I baught a spice mobile model No-S-820 on Dated-4/4/09. But after 1 month, i got a problem in my set. That was turning On & OFF him self continously. i complaint it on costumer care & they got it for 15 days. but they got time appx 40 days to return. & Now again my set S-820 is completelly OFF & not turning ON. again i went to thier care center but service center is close. i have gone many time but service center is not open to recieve my complaint. i m full fed up by spice mobile.
so Please do something

Spice Mobile — turning ON & Off continously

i have a set of spice mobile model S-820 in warrenty period. i got above problem in month JUne-09.i submitted my set to service center. i got return it after appx 15 days.but problem is not treated. i again submitted to center in month 4-9-09 for repair. but till dated 20-9-09, i did not get return my set. what shoud i do for replace my set.they are showing a great negligency abt thier service. plz suggest me to replace my set or return my cost of set.

Turning ON & Off continuously, Display not working, low network coverage
I have a set of spice mobile model M-5252 in special warranty (for special warranty extra charge of Rs. 500) period. i got above problem in month Jan.i submitted my set to service center but still not received every time customer care executive inform me it is under process.. Mobile is still with service center people. The Service Center is still not giving us a straight answer. Please help us in this regard

    JUST 3 MONTH BACK I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MOBILE AND NOW I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE HANDED OVER THIS PHONE TO YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT I WILL GET THIS AFTER 9 DAYS AS THIS HAS GONE TO NOIDA FACTORY. THIS IS NOT FARE AT ALL.

      I have submitted my Spice C-810 mobile battery at Spice Service Center which is located at the name of Hot Spot mobile shop in IIIrd Floor Somdutt Plaza Kanpur-01 on date[protected] against the Work Order No. SUP[protected] and the dealer was commited to replace the battery within one Month but I have not recieved any battery till date 11-08-09 and when i am going to the service center the dealer have not give me any satisfactory answer about my problem and delay it for next 4-5 days. Now I am very upset.

      So Please take some necessary action at this matter.

      Why there is a service centre at 6, Chowringhee Lane, Phone: 22861694 for Spice Mobile. Whenever I ask for a query for a battery or any accessory, their answer is the person kept stock are ill for a week. Spice Mobile Co is so beggar that only one person can keep this stock. I am user of SPICE S-710. Now it does not work well its age is 1.5 yrs cost paid Rs.4600/-. Now this amt is worthless.

      first of all NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT OF SPICE

      they render pathetic service
      i had bought spice mi535 @14000/- on sept, 2013 on feb, 2014 battery came to double of its size. when i complaint to service centre they said sir bettery foolne ki koi guarantee nhi hoti.

      now til date i am unable to find a new battery for my phone from last 2 months its worthless and useless too...


      but it made my mind clear to buy always from reputed company goods while wasting money on this kind of company
      sir pls help me to get spice cell phone batteries of model :-sfb-10 in goa

        i had taken the Loop Mobile card and i had inser in the Spice Mobile D-88n, it is not working as error is giving the registration failer. i had visited to the Service center i had asked me the Bill but the same mobile is taken before one year then the warenty is expire so the service center person asked me the to give Rs.150 for activating the same in the moble.

        My question is that if loop mobile had stoped the service to Spice Hand set then where is the proble of Customer they have to installed the new software to activate the IMEI No. to loop resitration and that should be free of cost. that's a problem of Spice mobile not a customer.

        This is a cleare pitcure of making money and fulling the consumers.

        I agree - Even I use the same hand set and since the IMEI fanda has started, It is a dual sim instrument. I makes things very funny when 1 sim stays activated and other services close down due to non restration of IMEI number of the instrument. What is the solution to it . Y should the customer bare this cost.

          I bought a Spice S-920 mobile from Mumtajuddin (adjuscent to Lalbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal 10 months earlier. But within this period the battery of the phone has been choked and thus the phone does not working properly, I went to the only one service station of Spice (6, chowrangee lane, adjuscent to the MLA hostel, Kids street) in Kolkata and they told me that at least 15 days are require to change the battery (not to replace). I was surprised that such a company is going on in the 20th century. Every future customer should think the after sell service of the company before buying such a phone.

          my name is nishant and i had perchase s920n on the date of 27-june-08 from BIG BAZZAR, AGRA.
          after few i faced a many problem, my mob. was not restarting, but i replaced it from the servise centre.
          buu now i faced another problem my mob. creat a beep during the call.
          i went to the service centre to repair. but the servise provider told me that put your phone here and come back after one week.
          i went here after one week now my mob. had repaired.
          but again after few days my mob. FM was not worked.

