Spencer — Misbehaviour of employees

Hi, I am complaining about the employees of Spencer's at Vinayak City Center, Allahabad.They do not guide the customers properly with respect to the products. Plus, they asked me to stand in the queue for billing and then the employee disappeared and there was no one who could take care of the billing process. The employees were simply chatting and were not addressing the customers The employees working there do not behave properly and act unprofessionally. This has happened for around three times with me. Spencer's at fun republic mall Gomti Nagar is charging money for carry bags even when it has been banned. On my asking why are they charging the sales executive said its company's decision.

Spencer's tarnaka Hyderabad division is charging for plastic covers for given the items bought. When asked they say it's the head office order and the store is very unhygienic since we find cockroaches around when asked them they say since we provide food items sales we find them if interested you buy or leave.
