Spice — bad service

i purchase a spice mobile set in the month of aug2009 with 6months warranty.after one month i had a problem in battery,i complained to customer care they told me to take a new battery after one month,after one month i again visited to the customer care service,again they told me to come after one month,two times i have visited the customer care but their is no response,still they miss behaved with me on the reason of no stock,some body told me that they r neglecting for to cross the period of 6months warranty.last time i gave my ear phone to service centre after one month they told me that it could not be repaired come after one month.this is the story of mathura (up) service centre.so kindly please take a action against them.other wise it will decrease yr no of customers.
