[Resolved]  Spice — INADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE OF SALESMEN LEADING TO CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION

1. I purchased Spice Mobile Model 4580 from Spice Retail Ltd, Store No 73, Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 22 Nov 09 (one day back) vide Invoice No[protected]. At the time of purchase I was told by the Salesman named Mr Arif that in order to tranfer the data from PC to mobile data cable can be used since it does not have the Blue tooth.
2. On reaching home when I tried to transfer the data from PC to Mobile through data cable I did not succeed. I immediately rang up your Mobile Store wherein I was told by Mr Amit (salesman) to come on next day i.e. on 23 Nov 09. Today I went to your store and complained about my inability to tranfer the data. Your salesmen sitting in the shop also tried to tranfer the data (songs, pictures etc) through data cable and when they did not succeed they very convientently told me that data can not be transferred through data cable and I would need Card Reader for the same.
3. My purpose of buying this mobile is defeated since I did not want to get into the hassle of opening the mobile, removing the battery and taking out Micro SD card and tranfer the data which otherwise could have been done easily through data cable without opening the mobile.
4. I wish to state that due to Inadequate Knowledge of your Salesmen I have been put into lot of inconvenience, harrassment and dissatisfaction. I opted for paying more money and buying the next model Spice 5151 or 5252. But I was told that the same is not feasible as this mobile though bought just one day back can not be replaced.
5. In view of the above I request your good honour to issue instructions to your mobile store to replace this mobile handset with next upgraded version of Spice M 5151 or 5252. I will pay for the difference in cost. I am sure Spice will live upto the expectations of its name and will do small favour to satisfy a customer since I have been put to lot of harrassment and dissatisfaction due to inadequate knowledge of the salesmen resulting into misleading the customer without any fault of mine.
