I purchased spice x life m5+ handset from homeshop18 but it got hanged and camera got dead. so i submitted to service center but no response by the Spice company after 15 days.

    I have purchased Spice 5.5 3G android MI549 with IMEI no. [protected]#[protected] on 05/12/2014 and within a year of purchase this cell has already been in the service centre twice for the same problem of back camera.
    Now again the back camera of phone is not working since 09/02/2016. I have already complaint about it before.
    Now I want to change it as it has a manufacturing defect.

      On date 20/01/2016 I gave my mobile to Raigarh customer service I.e. HARSH MOBILE POINT they kept it for 1 week later they sand it to Bhopal but still I am not getting any information about my spice phone...
      Wat is going on its 1 month but still I don't have my mobile .
      So plz either help me or better I should inform people not to use spice mobile boz of this kind of service...

        Resp. Sir, i have purchase spice boss m5361 imei no [protected] on 10.02.16, but its totally decfective its music is not satisfactory, its torch is not active, and become hot when put on charging,
        I have returned it to shop from where i had purchase it ( aachal mobile store, karanja lad, washim)on date 11.02.16 but still is not sending to distributor nor to service center,
        I have visited to service center for checking they said that they dont get such handset for repairing/service.
        Its looking that spice mobile company is unable to provide good services to customers. Its will be good that my money will be refunded

            To the managing director spice mobiled, handset spice mi 551, IMEI NO. [protected] purchased from home shopee 18, produced defect after 4 months only, the set was sent to service centre and I was informed it can't be repaired, as such will be replaced by another model, but the model they are providing me is lower in configuration as compared to mi 551, which is not genuine
            I am asking them to replace it with equal or higher configuration, as other companies do but they are reluctant, as a result of which the hand set is lying with them for the last two months and I am suffering

              Dear Sir,

              With ref to the above I wish to inform you that I had purchased a spice handset -dream uno android one with imei no [protected] vide attached Invoice no DEL[protected] on 26/06/2015 Because the battery was not holding charge then i approached your service center at District center Janakpuri on 16/11/2015 for getting the problem resolved of my set. They told me that the battery is ok but there is some internal problem/manufacturing defect and they send the set to head office and told me that the problem will be resolved. I got the set back from the service center on 28.11.2015 i.e after 13 days vide job sheet no[protected]FB0228) and without getting the problem resolved and further damages to the power button and pcb of the set . Because the set was not getting charge I had to deposit the set on 30.11.2015 at your same service center and I got the set back on 09.12.2015 i.e after 11 days vide job sheet no[protected]FB0519) but the problem was not resolved and I had to deposit the set on the same day and a fresh job sheet vide job sheet no[protected]FC0173) was prepared even after 35 days i could not get my set .
              I am calling regularly at your service center and I also have a talk with Mr. Avinash (Team Leader) . He has assured me that you will get your set replaced with new one since it is a manufacturing defect till date I didn't get replaced set .
              Since it is a manufacturing defect and for a long time the set is in your custody you are requested to replace the set with new one.

                I have a delivered my spice mobile handset at "TOUCH PALACE", Guwahati for repairing against SRN No.03100913FC0121 dated:08.12.2015. I have approached to the above-said handset on 19.01.2016. The above-said authorized service centre has delivered me a old and separate model of handset in place handset of spice smart mobile model No.MI-501, which I refused to accept. Hence, I have returned the mobile handset to the above-said service centre to handover my spice mobile vide SRN No.03100913GI10331 dated:19.01.2016. The matter may please be looked into and facilitate early delivery of my original spice mobile handset.

                      Dear company We have Purchased SPICE FL0 6111 Star Mobile Combo pack ( 2 unit) through Home Shop 18 but as we have taken it to proper use then this moble is not proper working supposed SOUND NOT CLEAR.                         The sellers of this company should make arrangement for the access of the accessories required for the customers after the purchase of the products from their company. Otherwise it should have specified beforehand the accessories are not available in the market at the time of purchase or they should not have produced the mobiles and sold in the market.

