[Resolved]  Stackkart.com — non-refund for showing fraudulently item in stock and taking the money

I ordered for Encyclopaedia of Home Science (Set of 7 Vols.) on February 20, 2013 against Order #[protected] through Stackkart.com online shopping and using my credit card for online payment. The book was shown in Stock. Later when I inquired, I got an email from them that the item was mistakenly shown as in Stock, when I asked for refund, there was no reply. More than a month has passed, they are keeping silent forfeiting the money. How can this type of cheaters are allowed to cheat and take money like this? Immediate action probe is requested against this fraudulent company. Why can't they refund the amount that they have taken since the book is not in their stock yet incorrectly shown as in stock to take the money?
Request immediate action, please against this company. Please help.
