[Resolved]  State Bank Of Bikaner & Jaipur — Regarding to not receiving cash from ATM

I had been used my ATM Card of SBBJ Bank (Branch Sangaria Rajasthan) in PNB(Branch Sangaria Rajasthan) ATM due to bad response of SBI ATM Local Brach. In PNB ATM i used my atm for withdraw money sum rupees of 6200/- on 1st October 2008.
But I didn't get cash from PNB ATM and 6220/- is debited in my SBBJ account.
I notifed my complaint to both local SBBJ & PNB branch manager.
They let move from their duties. then i mail a online complaint to sbbj I got this email from complaint center on 3rd October 2008. A copy of that mail is following



Dear Vinod Kumar,

Your complaint has been registered at token number [protected]. We will further inform you when it is resolved. Use your token No. for further Queries.

SBBJ Complaints
I have mailed many times to sbbj complaint center but i don't received any other mail.
I have given two written complaints to both banks but i have not get any response from their side they says bank is doing their work. They have another complaint which is pending from six months.

Now Please suggest me what can i do to get my money back as early as possible.
