[Resolved] Spice — Replacement of mobile set. | |||
Manager, Spice Mobile. Subject - Replacement of moible set. Sir, I had purchased a spice mobile set No. M-5885 and IMEI: [protected] and Customer ID[protected] on dt. 21/04/2012 from Spice Hot Spot G-47, Jaina Tower 11, Janak Puri Dist Center. Within two months of purchase, my mobile began to change itself in headphone mode. I have got my mobile repaired three times in Spice Service Centre, Vikaspuri Ext., New Delhi. After repairing, it works perfectly for a days or two every time, the same problem arises again. At service center the executives say that it can only be repaired and not be replaced. The time spent and harassment faced by me again and again is not proper. You are requested to kindly replace my mobile set with new one. Was this information helpful? | |||

Spice — product is not feasible
I had bought spice M 67 3D mobile on january 2/1/2011 , since day 1 I had many problems with the product , the head set was very low in quality that the ear bud of headset broken into pieces without using it for even a week & also the key pad was very mean the keys are not working upto its functionality , thus the product which i bought with so many hopes to enjoy the music , to show possessiveness was ineffective . With what satisfaction can i still show this as my product .
