Spice — NO REPLACEMENT

I purchased a mobile phone of spice model no: S585 from MUSIC MAHAL NEW MARKET BHOPAL M.P on 1st of January 2009.After 2 months several problem occurred they are:
1 hanging
2 auto shut down
3 not able to read Sim card and memory card
4 blank screen
so to resolve these problems i submitted my cell phone to TRISHA ENTERPRISES spice mobile care center. After 10 days of submission i got my mobile back but the same problem persist.Up till now i submitted my mobile for 3 times regarding the same problem and they repaired it every time but the same problem occurred.Now on 9th December 2009 again i submitted my mobile for the same problem and while submitting they told me that We'll replace your mobile,but up till now( 22rd of January 2010) i reached there 3 times to pick up my cell phone and on checking my cell phone the same problem persist,they told me that we have send this mobile to the company and the company repaired the mobile and send it back,finally on 23rd of january they called me and said that the company has updated the software of your mobile and send it back without replacement and when i reached there to pick my cell phone the problem is not resolved up till now.
I m really fed up from this mobile so please do me a favor and resolve this problem
