Dear sir I am purchese your product c 810 after purchasing the haandset itcouse so many problems to me while purchasing the handset in 3 months there is not a single day the handset gives me satisficatoin i told my spice city sarvice center but they did not saticfyed me i send a later in spice company noida but they did not respond me so please solve my problem othere wise i will take spice mobile company in cunsomer court my email id is [protected]@yahoomail.com mycell no [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I was tempted to see huge battery back printed on Box Pack with multimedia support.
Its Battery backup is very low, it needs daily charging i[censored]sed for 30 minutes.
FM reception is very weak, no speaker support. I am not able to listen FM through this mobile tried various settings [using headset lead connector]
Video player is not perfect --very limited formats playable. Image taken from this mobile is not supported for using wallpaper on same mobile, makes user crazy.
Very slow memory reading files. Very slow opening image files one by one.
Very-very low voice recording during video recording and playback of recorded video.
Audio recording is not reliable its sensitivity and voice clearance is low.
Manual supplied with handset easily gives idea of this mobile as it is somewhat fake type handset.
