[Resolved] State Bank Of Bikaner & Jaipur — ATM FRAUD | |||
Dear Sir, I am Murli Dhar Agrawal, 62 years old, senior citizen, would like to log a complaint against SBBJ, Aerodrome Branch, Kota (Rajasthan). Due to lack of security features in SBBJ ATM someone has taken 20,000 INR from my account. I have done numerous followup with the branch but very bad response and harrasment by Aerodrome branch, Kota. On their request, I have filed the FIR also to the police station and given a copy to SBBJ, Aerodrome Branch, KOTA, Rajasthan in addition to my detailed complaint. I myself have done many many followups but no response from the bank. Sometimes they say please provide us the blank CD so that we will write and provide you with the CCTV camera footage. I have provided them the blank CD but after so many follow ups he is saying camera is not working. The bank is not returning my 20,000 Rs. I request you to please take up the matter with the KOTA Aerodrome branch and in the meantime if you need anything then please do let me know. State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur — Complaint regarding home loan
I have taken a loan from SSBJ Bank, Tilak Marg, Jaipur for purchasing the house. Today dated 01/12/2010 I got a message from SSBJ bank stating that ,"our Loan Ac no. XXXXX164330 irregular by Rs. 12172. Please contact Branch Manager. Ignore if paid."I am not able to understand how can it be possible when i have given 12 Post dated cheque of ICICI Bank to home loan department. No cheuqes have been presented in my bank and now this message. Tried to contact to SBBJ bank but not getting any response.
