Sir,
I had purchased a spice mobile set No. MI-280 and IMEI:[protected] Book No. 105/482 Serial No. 24059 on dt. 12/01/2012 from Spice Retail Ltd. D-60, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi – 110092 of Rs. 5600/-. Within the two months of purchase, my mobile head phone & Charger were not working. After some days Mobile Set also not working properly. I have got my mobile repaired two times in Spice Service Centre, Laxmi Nagar Delhi. After repairing, it works perfectly for a days or two every time, the same problem arises again. At service center the executives say that it can only be repaired and not be replaced. The time spent and harassment faced by me again and again is not proper. Now I am humbly request Spice Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my Mobile problems.
I hope Spice will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Spice from my mind. I therefore request you to kindly replace the Mobile set, Charger & Hand free, as this set was defective from beginning. Because it started with in short period of purchasing. I hope you will appreciate my problem and do the needful at the earliest.
