[Resolved]  SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE — Delay in delivering 2nd cylinder for nearly 20 days

Dear Sir/Madam


SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE, Alandur Chennai - 600016 is our LPG distributor. My consumer no. is 45545 and I have two cylinders, but the refill takes more than 25 days for the second cylinder and from the date the bill is given to the delivery boys it is not delivered until 2 weeks, and I have to keep chasing the delivery boys everytime, even if the company has issued the bill as it stands they delay the process in the office.

What is the point of having 2 cylinders it works out the same as one cylinder, and I am unable to make use of the services of 2 cylinders inspite of paying for it.

Please investigate, this is every month story with the distributor. Their telephone nos.[protected]/22328349.

Please help us out we have three children and all are small and it is difficult if there is not LPG to cook food fot the children.

Yes. The same problem as what ms. ANN Mathews has told. This has to be sorted out immediately so that the consumers are not affected. This problem has been continuing for more than 2 years.

My consumer no. is 73081, i have only one cyclinder connection. when it got empty i was tring to book for the same in their given telephone no: 22322080/22328349, it was always replying like this no is busy, pls try after some time and its replying that the no does not exist. i have tried for nearly 4 to 5 hrs. the phone line itself does not connecting. then how could people book for the refill cyclinder? pls do some thing for this issue.
