DEAR SIR, YESTERDAY WHEN I ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT RS.15000 FROM ATM OF SBBJ NEAR POOJA PROVISION STORE SRIGANGANAGAR ( L BLOCK) I DDINOT GET THAT AMOUNT. BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE TODAY I.E. 20.1.2011 THE SAID AMOUNT WAS REDUCED FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE BRANCH MANAGER I WAS NOT GIVEN GOOD RESPONSE. As per my regular routine, I went to ICICI ATM situated at Pralahad Tower, Opp. Love Garden, Bhilwara. to withdraw cash from my SBBJ Debit Card, but the transaction got declined and after i checked the balance a sum of Rs. 10, 000 was not there in my a/c. I have already given so many complaints of it but still there is no action have taken place of the mistake done by the bank.My a/c no. is [protected] and it is in the State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur Branch: Bhilwara KUMRatan Jangid .