          Spice Mobile S 909 — within warranty period compaq service center not taking problem in set

          The above mentioned mobile is frequently hanging from the date of purchase I have been giving my mobile to your shop for repairing frequently ( more than 10 times) but your service personnel are solving the problem on temporary basis and again the same problem i face within 24 hours from the time of repairing.           Reminder for repairing of mobile phone details given as under

          this is my second reminder for the details of my cell which i had submitted 20 days ago and I am facing lot of problem regarding personal call i had sent in my first email but u didn't reply that all the details about my phone is given below my phone should be delivered immediately within 48 hours otherwise i m going to file complaint against you in consumer forum all compensation .

          i agree to the complaints regarding mobile connectivity with pc. such lots of features give a set back to this mobile (M5252) if it cant be connected with pc. connectivity drivers must be provided otherwise this mobile set will lose the race in mobile set groups

            This is for ur kind information that my mobile Spice D88n bought on this june with care pack(Rs.600)at Navi Mumbai vashi , display has got crack, then i have given it to the spice care centre on 04 sep 09, Navi mumbai vashi. but till date they are giving some or the other reasons and they are making it ready. they were telling like till now they have not got consignment order which they have to head centre Delhi.

            its such a poor work and performance from spice, battery also is not good. battery works only for 7hrs. becoz of this i am facing problems like missing interview calls as well as loss in business also.

              sir i m very upset by the behave of hot spot branch at Tagore Garden. I purchase spice S-707n SET ON 14 JAN 2009, with warrenty of six months, exp. on 14 july, actually of my spice mobile handfree had some problem, so i gave my handfree to hot spot Tagore Garden on 4 july under warrenty. today is 22 sep, they are always giving me date by date, i went their many times, but they reply that ' yaar stock has shot, plz contact us after 1 weak' when i call them on this phone number[protected], they are not pick up the phone, sir plz take some action and reply me when i get my handfree.

              The problem was with my battery.My cell no. always showed me the low battery, despite making
              it fully charged.I gave it to authorized service centre of Spice mobiles in faridabad(SPG, NIT Faridabad) on 27 nov.2009.
              The behavior of the customer attendent or CRO at centre was bizzare...he said go away with yr problem.

                This is to share with you that I purchased Spice mobile model number D88n . But after some days I felt that I have purchased a harrasment for me as it started giving trouble to me like when I receive message from some one it come as a blank message and approximately 8 to 9 time I submitted my handset to service center and this the 10 time my younger brother submitted the handset in the service center.                 Sir what u think that its not a harrasment for a local person I don’t want to escalate the issue to you but now I am totally fed up with the servies of Hot Spot & Urs and you all have forced me to escalate this issue to globally as well and to media channel as well so that every body gets aware of your services+ your partners services.

                This is not the limit I have called to your so called customer care overthere a girl known as Neha picked up the call and I told her about all the incident and the full story after she told me that to replace the handset u have to again visit to the service center they will provide u DOA certificate collect that and complaint to us after that she also provide a number of some escalation manager but that chap was not picking up the call ...must be enjoying after making customer fool.

                Sir its highly requested from you kindly replaced my handset and provide me some new handset I will not accept that stupid handset and Talla from you all .

                  My name is Janmejay Mishra, i am using Spice D88n GSM/CDMA duel sim mobile phone. on 2nd June i have given my mobile for repairing since i was not able to use it due to some technical problem i.e. GSM and CDMA both sim slots were not working. I purchased it from HOTSPOT in Sarojini Nagar New Delhi and handed over it to Hotspot service center in LAJPAT NAGAR New Delhi on 2nd June 2009.

