[Resolved] Star Health Insurance Govt. Employee — ID card not receid | |
Sir, I am varadharajan M.Sc., M.M.Ed., Head master, N.Vellalapatti Govt. High School, Uthangarai Taluk -635207 Krishnagiri District. Tamilnadu. My staffs were taken Star Health Insurance Govt. Employees Scheme. Monthy Rs.25 deducted their salary from Sep'2007. but till date they were not getting their ID card. Several complaints in our Krishnagiri region. Three times application with photo given. Chennai Head officice also not responding properly. given below my starhealth alloted - R.P.Kavitha- KGI/01SB[protected] G.Jalendiran-Kgi/01SB[protected] kindly give the instruction how can we get our ID cards.
