Our supplier send two parcel to us as per Tracking NO: EB[protected]CN & EB[protected] CN On October the same will we not recived ti today, the Department person at mumbai airport custome examination center the One parcel is Burn out in the fire and the second Parcel not founding at the department godown, we visited several time but we are not getting proper Reply,

I've sent Speed post (contains Rakhi) on 31st July'09 for GURGAON from Hyderabad. Till today, i'e. 05th August it is undelivered.
In the tracking status it is showing the item dispatched for Gurgaon SPC on 31st July'09 itself .

I've tried to call the customer care (hyderabad), they are so irresponsible that it seems that they have put down the reciever so all the time phone is busy.

Once luckily i got the number, that lady has asked all the details but after that she didn't turn back.

Please confirm the status as it is showing very bad impression for Indian Post.

We have sent two parcel to Mr. Narendra Kumar, FPAI, Bajaj Bhavan, Noriman Point, Mumbai -400021 vide Speed post no. EW[protected]IN & EW[protected]IN from Hasimara (735215) on 30.07.09 but 9 days already overe and the same is not delivered till date.

Please help me to get it status.