                  Now it's been 15 days since they have not even touched it, i called to there call center on friday 12th june 2009 to find out what is going on at[protected] and they have told me that you can get your mobile on 16th june 2009. Now today on 15th june 2009 i called up and they say your mobile is still in telly process, and the person whom i was speaking with Miss Sarina was so rude and not understanding the situation.

                  Kindly Help on this issue, i don't want any legal action till the time but i would request you to take a problem solving action.

                    i had purchased a dual sim d90 moible handset of spice mobile co. from the date of purchasing there is a software falult in the set, the dual sim set is showing sms only in one sim, sms of second sim is not readable, the handset is given to the spice mobile service center with complaint, but after 25 days of continious harrrasment the set is returend to me without reparing the fault . The matter is also brought in the knowldage of the many officers of the co. along with the head office but no result is found, all the concern were giving only assurance but is only a harrasment to me. it is my opinion that a strict action should be taken by gov against such type of companies .

                    I also purchased D90 on 30/04/2009 through Hotspot retails bangalore 560008, but within 2 weeks the problem of slave SIM sms not readable or ready is noticed inspite of giving the set for service, they are unable to find the reason for this problem. I am running from pillar to post and no solution is given through hot spot retails. Unfortunately I had also taken Hotspot care pack costing Rs 600 which is another type of fleecing the customers for doing postoffice job by HOTSPOT retails.
                    It appears that SPICE MOBILES launched this D90 ( Made in china) like any other cheap chinese mobiles without going in for tough endurance trails before launching in the market. God only should save the country and victims like me.
                    i had purchase D-90 set but in slave sim of airtel voucher is not rechrge
                    yes ...the slave sim in spice d90 really creates problem in reading and sending messages...it needs to be restarted after sending each message from slave sim...although master sim works perfectly well...
                    I am also one of the victims of this phone. I sincerely advise people not to waste money.
                    I also Purchased Spice Mobile Dual GSM + CDMA with reliance connection in month of May.2009, It was working fine for few months, after that CDMA Network is not working in said Mobile, When visited Reliance Gallery many time and in last their inform me Spice mobile have stopped the CDMA network. Due to which My Spice Mobile Handset of Rs.7500.00 is Useless now. Spice Mobile Company are not having any ethics or courtesy to inform the Customer about disconnection of CDMA network

After that Its Charge Board Become Complaint, It is Cappacity to store Charge Become failed Its Display Cracked. So that I Tried To Return the Mobile Phone Above Mentioned Shop On 16th June 2009. But The Repaired It Worse than Earlier and given to me On August 27th 2009. When I Enquired about this They Said That “it Will not be Repaired” And They Advice Me That The board of The Mobile Phone Has to be repaired, an the Expense will be about Rs7000 (seven Thousand rupees only) now I am in a Deep Trouble Because The actual cost of the mobile phone is Rest 75000 (seven thousand five hundred only) I request you that you must concern my complaint as early as possible and give a solution immediately.

                        I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE S-650 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Bokaro Steel City.I had submitted it on April 01, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 18 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset.

                        Kindly help me in this case.

                        Unfortunately I am end up in purchasing the D88N mobile form Mumbai. I purchase the hand set on[protected]. After this i am getting one of the other issue. First the charger was not working & after 4-5 attempt with your service agncy HOT SPOT, the same was replaced.. recently My mobile stop functioning on both CDMA & GSM with small crack on the display.. When I apporached the service center, I was told i need to change the display first with a cost of 1800 + then after only the phoe will be serviced.. I was wounder what is the relation between display and the sim ..I was ready to use the display with the creak and requested the poeple to service my phone.. they were not at all listening and finally I submitted my mobile for entire service.. Given below are the details...Really surpise to see such a poor service.. I had used the phone hardly for 2- months since the purchse... and regratting for choosing the same.. I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful..

                        I have contacted nearest authorized service centre at Bhilai (CG), left the set for checking and repair. After 5-6 days they told me that this set could not repaired here and required to send another service centre i.e. Bhopal.

                        I think this is a manufacturing problem. It is therefore requested to change my set for customer satisfaction and goodwill of your company.

                        I purchased Spice mobile Model no: D88G on 13-June-2009. Within a month Keypad stopped working and i submitted the phone to service center and said within 2 week u will get back ur phone. But i got my mobile after around 2 months and they SWAPPED phone and gave us some phone with new IMEI number.

