Spice Jet Airlines — Refund against the ticket cancelled

I had cancelled the ticket on 13th February 2012 ticket. 17 days passed but funds still not credited. Worst system of refund When asked the customer care they have hundreds of problem in their system. Today I was not ready to keep the phone unless there was an answer, finally someone called the supervisor spoke to me and after literally shouting she told now its manually done. This can be confirmed only when the amount is actually hit my account. They could have done this long back but they just dont want to do unless the customer yells at them.

Spicejet — DELAY TO REFUND CANCELLED TICKET

Shri P K Gururajan booked2ticketson 19/11/2012 for travel on06/12/2012 from COIMBATORE TO CHENNAI
On 04/12/2012 he had cancelled the same and has applied for refund . Till date there is no response or refnd of fare of Rs.13504/
