Hi,
I am not sure whom to address this email but here goes a summary about how I was victimized today by Spice-Jet a renowned airlines being operated in India and fools like me opting for it.
My flight was supposed to leave Kolkata Netaji Subhash Airport at 5.05 pm for Bangalore. I was there at 4:15 pm to get the flight. People who travel frequently must know that this time is much more sufficient to board a flight completing all formalities even in case of international flights.
All of a sudden I was told that the boarding pass counter has been closed and I am not allowed to get in.The staff sitting in the outside counter of the airport( a literate lady) said that the flight has not yet left but I am not allowed to get inside. When asked for reason she said she is allowed to say only this much by her godfather who was invisible. After much hassle I managed to get a receipt which says may be I can get a return. In order to keep my illiteracy with myself I returned to a different counter and bought a ticket of Indigo and returned home.
Now the question is who is the person who is actually going to listen to this incident and take some action. Or like many other proud Bengali or proud Indians I will have to think that this is a real god-forsaken land with all thieves trying to maintain a process where anything can go wrong anytime and things will actually be controlled by their whims and impulses.
I feel ashamed of myself to be called as a people from this pathetic place where in-spite of having enough money you will be able to do nothing since these fu#$%rs believe that its their rule that can prevail.
I am not here to change anybody, but I believe that there might some probability of getting somebody who can speak or who does his or her job.
To all, stop becoming happy when terms like "low-fare" airlines are highlighted. Trust me its so low that it will never take you in air, rather you will end up being a fool like me.
I am really looking forward to somebody, a real human to come forward and speak.
