I gave my mobile phone model xlife-425 3g to service center jay jagannath enterprises, balasore which is under warranty. I give service center vide requesr no:18101745h20001 on dt:06.02.2017, but till now i can't receive my mobile. When i call to spice service center of phone number [protected] but they always told take 6 to 10 days more. After 10 days when i call they also repeat same. They always told the mobile can't service, i will replace another mobile. But time spends 3 months.

    Sir,
    I am unable to get the battery of spice mi 535 pinaclepro set.
    Further, there is no response from the customer care.
    Whether the top management is sleeping or they have packed their business!!
    Surprising! No body is responding.
    The battery is also not available in the market.
    If i am not getting the battery then my set will be converted to a paperweight.

        As per your instruction i have again given my hendset to the same service center - where it was repaired
        Handed over to me only two days back with same problem - at the time of delivery they told me that lcd was change & my lcd same problem exist. What does it means? Did they harreshed me?

          I purchased a spice xlife proton 5 pro mobile form cyber king at bankura, west bengal. The phone was under warranty and deposited to spice service center at bankura on 15.02.2017 for network and bluetooth problems, the service request no. Is 25100049h20097. But after some days they told me that they were unable to repair it so the handset has been sent to delhi service center. After 2 moths they don't repaired my phone yet. After many phone calls and visits they only tell me that the defective part is not available and it will take more time. When i will get my phone back? If they are unable to repair it they should replace with new one.

            I purchased a spice mobile (MODEL NO. XLIF=425 3G) for m son Mr. Mayank from open market at Ghaziabad. The phone was under warranty as on[protected] while it was deposit to repair some technical problems. The service Request No. 24101079GC0406.

            The said spice mobile (MODEL NO. XLIF=425 3G) was deposited for repair at New Spice Sales and Solu, Authorised Service Centre, Shine Town, 255, Wright Ganj, G.T. Road, Ghanta Ghar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201001.

            We contacted with the said New Spice Sales and Solu, Authorised Service Centre, Ghaziabad, the said mobile did not repair till to date, even after completion of around three months. However, as per the terms & condition 5 of the service request and mobile deposit form that Spice shall repair and deliver the handset within reasonable time period. Upon intimation, Customer should take delivery of handset within 21 working days.

            It is also to difficult to contact with spice mobile customer care telephone number[protected] as given on the service request form.

            Concerned Spice Mobile Company may communicate to me about the present status of repair of said spice mobile (MODEL NO. XLIF=425 3G). deposited at New Spice Sales and Solu, Authorised Service Centre, Ghaziabad on[protected].

                Dear sir,
                I hereby again request you to look upon my matter of not getting a lcd combo display for my spice mobile mi 535. Previously i have already sent a mail regarding this matter to your provided mail address, but i have neither got any reply from your side nor any reply from the spice mobility company. The damage of the lcd display has ruined my phone and now it is just a piece of junk lying at a corner. It is not in that bad condition that i shall throw that away, therefore i am desperately searching for a screen here amd there starting from all shops to all online stores. And if you suggest me to go to the service center and ask redressal, then let me clear it out, i have been to the service centre at bhubaneswar twice and both the times the executives have refused to even look it the issue of the mobile. Neither they are cooperating, or their company is cooperating, nor i am getting any help from your side sir. Being a consumer i have the rights to be informed, so i hereby request to share this matter to the concerned authority and provide me appropriate answer. I shall be thankful and greatful, if atlast my work gets done by filing this complaint in your website.

                    I hereby want to make you aware that since 1 year, I have been trying for getting a LCD display for my spice mi-535 handset . But since then, after lots of try I am not able to get it . I went to my nearby service centre (at Bhubaneswar), but they simply denied to even see what's the issue in my mobile . The mobile is hardly 3-4 years old. Spending a sum of 9999, now it's just a piece of junk because the combo LCD display is totally damaged. In addition to this, the LCD display is neither available in the market, nor at any online shop . Being a big company, spice is neither responsible for the requests of its customer nor is eligible to provide spare parts for its products
                    Henceforth, I request you to look upon my matter, and take all necessary steps and actions to get my work done as soon as possible . I thereby will be thankful to you, if I get a good news from you as a reply .

                    LCD display for model no mi535 is not available.s o high cost Mobile is useless without spare parts.the company with high repute must solve the problems otherwise no Faith will be there. If it is not possible exchange offer maybe given.

                          I have given my Spice Proton 5" for repair at Optimum Teleservices 160, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-92 on 08/11/2016 but I hv not reced the set till date. Now the representative at Service Centre, is telling Service Centre has been closed permanently. How can I get my set back. I have made the full payment for repairing of the same.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased this nexian - nv45 with flipkart 11 month ago. I never found services center. It was diffult for me to go with small baby on earlier complaint in march time.

                              Last 2 day again facing network issue a d it doesnt show network. I m not able to use the phone. I month is left under warranty.

                              I call so many time in may for below issue not received anyy response.

                              Last 2day i am mailing [protected]@smobility.in
                              Which is spice customer center earlier also contact filpkart and spice center but they failed to deliver services.

                              1) battery run out very quickly without using internet.
                              2) phone hang up on call.
                              3) ram work slowly. If download app it is take time.
                              4) while taking call hangup.
                              5) while taking other (Dialer) person can not hear the voice
                              6) no extra application added than phone.
                              7) network also goes while on calling
                              8) once hangup can not redial phone.
                              9) other people calling are saying that your phone seems switch off or not connect.

                              Please provide me the solution. I am located at bangalore - 560100provide services center or replace by picking up.

