Pin-122016 — Provident Fund

Dear sir,


I am Saurabh Kumar Jha.I worked with in a Sparsh BPO Services 409,Udyog Vihar Phase-3, Gurgaon Pin-122016 Gurgaon (Haryana) from 20th August 2007 to Sept.2009.for Punjab National Bank Process. my employe no. was 36251.

Although after resineing from there i have submitted my PF form for withdrawel amount in the month of Jan-2010 & it hasbeen told by my Employer that amount will be transferred within 90 days from the date of Full & final settlement with the Company, in my given bank account,

Now It has been more than 9 month,my Provident Fund still haven't been transffered in my bank account.
I have visited Sparsh Gurgaon 409 , many times but i never got positive answer, neither from HR Department nor from Accounts Department even when i call to my rellivent managr they also donot answer me.once again whenever i make call to Provident Fund dept. no body pick the phone in mumbai branch ([protected])

So I request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible & advice me the status of my Provident Fund's & its amount also.
