[Resolved]  spice c-810 — Low Battery Backup

Hello Sir
My name is Amit Jain R/o. 87, Kabir Nagar, Ambala Cantt. I have purchased a New Spice Mobile C-810 having bill no. 2668 dated 2-1-09 of Rs. 6500/- (Sixty Five Hundred). On the box of mobile it is mentioned that 15 days Standby or 10 hrs talktime. My usage is very high so I purchased this mobile for the reason that its have 10 hrs. talktime. After using this mobile its give only 2-3 hrs continuous talktime. I went to service centre on 27th Jan 2009. He says it is Software Problem. So they updated the software. But the problem is as it is. I went to service more than 10 times & deposit my handset for many days there. They send the set to Delhi Service Centre & change its board, battery etc 2 times. But the problem is as it is. Its gives only 2-3 hrs talktime backup & run only for one day.
I sending u some complaint number & date when I visit & deposit the handset to Service Centre.

On 4-6-09 I received my handset but the problem is as it is. There is no solution for my set.

Sir I borrowed a set from my friends for several time because I have not any other CDMA SIM Based Mobile Set.
So Please solve this Problem
