I have orderd a book -Marketing Management , (A South Asian Perspective), 13/e PB, Order No. #[protected]
on 30.06.13. As per the website information the book was suppose to be delivered within 6-7 days, but 20 days are over and the book is not delivered.

I have tried several times to reach Stackkart customer care but they never pick up the phone[protected].

I have mailed them informing the issue but...

I have ordered a book through website (stackkart.com). but that book was out of Print. i have requested them to refund the money.. but they generate a credit coupon of amount 1200 so i can purchase any other item from their website. I was not interested to buy any other item from their website. so i requested him to refund my money in my account. But they don't give me any response. I placed the order on 6 may 2013 and my order no....

stackkart.com sent the wrong book and when i sent mail, nobody from stackkart.com responded. i had to call up some 10 times to get information on the status of the books. stackkart.com is completely unreasonable, unfair and unprofessional in its approach towards resolving issues without any properly set rules. it is a eye opener for me to avoid companies without a proven track record and also the immense mental pressure one has to undergo...

I ordered for Encyclopaedia of Home Science (Set of 7 Vols.) on February 20, 2013 against Order #[protected] through Stackkart.com online shopping and using my credit card for online payment. The book was shown in Stock. Later when I inquired, I got an email from them that the item was mistakenly shown as in Stock, when I asked for refund, there was no reply. More than a month has passed, they are keeping silent forfeiting the money....

I had make online purchase of a book on stackkart .com on 2 December, 2012 through advanced.. My order number was[protected] but they could never deliver the book. Now i wish to get my money refunded but it has not been refunded to my account yet. They have already deleted the details of purchase from my account without informing me. They are lying about the refund that it has already been made successful but no money has been refunded...

I had purchased a book online on stackkart .com on 2 December, 2012 and made advanced payment through Internet banking. My order number was[protected] but i did not get the book even after many days have passed. Later on inquiry they informed that book was not available in store. But they didn't take trouble to update the exact status of the book on their website . I waited for one whole month but still the book has not been delivered....