                              I m not sure that i will received services only one month left for warranty.

                              What to do next. While for exchange it is not an option available to sale it. It cost me 3799. I have all bill box and accessories

                              I have complaints against both filpkart and spice both are failed to provide services. Waste of money. Flipkart it is not accept in exchange offer. How come other web will accept. 3799 is now 0 in last 6 months. While first time complanit raised. Also flipkart has started providing m8bile under warranty repair services. It was also not happen. While my complaint arised within 3 months after phone purchased.

                                My Mobile is lying from since 2nd September 2016 at service center in Mysore, Karnataka which is really unacceptable.
                                Given Phone thrice and frequently visited for repair but problem exists and not rectified.
                                Battery order under SR No.10100533GB0002 of Nov 11 till date not received.
                                Phone is totally unfit from date of purchase, No customer care number, Invalid numbers on web also.
                                No proper listed service centers.
                                No spice sales shop also .
                                Written letter to said address on Box
                                nNo reply.
                                I request to kindly replace me with a proper working phone for the money paid at earliest.
                                I never seen such a worst phone like Color 525Q.

                                I had been deposited my spice xlife M5+ mobile at Smart Solution Service centre, Agartala on 18.10.2016 for minor repairing but till today no response were receive from service centre. Please take nacessary action.Thanking you.

                                  This phone was purchases on 22 may 2016 purchased online thru homeshop 18. The phone does not work properly from day it was opened. Requested for return but not entertained as 3 days had lapsed.
                                  Battery draining out no network, auto switch off and on frequently.
                                  Given for repair on september 3rd and battery being under guarantee period ordered vide 10100533gb002, but till date not received. So kindly send battery at earliest with extended warranty for the period or kindly replace my phone with new one.

                                    I bought spice mobile from Home shop 18 on 5 Jan 2016 and it was delivered on 18 jan 2016 . I wasn’t available till 21 jan 2016 at my home. I switched on my phone the next day on 22 jan2016, I observed that phone was draining fast after being fully charged.I informed that customer care to replace my phone as i was the of the opinion that this happened due to technical issue.
                                    The reply from customer care was that this phone could be exchange with a new one only within 48 hours after delivery hence the customer care refused my request to exchange .

                                    On the 23rd of jan 2016 I mailed my problem to the customer care of the home shop 18 and at the same time spice mobile customer care but didn’t get any help or feedback from either side, I was searching for a service center in pajnim goa but it was closed, finally I did locate the new spice service center and I got my handset examined . The executive present their inform me of some software issue and asked it to be left for a day. the next day I went to collect the same but was unable to check due to battery drained, than he told me to charge overnight which I did the next morning ( last week of sep.2016) i switched on the phone again and it took almost half an hour to start . after a minute of operation the phone didn’t boot at all. on the 4th of oct 2016 I went to service centre again . this time once again gave me the same reason of software issue and asked for a day to examined the set again. i asked for a receipt they were not able to provide me as there was no power in the shop. instead the gave me as visiting card as an acknowledgement. Again I went on 5th October and finally they expressed their regret and also informed me that the set has to be sent to the delhi for further rectifications and it will take 15-20 days .in the month of October and nov 2016 I made several calls to home shop 18 and spice but there was no satisfactory reply and the executive talk to me rudely and even told me to get the set repaired in the open market, I told him I don’t have any issue on this but you gave me the same via an email but till date no such mails have been given. I regret that no satisfactory reply have been mail to me.

                                    The latest development as of 9th of dec 2016 to the status of my handset is that it been replaced with a different set without any invoice or guaranty please explain how can I except a product without any valid document, this sale is not complete and I request you to either refund the cost of the set or hand with the proper document with warranty.

                                    So please look into and resolve the matter on priority

                                      Hi,

                                      I have Purchased this Nexian- NV45 with Flipkart 11 month ago. I never found services center. It was diffult for me to go with small baby on earlier complaint in march time.

                                      Last 2 day again facing network issue a d it doesnt show network. I m not able to use the phone. I month is left under warranty.

                                      I call so many time in may for below issue not received anyy response.

                                      Which is spice customer center earlier also contact filpkart and spice center but they failed to deliver services.

                                      1)Battery Run out Very quickly without using internet.
                                      2) Phone Hang up on call.
                                      3) Ram work Slowly. If download App it is take time.
                                      4) while Taking call Hangup.
                                      5) While taking other (Dialer)person can not hear the Voice
                                      6)No Extra application added than phone.
                                      7) Network Also Goes while on calling
                                      8) Once Hangup Can not Redial phone.
                                      9) other people calling are saying that your phone seems switch off or not connect.

                                      Please Provide me the solution. I am Located at Bangalore- 560100Provide services center or replace by picking up.

                                      I m not sure that i will received services only one month left for warranty.

                                      What to do next. While for exchange it is not an option available to sale it. It cost me 3799. I have all bill box and accessories

                                      I have complaints against both filpkart and spice both are failed to provide services. Waste of money. Flipkart it is not accept in exchange offer. How come other web will accept. 3799 is now 0 in last 6 months.while first time complanit raised. Also flipkart has started providing m8bile under warranty repair services. It was also not happen. While my complaint arised within 3 months after phone purchased.

                                        My spice mobiles was not working. I have submitted mobile handset under complaint no.07101338G90094 dated 16.09.2016 at Faridabad. spice centre has informed maximum 15 days desired for deliver to handset. but every 15 days he has require 15 days more. Finally i have submitted mail dated 16.11.2016 for issue a new handset at earlier. but no action till date.