On 29/10/2015 any unknown reasons the service centre change the service request number to 25102224FA0199 on 29/10/2015. I request them to give me the request form but they told me when you give me the old request form...

                            Before one year my father had purchased a spice mi-516 phone from homeshop18 after 6-7 months its starts showing its battery problem and sound problem. battery used to discharge in 1 day only even it was 100% charged and while calling other person was unable to hear our voice . so before warranty we submitted our phone authorized service center of vashi 400703 they told us that it will take 20-25 days but after 25 days we called at service center they told still it is not repaired it after few days we will inform you about it .and now it is almost one and 8 days completed so how many days spice want to repair a single phone even one month is not sufficient so please do it as soon as possible .it is difficult for us to do daily job without phone

                              My Father purchased a spice stellar 511 from homeshop18 mobile phone 2 to 3 months back, the phone worked well for the 1st month, after this the phone started showing software bugs the data connection remained on and we use to off it again it shows data connection, the phone was submitted to spice service center they returned it back after 3days the phone had no issue for almost three weeks and again the problem continues the WiFi also blinked on the phone notification it was again submitted to the service center after when it was returned it didn't worked well for not an hour the phone got heating issue and then the phone hanged, two three time I restart the phone but now also the problem was continued then again my father submitted the phone to the service center in fort and now when they returned it, it was said that phone needs charging and the phone is kept for charging but the phone is not booting at all and its not even charging it has totally switched off its not even turning on now spice please suggest what to do...                                 This is to inform that we purchased Spice 5 inch(12.7 cm) Dual SIM 3G Android Phone-MI-514-Golden from HOME SHOP 18 vide order no.[protected]. The mobile had battery early drain issue from first day. After several visits to Spice authorized service center in Ahmedabad & regular E-mails, they accepted that the battery was defective and replaced FOC. After replacement of battery the condition became worst and it was not charging and not getting ON. Again after several visits they admitted that there is major fault and has to be sent to company for repair and will take about 10 days. Since I had been transferred to Delhi and had to move to Delhi in next 3 days I was advised by authorized dealer to get it repaired through Delhi Service center. I shifted to Delhi and visited Karol Bagh Delhi Service center. They refused to take the set for repair and said it is Tampered set and is out of Warranty. I approached the customer care and they said you again take the set to service center. Again I went to the service center and again they refused to take the set for repair. I even made the service center person talk to Customer Care, but they refuse to entertain our complaint and said that it is tampered. If the set is tampered by Spice authorized service center at Ahmedabad, what is our fault and why should we suffer ? We have neither visited any other repair shop nor have reason to visit any other repair shop in warranty period. I have under gone severe harassment by running from pillar to post for the last so many months, being a lady. You are requested to ask the Spice Mobile to refund me my purchase cost and pay damages for harassment and conveyance charges & time. Thanks GUNWANT KAUR Mobile:[protected]

                                  Dear CEO, I Sheen Phillips of class 9th and my age is 14 years old. I am physically disable. I bought your mobile " XLife", the new model of your company from the site, homeshop18.com. I would like to tell you that after one week o[censored]sing, the inner screen of the mobile had broken and it doesn't fall anywhere. I gave it in its service center that is " Shree ram tower " in Lucknow and one month is been passed but still the handset has not been repaired and upon this when we contact them, they say that the company still not made the spare part of it. That means you all sell your phones 3rd grade on homeshop18.com . I bought it for my festival that is on 25th of december and because of your irresponsible company I don't have my mobile on my festival. I must tell everyone not to buy any product of this company.                                     I purchased spice mi 514 (12.5 cm) from home shope 18 (5 months ago). Now it's display is not working. There is no any spice showroom in solan (himachal) to repair it. This phone is under warranty. Now what to do ?
