What'e the latest news on this? Heard rumor that he has refunded money to few selected people recently (mainly people who were on the forefront). As time progresses, people's patience and persistence will be tested. The only way to handle this is to keep united all the time and continue our fight. Let's plan for a get together in July to discuss. I think we should be able to trace him with some sincere effort.

Not only TKM, but also other 4 named Ashok Ku. Rout, D. K. Tripathy, Prasant Kumar Mohanty and A. K. Rout also enjoyed their life with our money...If there is god they will definitely get punished. they will lose their son or child in near future. If we will attack to their family they will surely returned our money.TKM had not taken money directly from us, but these have taken money from us. even we are not sure whether these have deposited our money with TKM or not. There is a chance that they use our money for their benefit.
No doubt we have lost our money and TKM who destroyed our life, but mastermind are others who are now in KIIT. Prasant Kumar Mohanty and A. K. Rout are the two person who even working in KIIT now. I think A.Samant has taken money from them otherwise how they are in KIIT till now.
We always thought A Samant is a honest man, but he proved that he is not a good man as he is involved in many cases like KIMS-CBI Case. He is a cheater and also encouraged their staff to cheat people and give the commission.
If he is a honest man then I request him to instruct their staff (Prasant Kumar Mohanty and A. K. Rout) to return our money.
We always thought A Samant is a honest man, but he proved that he is not a good man as he is involved in many cases like KIMS-CBI Case. He is a cheater and also encouraged their staff to cheat people and give the commission.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, I Shri Chaudhari Mohanta is taking into your kind notice for necessary action as per my information & description stated below.
That I have been cheated by Sri Triveni Kumar Mohanty, who has taken 12 lakhs money from me assuring high monthly returns. On receipt of money from a client either in cash or by cheque, he used to issue an un-dated cheque of his company as a token of ‘Guarantee’ and promised to return the capital at any time.
To get the confidence of the public, he was arranging get-to-gathers twice in a year on the occasion of” New Year” and ‘Deewali’and awarding some gifts to the investors. He also organized two “ International Chess Tournaments”at hotel Swosti Plaza in June, 2009 & May, 2010, where the officials of “Orissa Chess Adhoc Committee” and AICF gave full affiliation. He managed to invite some VIP’s of Odisha along with the Founder of KIIT as a guest.
The common people were convinced that they have invested their money in a company which is growing very rapidly & they never thought of being cheated. Sri Mohanty was telling to the investors that he is investing the money in Stock Market and is giving the returns from the profits.
Every year on the occasion of New Year, he was organising Lottery Programmes and collecting lot of money from the public. In addition to the Prize, he was giving assurance to return double amount of the ticket- money after 30 months.
He gave various ads in different media & through web-site regarding construction of some Housing Complexes and collected lot of money towards booking amount.
He stopped paying any return from May, 2010 and told to the investors that some problems have occurred due to frequent enquiry of the Income Tax Officials. But all the investors were impatient when they did not get any return till December, 2010. Lastly, he was arrested by Saheed Nagar Police on 27th December, 2010 against a complaint of a client. He was imprisoned for 3 weeks & was released on bail on 21st January, 2011.
After that he met the people in several meetings and assured that he will start making payment of money from March or April, 2010 onwards. But he closed his office at 43, Saheed Nagar & sent sms to the investors that new office will be started at Bapuji Nagar. But instead of opening his office there, he started hiding himself .
When he did not attend to any phone call or did not give reply to any sms, a group of the investors tried to search him out. He was found out at N. A. Majestic Appartment, Jharpada on 27th April. Saheed Nagar police took him under their custody & basing on the FIR of a client, he was forwarded to court. He was imprisoned for the 2nd time . But again he is released on bail on 10th June, 2011.
Now the where-abouts of Sri Mohanty is not known to anyone and all are afraid of being cheated by him.
It is being heard that he has developed some assets in and outside Odisha.He has purchased a flat in N. A. Majestic Appartment from where he was arrested and another near Railway Station ( Kalpana area ) in the name of Miss Smita Patnaik. The seller has confirmed that the instalments have been paid by Sri Mohanty.
Under the above circumstances, I sincerely request you to take the matter in greater interest and order for a proper action, so that I can get back my hard-earned money from a fraudman like Sri Triveni Kumar Mohanty as soon as possible.

everybody why are all slient. Any new on TKM. We should restart our agitation now. Look what is happening in West Bengal with sradha grp investor. They are also cheater like TKM. Their operation is like TKM only, They use to invest money in real esate & films. All investor or sardha grp are united. They have launched complaint with sebi & other higher authorities. They agitatating unitedly. They will get their money back.

Hi all. we have to unite like other investors against star consultancy. I have a plan, we will meet ADG B.K Sharma and present proofs for investigations against star consultancy and the whereabouts of triveni mohanty arrested twice.For that we need atleast 10-12 people to meet him.If anyone is interested then message here i will inform you my email ID from there we can contact each other.

Even I was a part of this fraud. I was assured about a 2bhk flat near SUM hospital and I was taken to the plot too. It was way back in 2009. But he flew away after that. Does anyone remember about a meeting in Trident Hilton in Aug 2009. There were many people present where in lotteries were distributed for lucky consumers who would get their possession in first slot as per their commitment. If anyone belong to that group, please intimate me for any update.
