usha — Faulty Things being sold
I have bought Usha Gas Burner (4 Burners) on 24Feb from your store and found on 27Feb during installation that one of its burners was just fixed and when the engineer from Gas company was about to install the pipelines, the burner came out and fell apart. On 28Feb we visited the Store and complained about the same and was informed that you will get back to us. After 48hrs till now, no one has bothered to even call us back and when complained at the Store, I have been advised that engineer from Usha will come and fix the issue.Firstly, there should not have been any delay in fixing such a critical issue. Secondly, why should we take the faulty piece from Usha and will like to take another piece now.
Clear lack of commitment & irresponsible behaviour from Spencer's Team. Gas burner is something that is a very small but critical piece and if the piece is at fault it can cause a big accident as well. W were lucky that nothing has happened till now but it can happen.
KINDLY REVERT ON PRIORITY WITH AN UPDATE AND ANSWER.

:My boyfriend and I just moved into a house yesterday and we were promised a fridge this morning no later than noon. Well its now 7:37pm and still this fridge is nowhere to be found. Im pissed. The delivery guy would not answer my boyfriends phone calls when he had talked to him earlier so we had to resort to using my number to see if we would get an answer...well sure we did. Of course the usual excuse of its been one of those days and blaming it on customers was what we got from from this person. Well mr. delivery driver promised me a call back in 5 minutes to let me know when he would be making it by tonight...now that all our frozen foods we purchased this morning thinking that we would have a fridge by noon have thawed and are no longer edible I just want to say that this is the worst company i have every dealt with...scam artists is what im getting...;..
spencer — Misleading advertisements
i want to take action against mis leading advertisements put up by various deptt. stores where they show some attractive schemes & billing is done on different pricing schemes & making fool of customers .I'd captured photo graphs , original bills & movie clips of the same .
Can you pls let me know procedure of same & how to file compensation against this . Do i need to go through some advocate or it will be done through consumercomplaint website only ....
