A payment of Rs. 25/- is charged for this special service. Even the normal mail, costing Rs. 5/-, is faster and takes just 3 days to reach Jabalpur. Money must be refunded to the consumer with an apology for the poor service and non-fulfilment of the implied faster delivery.
