My name is L bijoy singh and i have a complaint against indian speed post service. Recently i send a speed post from lakimpur kheri to my hometown (IMPHAL)on 11 oct 2012 and on 12 it reached lucknow and from that day onward my mail hasnt been send to its destination and it is stuck in lucknow itself ...
