[Resolved] Spice Mobile (Model No - Spice M5252) — complaint against delay in mobile replacement | |||
respected sir, I am having SPICE m5252 model of your company, IMEI no-[protected]. it was giving me the following problem- 1. when ever i use to try to make a call and as soon as i pressed the green button, the mobile use to restart again, 2. all the name in the caller list had an errors in names and used to get jumbled up(a certain name had another no, and vice-versa) etc... i had first given my mobile at INDORE for repairing in the month of august 2010, and they had updated software of my mobile and after that its started working well, but again in the month of September 2010 it started giving the same problem, then i gave it to spice center (A.M. Communication) Nagpur and they updated my software again.but again in the 1st week of October 2010 it started giving the same problem and they updated my software again. on the date of 20 October 2010 the handset started giving the same problem so after having talk with the senior person from Bombay branch, they were replacing my mobile with a second hand damaged piece so i refused to take it, now its been 3 months and i have got no response neither from your service center nor from your senior person. Finally i want a replacement for my old handset . now i am tired of this whole process kindly solved my problem as early as possible. i hope u will understand my situation as i stay at kamptee and it is not possible for me every time to leave my job and go to Nagpur. hoping that you will take the necessary action at the earliest.