                        After recieving the mobile a new problem arised on the same day. This time CDMA card was not accepting. and again i submitted and recieved after a week. and within the same week again keypad stoped working and finally i again submitted to the service centre and they told this time you will get new piece from company but after one na d half month they returned same piece but CDMA card was not accepting again.

                        Finally i got irritated and didn't approached service centre many days.

                        When again i visited service centre for servicing they denied to accept phone by saying your Purchas Bill doesnt have Vat Paid Stamp.

                        When and company has started new rule to accept only those bills who has stamp of Vat. I requested them this is not the first time and how you can denied even you have record also of previous services and they said we dont have any record.

                        Finnaly i have again taken a new bill from dealer with stamp and went back to the service centre but now they refused by saying this IMEI no. is not valid.

                        When i got angree and shouted on the person who was accepted my last time problem then the incharge accept this and said within 15 days you will get your phone back.


                        I dont understand how company appoint peoples those who even dont have sense how to behave with customer.

                        Today when i called the person in service centre she said i dont know when ur phone will come.

                        This is the way they are giving us service.

                        Even still I am unbale to understand SPICE mobile swapping policy!

                        I had purchased one Spice (M5252) mobile handset on 03.01.2010 from ESKAY MOBILE (Kharagpur) but on 24th August 2010 I found charging not working properly by that day I contact service centre at Midnapur (Mobile Plaza) they are cleaning the mobile (Job sheet no 0968)and said set was ok but that is not work properly after there service, on 01st October'10 I face some new problem everytime set was headphone mode so that I can not use normaly, again I contact service centre (Job sheet - 1265) but after checking they told for service charge 150/-. now my question is under warranty how to claim the service charge.                         They have assured me that it would be ready within 4-5 days. I visited the service centre again for collection after the due time but they told that handset has been sent to HO for rectification.

                        But till date I am yet to get the same. Continuous phone calls and visits to service centre elicits the same response that it is pending at HO.

                        You can very well understand my plight without phone. A new phone breaking down within 2 days of activation is bizaree. Morever, taking so much time for correction is giving lot of hardships

                        Spice Mobile Phones — Inferior Product Quality and Poor After sales service

                        The cellphone worked fine for 2-3 months and then started to run “Extremely HOT”. We should the phone to the reseller but he advised to take it to the Spice Service Center, “M/S SS Enterprises which is over 25km from the place I live.

                        The service center people were all occupied in there own things and we not dealing with the customers including me properly. After much pursuance, the service center person decided to take a look at the phone. He first said, it will take 4-5 days for inspection by them and if they would not be able to fix it, will send it to SPICE Company which will take Flat 20-25 days.

                        After a week of giving the phone, I had to visit the service center again to find out if its repaired since people at the service center either don’t pick the phone or keep it engaged all the time.

I doubt if at all she has placed any order, as I was not given any slip or order number. When I insisted to see the manager/in-charge, she says there is no manager. I reminded her harassing consumer in this way will attract Penalty under Consumer Protection law. Then I left the Office. Soon I started getting PRANK MISS CALLS from mobile No.[protected], which I presume is from this Service Center. I am yet to confirm it, to take legal action.

                        My Spice phone M-6868M screen has broken and I have deposited my mobile phone (IMEI -1 NO. – [protected] & IMEI -2 NO.[protected]) at Spice Authorized Service Centre IDEAL POWER SOLUTION Ground Floor, Bhagmal Complex, Naya Bans, Sector-15, Noida- 201301 ( U.P.) . They told that It will take max 10 days and your problem will be rectified. Even after 15 days there is no response and above that whenever I asked about my phone they said that your phone is still under repair and next week they will give my mobile to me. But even after 21 days their reply remains same . Then i had a word with the head of all service center of Delhi/NCR Mr. Chudhary, Mobile No – [protected], he told that mobile phone M-6868M screen is not available and next week they will deliver the phone to me but after 30 days when I called him and asked about my phone then again he said that phone is still under repair because screen is not available.
                        It is not but only harassment to customer, if company doesn’t have the parts of phone then why they are introducing new phones and why start selling to the customer. Kindly solve my problem and deliver the phone to me. Otherwise I will file my complaint in consumer forum. The enough is enough.

