My Self Nitin R. Vaghela. I am living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Approx 30 day before I have apply for Broadband Service of SPIDIGO in my area Isanpur. I have made payment via cheque. Due to some technical problem I can't get service of broadband, so I called up your executive for refund my money back. Its more than 25 days I didn't received any kind of cheque. So, It's my request to you please look at out this matter & get back soon with some positive reply. CAF NO. A: 010638 Sales Executive Name : 1. J.H.Gajjar - ([protected]) 2. Sachin Jethwa - ([protected]) Manager Name : 1. Ankit Pancholi -([protected]) Above Persons didn't want to take any kind of responsibility to look at out this matter. I had made up lots of calls. More time they avoid to pick up the phone & answer even. This is very irritating to any genuine customer.
