This is the third time I have had a bad experience with Spice Jet airlines and I have sworn never to fly with then again, nor would I let any of my near and dear ones do that.
Following are my experiences:
1. Flight from Delhi to Pune: On reaching the airport I was told that the flight was pre-poned by 1 hour and had already left. I had received no notification about the same.
2. Flight from Delhi to Mumbai- The flight was clubeed with the next flight to Mumbai ( no explanations given) and was hence delayed by 2-3 hours.
3. Latest experience- 2 days back- Flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad- was cancelled. SMS was sent 7 hours before the departure. No explanation was given.
I would request everyone reading this to please avoid flying with Spice Jet as they are extremely unreliable and unproffessional. Was this information helpful? |
I made a date change for one sector. Was charged for 2 sectors. Also, was additionally charged for 2 additional meals! That is for 4 meals on 2 flights. Was told that some "seniors" in customer service dept will call me back. Hasn't happened yet.
My PNR : N29SCF.
Made a request for cancellation for one passenger (from PNR Q1Q7BC). The name was removed to another PNR. But, no information of the new PNR - neither by email nor by SMS. Over 2 weeks! On calling Spicejet, they refused to give me the new PNR on phone. Said they've sent email and SMS. So, now I have no new PNR, and cannot cancel the booking. So I lose the money paid to them! Great!!!
