[Resolved] Stackkart.com — no customer service, wrong shipment and delayed shipment | |||
stackkart.com sent the wrong book and when i sent mail, nobody from stackkart.com responded. i had to call up some 10 times to get information on the status of the books. stackkart.com is completely unreasonable, unfair and unprofessional in its approach towards resolving issues without any properly set rules. it is a eye opener for me to avoid companies without a proven track record and also the immense mental pressure one has to undergo dealing in case of a urgent requirement. They never mail you or call you back for resolving an issue. We have to call some Delhi number and pay more than the discount that they offer. It is better to deal with flipkart,infibeam,homeshop18 and other reputed sellers. i shall never again use stackkart.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I recieved the shipment of my correct book today. They do not reply to emails but answer only when you call them. They have finally resolved the issue and i have got my book exactly after 18 days. This books was supposed to be out of stock and they had to buy from market before shipping. The main issue here being, IT for stackkart.com needs to be upgraded wrt customer service regarding status of books, despatch, outofstock etc...

Dear PradeepSince last few days we are getting a Big ? mark on the services of Overnite at North and DELHI NCR
Ambala Consignment its taking more then a week, Jammu Consignment takes more then 8 days when ever query
Happen your persons unable to respond anything, secondly you are also not picking the phone after giving several calls.
Third point lot of consignment picked from Gurgaon W/h and returned back to W/h by saying that they don’t have service
