SPICE D-88 — No Response from Police after a complaint

i am from Vijayawada @ Andhra Pradesh
i lost my Spice D-88 mobile with dual sims having the numbers, [protected] and [protected]
in my hometown by thief's
i have th complaint to police on the same day i.e.,[protected],

still now i.e.,[protected]. police have no response

i have the unique IMEI which was verified earlier as [protected]

please any help me to know how to proceed to get my mobile with working condition
