Hi, This is Arun Antony. I Consultant working in Chennai. I courier my official documents to our Office in Mumbai. Royal Palms is one of the biggest business centres in Goregaon East mumbai.I dont how how come ST courier's was not able to locate our office.For the last 2 years i have been sending couriers through other service providers and it has always reached on time with out any hazzle. ST courier is very amature to this business and dont have any courtesy on how to treat the customer. I have couriered my documents on the 8th of decmeber 2008 from ST courier Alwarpet office.(the so called HUB of their services) They promised me that it would take 2 days to reach the destination. On the 16th i recieve a call from our bombay office that the packages is not yet recieved. I called up the ST courier customer care, which is a bunch of illiterate people sitting and attending customer calls. Then i tried tracking the courier through their website whcih of no use again. Today is the 19th of december, i am still talking to Mr. Shamshudeen and some other people from the Pallavarm & Alwarpet office. They are saying the courier has been returned due to non exsistance of address and also the courier got returned on the same day. Now my question is atleast they should have the courtesy to call me and inform or if the address is not found they should call the number which is mentioned in the address mentioned. They recieved the package back and have kept it safely in teh lockers or in thir gudown. None of the staff in ST courier was descent enough to handle the customer. I would not recomend any one to think about ST couriers. Also if any of the senior staff of the company or their representative read this please feel free to call me. [protected], [protected], or you can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com. I am ready to have an discussion with you about your companies representatives and the people working there. Why there is no compliant box, or customer care unit not responding my query, no email ids to escalate the issue.I have been thrown from pillar to post.

A courier has been sent on monday(17/8/09) from pattukkottai to singapore..but not deliver the courier in singapore.
ST Courier — Service is worse than Normal Post, never reach
I had sent a courier from Chennai to Urapakkam(~25kms) on 15th June 2010.but till today 19 June 2010 it was not received.it was sent through ST COURIER COMPANY. No response from the company. I wasted 50Rs in making phone calls to tack. Daily they will say it will get delivered today, but will never get delivered. They never say the problem.Kindly mention the consignment number, so i can help u,

I Would like to inform you that, Date 06/10/2010 i send one documents to trichy at kottapalayam, but till now the document not reach .i am sending this letter by couries because of its reach very fast .but now four days pass no any reply from the reciver.also i am calling so many tine to your people but no any response from them.the consgnment no:[protected] dated 06/10/2010 from Rajasingamangalam.final i know st courier is waste, sending by post is better.

Very Worst branch ST Courier is Arni - T.V. Malai Dist, Tamil Nadu.
I called Karikalan (Arni Branch), the person incharge for Courier dispatch but there was no proper response.
When I went personally to meet him, he told it was raining in bangalore, Yesterday he told vehicle has met with accident but I called the chennai branch they told that courier is in Villupuram branch.

I was booked one parcel chennai to trichy - 620001. but the courier people don't know the address. it is near to your courier office., then how to delivery on other address..,BUT STILL THEY DID'NT GET.

When i made the complaint, still it is in process. i dont know, when i called up they said their network is not working.
If this is going to continue, they are looser of the customer.
ST Courier — delay
I had send courier from kovilpatti to chennai. but not received to considered place. courier no is[protected]. date is 24 /10/11. this very poor services and no responses to customer . head office all phones are swithed off.I had to send an urgent courier to kolkatta, rushed to ST Courier at 7:30 pm, and handed over my consignment. I was charged 60rs
and was promised that the documents will reach the destination within 2 days. It has been over 10 days and the courier has still not reached the desired destination !! These people are cheats. This document that had to be delivered was very important and a lot of time and effort went into preparing it. Kindly do not trust ST Courier. They are number one frauds. Also this is my second experience with them (of courier not being delivered). I have so far sent 4 couriers with them.
Even if ST Courier is the last courier service you wish to choose, do not go with them.

ST Courier — non delivery
In ST COURIERS i have sent medicines to my daughter, on wednesday from trichy to coimbatore, they didnt deliver it in proper time, when i called to the complaint phone no of st couriers, the person who attend the call responded very badly and when i asked about this, he told that if i talk much then he will return the parcel without delivering it! had a very bad experience with this stupid courier service. this is my last time to use this courier service.Yours

ST Courier — Courier reaches after one month.
A courier (defect product) was sent to Payback on Feb 19th from Chennai to Bangalore. It has reached only yesterday, that is on 13th March 2014. Courier Reference Number - [protected] Will it take one month for a courier to reach ? Worst service ever !!
