Hi! I received the same offer letter from this company. I'm doubting if this is real as they are giving an extremely high salary, which is unusual if compared to my credentials..keep posting man and keep me updated..
i'm planning to call the Nigerian embassy to confirm if such company exist and if there are reported cases against the STANBIC company. Also, from the offer letter, they have stated a place where you will be assigned. For example, FCT (Federal Capital Territory)Abuja, Nigeria. I went and look for the website and saw a number there of the Head office of engineering from their local government. This is the number in case you also want to inquire[protected].

This is a fake company, the reason is that the sender of the email is not even authentic çoz he/she is using gmail messaging service. It is fake guys, its a trap for $850/- and nothing else. If an overseas company hires you then they are not gonna send the offer letter directly without conducting various rounds of interviews at your country of residence. And also one thing is for sure as I worked most of my life outside India is that overseas company will never charge you for visa fees, they even send you free one way ticket if they hired you. So Stanbic petroleum ltd. offer is nothing more than a spam. Beware guys.
Even, I have got offer from this company. Two days back got an email asking, whether have I completed my immigration process. Not sure, what to do? I have called the Nigerian embassy in New Delhi also but no reply and they have given an email id to send the details. I did but the embassy email id is bouncing back.

STANBIC COMPANY LTD -- is dissolved in 23/01/2009. I think they r using this company's name as STANBIC PETROLEUM INTERNATIONAL LTD.
LEVS.CO.UK LTD -- is also dissolved. I think they are using this company's name as Levs Recruitment Agency.
World Falcon Immigration Express not found. But FALCON IMPEX (UK) LTD is found but it is also dissolved. I think they are using this name too.

DESIGNATION: PROJECT LEAD
SALARY:
£10, 700 (Ten Thousand Seven Hundred GBP) monthly.
Applicable tax (2% of gross salary).

JOB START DATE:
You shall be expected to resume on site on or before the 27th of September, 2011.
Work Time: You will be expected to work between (8: am – 5.30 pm (Mon-Fri) daily with 2 hour break in between.
Herein, you have been forwarded employers’ soft copy of Agreement terms and conditions via e-mail (Attached) for your perusal; on your satisfaction and agreement with terms and conditions, you will be required to start your job immigration process after which you will be sent hard copies of employment and immigration documents through DHL or UPS courier service after final clearance from the British Immigration Department and Ministry of Internal Affairs.
JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
You shall be required to furnish us with copies of your valid British visa and work permit on or before the 20th of August, 2011, as a proof of readiness to join the STANBIC PETROLEUM project team in due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the company in the UK and also to enable you receive financial aid including your due entitlements/ emoluments prior to your departure for job resumption with STANBIC PETROLEUM.
However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid British Visa and Work Permit papers should contact the designated immigration agent at the contact given below for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of their valid British Visa and Work Permit papers from the British Immigration Department home office in the UK.
BRITISH VISA / WORK PERMIT: Your British visa, work permit and resident permit will be procured through the designated immigration agent (WORLD FALCON IMMIGRATION EXPRESS). Primarily You will have to bear the initial expenses (cost) for the procurement and authentication/ clearance of your British visa and work permit at the designated immigration department in UK after which STANBIC PETROLEUM will reimburse you all the expenses you incurred during your immigration visa/work permit process before coming to UK and STANBIC PETROLEUM will provide you free air ticket to UK after confirmation of your visa and permit from the British Immigration Department here in UK.
NOTE: Your employment will be confirmed subject after the procurement and confirmation of your British visa and work permit by the British Immigration Department in UK.
