[Resolved]  Speed Post Service — wrong delivery of article

RESPECTED SIR, I have booked an article in GPO, KOLKATA on 27/12/2011 for SPEED POST.According to my address over the envelop of the article,it should delivered to IGNOU,NEW DELHI,110068.BUT instead of that it delivered any other place(CBSE110092) ON 28/12/2011.MY ARTICLE containing very valuable document including my MD ENTRANCE APPLICATION FOFM,DRAFT,IMPORTANT DOCUMENT.IT should delivered within 31/12/2011,otherwise it will prove a massive damage for me.THE REGISTRATION COPLAINING SECTION OF INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT WORKING FOR SOME DAY,THAT'S WHY I AM UNABLE TO LODGE ANY KIND OF COMPLAIN THEIR.MY article no-EW[protected]IN.I have no alternative option at this moment. I have tried to talk with DELHI speed post service center many times.but they refuse to talk and say to lodge the complain via net on registration complaining section which is not working till now.I will be very greatfull to you,if pay your attention to this problem. thanking you. from DR TANIA MUKHERJEE