                            Repaired mobile not serviced by Spice
                            I have purchased a Spice C 810 model on Feb 2008. The mobile phonw was working fine. Three months back the mobile was dead and I have taken that to the service center (E-Communications, Ajmera, Pune). The service center person told there was a water entry in the mobile and it cannot be repaired under warranty. But my mobile was never in contact with water recently but once it happened 8 months back at Goa but immediately I dried it and after that it was working fine for 5 months. But the actual problem is the loose battery terminal which created the problem. Then after that I told that person to repair on my cost which was estimated around Rs.750 by him. Till one week there was no phone calls from the service center and after that I called him. He told me that the mobile cannot be repaired by his and the crazy part is he does not know the reason also. Then I tried to contact Spice mobile company and I have sent three mails to them regarding my complaint but till now no response from them. I have not collected my mobile phone yet from the service center and there was not a single phone call from them asking me to collect my mobile.

                            I request you to take action on the Spice mobile company for not providing the proper after sales service eventhough the mobile is under warranty and not providing any infromation and response for the complaint.

                                Myself, Manoj G. Jain a customer of your Spice cell phone has some grievances regarding your service center and I would like to let you know how customers are treated rudely and would like that you as a member of and for customer will take some steps and don’t let the customer down.

                                I have purchased a Spice cell phone Bill No.2522, dated 07/04/2008 Model no. SPICE – D-88, IME No. [protected]

                                Charging slot is not supporting to the mobile battery charger as well as Software of my Spice Cell phone is not accessing network connection inspite of SIM Card being inserted and having proper tower and battery facilities. So, I have reported about the same to Rakeshbhai a contact person at Spice Cell Phone service centre namely ( M/s. Priyancy Care Centre, LG – 17, Panchratna Tower, L.H. Road, Surat ) dated 04/12/08 and they kept it for 1 Day. Next day when my staff reached there and asked for the cell phone they handled it back declaring it to be out of warranty period and added that charges will be applicable for getting it repaired inspite my cell has some period of warranty yet remaining to its credit. When I called them to get me aware of the fact they asked me to come and meet. During meet we have got long conversation and at last they refused for the mobile service providing an immature reason that they don’t have proper techinician to handle the matter asked back for Job Sheet.




                                I again visited Service Center the very next morning and asked them for the solution they got aggressive and in rude arrogant style the told “We are proper Kathiyavadis ( Gujaratis ) and we have this pattern of working.” I again requested them to get it sealed so that I could get it repaired from other service center as nobody will take it for service if it is not with seal. They answered in a angry rough tone so embarrassingly that they will not do it. I told them them that it is not the way to handle Customers and their grievances. They answered in a ill mannered way “It is our way of doing work and we will work in this manner only, further we are the only Dealer in South Gujarat of Spice.”

                                So, I kindly request you to take immediate steps for the betterment of Customers and kindly let your Service Center know what should be the style of behaving with Customers. If it is not possible for you take some measures I will be compulsorily forced to approach District Forum for getting my Grievances redressed. I think you will help not only me but the customers at large and evade the monopoly style of your dealer and will make others know that CUSTOMER IS KING for Spice and they are working for it also.

                                Dear Sir,

                                In Continuation to my previous complaint which i had made some month ago i would like to inform u that i have submitted my handset to M/S AVR Systems, G-21, GF, Shri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow vide work order no. SUP[protected] on date 17JUN2009 with some additional problem in my handset.

                                Now I would like to inform u that till date I have not received my handset. When contacted on service center I got reply that and the handset was sent to their headoffice and it was not received to them.

                                Now please advice what is the use of purchasing your handset which was kept at service centre for a long time.

                                Initialy your service center suggested that they will repair it and hand over to me with in 3 days and now it took more than 1 month.

                                Due to your poor respose and worst after sales service I was forced to purchase another handset to continue my conversation.

