SIR/MADAM,
I BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER REFILL WITH SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE, 11/4, MORRISON Ist STREET, ALANDUR, CHENNAI-600016 ON 17 FEB,2011. TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER.
WHEN ENQUIRED AT THE AGENCY WE WERE TOLD THAT CYLINDER HAS BEEN ALLOTTED ON 15 MARCH.
THE AGENCY HAS BEEN DOING THIS REPEATEDLY INSPITE OF COMPLAINTS.
ALSO THE AGENCY IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. THEY SAID THAT THEY CARE LEAST ABOUT ANY COMPLAINTS MADE ABOUT THEM. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE AGENCY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE — NEW CONNECTION ONE YEAR HAS GONE

I HAD APPLY FOR NEW CONNECTION BEFORE ONE YEAR.LETTER WAS COMING MY HOUSE TO PAY THE AMOUNT AND COLLECT THE GAS CYLINDER.I HAD GONE THE AGENCY BUT THEY TOLD BOOK WAS NOT AVALIABLE BOOK WAS COME THEY ARE CALL.BUT NO ACTION.PLEASE CHECK AND CLEAR.

SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE — Negligence in Service causing danger to life

Dear Sir,

This complaint refers to the supply of Indane LPG Gas supplied by Sridhar Gas Agency, located in 7/19,Morisson First Street, Alandur, Chennai - 600 016. Contact No.[protected]/22328349.

Recently for the past few months the service in supply got deteriorated. No pickup of calls and even the lpg gets over in residence they dont respond to our direct calls to their office.

Finally they deliver lpg cylinder with damage and made the house into dangerous situation.

No.132, Dr.Ambedkar Nagar, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai - 600 016. consumer K.K.Bharathan having consumer no.41792 was supplied full lpg cylinder, where the bottom of the cylinder is damaged and leaked, The next day the service people came and said there is no problem, but again the smell started heavy and the cylinder was thrown out of the house. and the service people was called and they arrived by 10.35 am.

By luck we didn't have any dangerous fire accident, but however if your imagine the risk and analyse this negligence of the agency is unacceptable. Due to somebody's negligence people need ot lose their life who is living with their children in house.

Request to kindly take action to serve the people a better service realising the importance.

WE BOOKED OUR GAS CYLINDER REFILL WITH SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE, 11/4, MORRISON Ist STREET, ALANDUR, CHENNAI-600016 AS MY BOOKING NUMBER IS 251961 DTD 20.10.2011. WE RECEIVED SMS FOR CASH MEMO No.945/11.11.2011 & REFILLED CYLINDER WAS DELIVERED ON 15.11.2011. BUT, TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILLED CYLINDER.

WHEN ENQUIRED TO THE DELIVERY MAN & AGENCY, WE WERE TOLD THAT CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN ALLOTTED TO YOU.
THE AGENCY HAS BEEN DOING THIS REPEATEDLY INSPITE OF COMPLAINTS AND TALKING WITH LADIES VERY BADLY.
NO PROPER RESPONSE GIVEN BY THEM AND THEY ARE SELLING THE REFILLED CYLINDER TO HOTELS AND OTHERS @ Rs.800/- OR 850/- WHICH WAS ALLOTED TO US. WE HAVE ONLY ONE CONNECTION & NO OTHER SOURCE TO COOKING EVEN THE KEROSINE SUPPLY WAS ALSO STOPPED BY TUCS.

ALSO THE AGENCY IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. THEY SAID THAT THEY CARE LEAST ABOUT ANY COMPLAINTS MADE ABOUT THEM. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE AGENCY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
