Respected Sir/Madam,
I have done 2 transactions from spicejet website on 10-June-2009 (through citibank debit card). But when I have cross checked with citibank I found that there were 3 transactions done from spicejet. Please rectify how and who have done the 3rd transaction.
Transactions that I have done are:
Confirmation Number: I6SWAN Amount: 3980
Confirmation Number: Q6QTLV Amount: 6920
[protected][protected]---- Amount: 5190 [I am not aware of this transaction]
I have informed about the same problem to SpiceJet through email and got response that they will investigate and resolve the complain within 24hr. It's almost 48 hrs now and I am yet to hear anything from spicejet. I also tried contacting spicejet on [protected], [protected] and, [protected] but no one picked the phone.