                                  i am using spice C-810 model, my battery was not good its not comming atleast 1 day, i am suffering more problems by this model. the shopkeeper said battery backup was good and its standby is15 days but herenot coming atleast 1 day, pls give any solutions as much as fast. here options also very less and no more themes.
                                  I am using spice C-810 model which I had purchased from M/s Ganapati Mobile, Shop no. G-17-18, Sri Ram Tower, Lucknow vide CM No. CM 1178 dated 13/07/08, and after three months o[censored]se I faced following problems;

                                  1. I can only hear conversation through my earphone. I visited to your service centre at Sri Ram Tower
                                  who rectified the problem while makeing direct connection and sice then I could't able to here
                                  conversation and musice through earphone. Thereafter again contacted to service centre and got reply
                                  that ear socket was not available.

                                  2. Again in November 08 I faced problem of battery dischare and once again I got reply from service
                                  centre that battery was not available. Durig the the time of purchase shopkeeper said battery backup
                                  was good and its standby is15 days but my handset battery but herenot coming atleast 15 minutes.


                                  Since than continuously I am visitng to service centre and getting same reply. They are not giving any thing in writing. I got totaly fedup of your services. Its very very poor and irresponsible.

                                  I am a professional engineer and my time is very precious.

                                  Now I request you to resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                        I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE FROM RELIANCE'S DIYA ENTERPRISE BUT AFTER 4 OR 5 MONTHS I SUFFER A NETWORK PROBLEM INTO MY MOBILE AND FOR THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL ME PUT YOUR PHONE HERE WE WILL BE CHEACKED AND REPAIR IT AND THAN GIVE BACK TO YOU, AFTER THE REPAIRING I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM BY 2ND DAY AGAIN I VISIT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISITED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER AFTER THE 3RD TIME I REQUEST THEM TO PLEASE IF ITS NOT CLEARED CHANGE ME THE MOBILE ( REPLACEMENT IN A WARRANTY PERIOD) BUT THEY REPLY WE CAN NOT DO THAT, I VISITED DIYA ENTERPRISE (FROM WHERE I PURCHASE) THEY REPLY ME THAT IF SERVICE CENTER CAN SEND US REQUEST THAN WE CAN REPLACE THE MOBILE BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVNT SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM NOR CHANGE ME THE MOBILE .

I bought a Spice S920n handset and it got spoilt and since then i gave it to service centre people it has never been repaired. I go every day to ask if it is repaired and the person says tommorow surely. That dog I spent my money behind it. SPICE is BS and its service is WORST I mET. The worst in the world.

                                        I puechased a D-88n dual mode spice mobile from mobile store. After two months I faced a lots of problems with this like-voice breaking, call droping, auto restart. I visited spice world service center many times but they couldn't solve the problems. now i am fcing a different types problem that display is working fine but keypad is not working. I am very disappointed with spice mobile and i think that my decesion to puchase spice mobile was wrong, and will not recomend anybody to buy spice mobile.

                                        I bought D-1111 in July 2009, after 15 days hadset having problem like in running charging handset switch offed automatically, two call not allowed if call from saved contacts, sms received but same msg repeat, battery backup not sufcient etc.
                                        if company manufacture like this hadset, i request them to please close your production & stop your thefting people bcs what you r getting from customer you have to give him value for money products but i thing it is not sufficinet for customer,
                                        if this is continousely done & done then nearly indian law will close this company to sell his brand in india

                                        I have visited 2 times in your customer care near Musium, Park Street, Kolkata.First time i had to go there because my phone is not performing well, it's too slow than other same model of the mobile.The person treats like that "As you invested as you get"it's not performs more than.
                                        Now today my phone problem is that the master SIM many times be get Invalid.I have 3 SIMs and one by one i have cheked all 3.All 3 showes same problem when it's intered in space of Master SIM.I delivered the problem to the person but the person is like a mad man.He shows other same type of model and show me that it is performing well why not your's.Suggest me that you have to go to service provider or at the time of invalid Sim show me.

                                        I have two spice mobile handsets one dual SIM mobile QT-66 and one S-580. Both of them stopped working I have switched them OFF for some purpose. Now I am unable to sicth both of them ON. I don't understand how come both mobile sets have stopped working. There may be any technical fault with these mobile sets. After purchasing them I heard form some one that spice's mobile phones have not performed well. I don't know I am apprehensive. I don't want to buy another phone.
