spice c-810 — DON'T BUY SPICE MOBILES

I had bought a SPICE mobile set (Model No. C-810) on 29th March 2008 (Bill No./Invoice No.: 3681) expecting the phone to last for atleast the guaranteed period without any problems. However, since I've had the phone, it has gone into repairing thrice for the same problem, i.e., the voice of the caller is not audible at all. Even after getting it repaired thrice, the same problem persists.


The phone was serviced at HOTSPOT, Lajpat Nagar which is an authorised service center.


I would like to get my SPICE mobile handset REPLACED immediately else I would seek help from the consumer court to compensate for the low grade product provided which has not only affected my communication with others but also made me suffer monetary losses to huge amounts.


Looking at the quality of products provided to its customers, I find it hard to believe that SPICE would last in this competitive industry very long.

I hope this request falls on active ears and some action is taken at the earliest.

I have also purchased same set ( C-810 ) on 04/03/2009 and having facing same type of problem...heating hust after 5 minutes use + battery back up only for one day + upward button not working + unexpected jerking souund in the set.

i have contacted the hot spot rajouri garden for replacement, , , , but they denied...it is just harrasment of the consumer...and i will lodge a written complain with Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum -III rd, Janakpuri, New Delhi if this problem is not being redressed immediately.

i have buy SPICE-C810 at MY MOBILE SHOP at BHAVNAGAR, GUJRAT. Its bill no - 1824, Bill Book no-19, Dated19/12/2008...And the intresting thing is it has gone two times repairing in the same problems at authorised service center. The last time i have repaired phone they have take one month. and asking by me for my phone many times then they reply me that...there are big problems so we send it ahmedabad...after few day they replied...phone can not repair by ahmedabad service center so...now we send your phone at DELHI...then after one month i have received my phone...but after few days the same problems standing...

I HAVE SPICE 810. ITS JUST ONE MONTH OLD. SINCE THE DAY ONE I M FACING LOAD OF PROBLEM. ITS NOT AT ALL USER FRIENDLY. THOUGH I M HAVING 1 GB MEMORY CARD I M NOT ABLE TO DOWN LOAD A SINGLE SONG OR ANY IMAGE FILE. I CONTACTED SERVICE CENTRE THEY ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO SATISFY ME. MOREOVER THEY CHARGED ME RS. 400 FOR A SERVICE . SHOULD I GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE CHEATING.

I M FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND ALSO OTHER MAJOR PROBLEM. ACTULY I BOUGHT THE HANDSET IN THE NAME OF RELIANCE BUT NOW I M REPENTING FOR MY DECISION.DONT AT ALL BUY SPICE-810. I PROMISE YOU WILL BUY HEADACHE.

My self Ravi Residence in delhi , I bought a spice C- 810 last year it is doing well but from last last month i am facing net work problem. After so many approch to customer care of spice service center the problem is still remain.

Please do the need full.

I HAD PURCHASED A SPICE C-810 FROM ANIL ENTERPRISES BAREILLY(U.P)243001 INSIST OF SALES PERSON RELATED TO ANIL ENTERPRISES BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS PROBLEMS GOT COMING IN MOBILE AFTER THAT I WENT TO NOIDA SEC-25 SPICE MALL & DEPOSITE MY MOBILE,AFTER GIVING MY MOBILE,I ASKED TO PERSON WHEN WILLN I GET MY MOBILE HE’S SAID IN EVENING SAME DAY WENEVER U COME THN FIRSTLY CALL ME THN COME BUT PHONE DID NT PICK AFTER MAKING MANY CALLS WHICH PH.NO.IS-[protected].AFTER THAT I WENT THERE AND SAID WHY DON’T U PICK THE PHONE HE REPLYS ME NO ADDITIONAL PERSON FROM COMPANY FOR PICKING PHONE,AND ASKING ABOUT MOBILE COMPLAINT U WILL RECEIVE UR MOBILE AFTER 12TO15 DAYS.UR MOBILE GONE TO COMPANY.IN THAT CONDITION WHAT SHOULD I DO?TELL ME


I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT TIME WILL U TAKE FOR REPAIR MY MOBILE.

dont ever buy a SPICE mobile...network problem - cant make or receive calls, battery backup is farse...very bad investment

spice c-810 — bluetooth problem

i submitted my spice handset to spice authorised service centre for one month.
but even after one month my problem was not solved and they said that this problem cannot be sorted out by them.this can be solved by comp. only so you go to company through internet......

Purchased 1year back and now the battery is not holding the charge and noe it needs to be changed.
