[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — scheme 777

I have mailed a complaint against scheme 777 to spicejet on company email id [protected]@spicejet.com but afteq 48 hrs. No any executive or any concern person contact to me please do something for me..i also mentioned that mail wat i already to send spicejet...

You have launched a scheme known as 777 for the ticket booking on your 7 anniversary on 23.5.2012. As per your scheme the ticket will be available in 777 for anywhere in india and according to your scheme the booking time of the ticket should be between 7am to 8.17 am. I reached airport at 5.32 am from my residence in ghaziabad for booking the tickets in your scheme. There is a que on your indra gandhi international airport terminal 1's counter and i joined the que at 5.40am after that i recieved a application form no. 39 at 6.30am from your counter. I filled that form for the booking of my ticket from delhi to srinagar for journey date 25.6.2012 and return ticket from srinagar to delhi for the date 30.6.2012 but when your scheme time was opened at 7am, your executive who was on duty informed the whole croud who wants to book their tickets in your scheme, that your server is down and wait for few minutes, after waiting sometime you have not issued a single ticket to any person after the shouting of public you have collected the application forms at 8.30am and give a reciept at 8.50am with your co. rubber stamp and told to the public that your executive will called every person and make sure that the tickets definately booked in the scheme but your executive did not informed when will call us. After that i left the airport on 8.57 am to my residence and reached at my residence by 11.30am. I harrased by you for 7 hours for booking my ticket in scheme 777 and i wasted my precious time due to you. You have made fool to public by launching a froud scheme. Give me my ticket as per my form no. 39 which is i deposite on your counter in three days otherwise i will filed civil and criminal case in competent court against you for your froud and copensation for mental and physical harrasment and wasting my presious time
