[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Model M5252 — about video quality of mobile

i have purchased this mobile in india.the dealer told me that this will work in CA usa. but I find this is not working in usa. why dealer should misguide me like this. my model is spice M5252.

we have not connect my mobile with data cable to laptop so what i will be do?

my mobile video is not open and video recorder only 00.15 sekend avilebel

so unsatisfactory mobile i have seen ever :
1) no marking system
2)video player plays only one format (3gp), why don't avi or mp4
3)pictures of format jpg and size less than 50 or 60 kb can be opened only
4)no extra softwares can be added
5) no extra games can be added
6)video runs in very slow mode

I have Brought Spice m5252 mobile.It is 15 days back.
In this mobile Video problem, When connecting pc it shows charger connected. what can i do ?

Spice M-5252 mobile totally waste mobile.
many problems is occurred.
1.video problem.
2 PC suite problem
3.internet connection problem.
4.soft ware is very slow. etc...

sir i think spice m5252 is very bad mobile.net speed is also slow.i cant download a single song from net and also video format is to bad that we cannot see any movies or any song .

please clear our video software problem

I have purchased a Mobile Set M5252n IMEL NO.[protected] & [protected] on dtd. 26.09.2010 from Heena Corporation E/14, City Centre, Sector-IV, B. S. City-827004(Jharkhand) Vide Ph. No[protected]. Since a few months ago it has been observed that even a full charge the battery does not run even 24 hrs. The matter has been reported to the Authorized Spice Service Centre, Sector-IV, B. S. City, Bokaro Jharkhand, Ph No.+91 [protected] but after a lapse of two weeks they have serviced the Mobile Set without replacing the weak battery. As such have facing the same trouble i.e. frequent charging which is affecting badly especially during journey.
The Authorized Service Centre also expressed their willingness to replace the battery by the Customer’s own cost as and when required even in the warranty period.
You are therefore requested to enquire the matter and give me the proper feedback so that I will have to proceed so as to set right the Mobile- set as far as useable.
