Spice Jet Airlines — online booking done ticket confirmation not received

I booked a ticket on 24th dec 09 from Jaipur to Ahmedabad by SG 807 through my VISA CARD (ICICI DEBIT CARD ) NO-[protected] Saving Account no[protected].
My tickets could not booked properly, your net did not reflect PNR or any Ref. no and My Bank debited Rs. 9599.00 to credit in your as per details bil/[protected]/9599.00/SPICEJET_MIC191 dated 24/12/09.
My booking details of passenger name- Sunil k rastogi, Dolly Rastogi, Eshitaa Rastogi & Infant Madhav.Phone no given are [protected] & [protected]
date of jorney booked 27/12/09.
you are highly requested to refund my amount ASAP.

I booked a ticket on 2nd january 2010 from Guwahati to Bangalore by SG 529 through my debit card of SBI for the departure date 25/01/2010 but I have not received yet the e-ticket where the amount payable for the ticket has already been debited from my account.The details are given below:-

Booking date :-02/01/2010
Departure date :- 25/01/2010.
Amout :-Rs.5729/-
Flight no. :- SG 529
Name of the Booking Agency:- Makemytrip.com.
I therefore highly requested you to look into the matter and kindly to arrange to provide me the ticket.
