Spice Jet Airlines — Charging excess fare

Spicejet while returning from Guwahati to Bangalore charged Rs.3000/-for excess baggage. Though I carried only 36 Kgs as against allowed 40 Kgs for tow passengers. the counterman roughly handled by issuing receipt when I had demanded for weighing again. He informed that it is 70 kgs while the man weighed informed him 54.350 Kgs. However actual weight was only 36Kg. I had lodged complaint in this regard compalint No.CR No.68015.Kindly arrange to refund the same to my Address at 785 RBI Layout, J.P nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore -560078.
