delay in gas cylinder delivery

Dear sir,

I have done gas cylinder ( indane ) booking by phone dated on 31/07/2012. my booking ref-num-330281. My cash memo number-8419.Dated on-02/08/2012.
Still today 30/10/2012 gas cylinder has not been delivered . still today no response from the dealer regarding my booking the dealer M/s. sridhar gas service alandur,chennai-600016.

please do the needful

SIR/MADAM,
I BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER REFILL WITH SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE, 11/4, MORRISON Ist STREET, ALANDUR, CHENNAI-600016 ON 17 FEB,2011. TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER.
WHEN ENQUIRED AT THE AGENCY WE WERE TOLD THAT CYLINDER HAS BEEN ALLOTTED ON 15 MARCH.
THE AGENCY HAS BEEN DOING THIS REPEATEDLY INSPITE OF COMPLAINTS.
ALSO THE AGENCY IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. THEY SAID THAT...

Delay in delivering 2nd cylinder for nearly 20 days

Dear Sir/Madam


SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE, Alandur Chennai - 600016 is our LPG distributor. My consumer no. is 45545 and I have two cylinders, but the refill takes more than 25 days for the second cylinder and from the date the bill is given to the delivery boys it is not delivered until 2 weeks, and I have to keep chasing the delivery boys everytime, even if the company has issued the bill as it stands they delay the process...
