I am received a call [protected] from Mumbai by
this no. He told me deposit 26066 rs/- immediately, but on this time i
will not deposit. I am only deposit 1500 rs/- only at once.
so kindly take any serious action either i am going to LOKPAL.

i made a transaction on 10th august,2009 from padmanabhanagar,bangalore branch atm for a amount of 2500 rs
but i was not able to collect the money as i was late in picking up the cash so the money went inside the machine.
my account was debited during the transaction but no refunds has been made yet.
i have made a complaint in both branches but nothing has been done yet.

This is the incidence of 22/09/09 when I was operating
the ATM at SBI, OFC, CHANDRAPUR MAHARASHTRA, And
I have withdrawn 4000/- Rs. But I could not get the cash
and the amount was being debited from my account. And
after that the ATM machine stopped functioning for 24 hrs..
Sir, Since I was using the ATM of SBI, CHAKRADHAR NAGAR,
RAIGARH, CHATTISGARH, I have given the information regarding this
incidence in both the branches i.e. in MAHARASHTRA AND CHATTISGARH,
But nobody was responding properly and my problem has not been yet
solved although this is my 6 th complaint to you also, I dont understand whether
the complaint submitted by the customers do read by anybody or not? I[censored] dont want
to solve the problems of the customer better to stop this formalities.



Sir, One thing I would like to state that my Account statement is showing
Debit of 4000/- Rs. Then Credit of the same amount with the message
"COR CSH WDL" And again Debit of 4000/- Rs on the same date i.e.
on 22/09/09. If the machine is locked after this transaction only the
bank employees were allowed to enter the ATM room in this case my
money could not be taken out by anybody else. Sir, since I am not
getting any positive approach and fruitfull result from u r side even after
informing to you repeatedly, I am planning to launch a FIR against this
incident, So I request you to please give me a proper guideline regarding
the same matter.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had use BANK OF BARODA ATM machine ( ATM id-DCB06916) on
12/December/2012 to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,000(ten thousand
only). But when I completed transaction ( transaction
id.8415/17381700/000) no amount was dispensed from ATM machine but
same amount was deducted from my SBI account.

I had already lodge an formal complaint on SBI helpline ( Complaint
ticket no- AT[protected]) on 13/Dec/2012 . For first one week no action
was taken, afterward customer care represintive told us that money
has been reimburesmented to your SBI account. But when again check
mine account no amounted has been returned to it.

Then I went to Branch manager ( Branch id-7873,Rajnagar) he inform me
that BANK OF BARODA is not issuing an amount Rs.10,000 to us. When we
contacted to BANK OF BARODA people they told us that they can’t help
us, only SBI can help.
Now it has been THREE weeks and still no relief has been given to us.

On checking complaint status online, it has been showing that
complaint had closed.


This amount matter lot to me.

I have opened new Account at (Branch)Chandralok building, 36 Janpath, New Delhi-110001. My Account Number- [protected] but they have not provide ATM card, when I asked why not coming ATM card.They told me fill up form, I fill up ATM form 3 time also. Today I told Mr. Balram (staff of SBI), He not respond my complaint and told me you go here I did not know, you close ur account and his behavior is not good. So, request you please help me I followup more than one month also.

This is to inform you that on 4th Mar’2013, I tried to withdraw Rs.7000/- and Rs.10000/- from Canara Bank ATM at Khichri Pur, Delhi – 110091 but due to some network problem it shows “Transaction Decline” and I did not received the amount. Regarding, this I have made complaint in SBI against complaint number AT[protected] & AT[protected] but now SBI people have closed this complaints and replied me as both the transaction have been “successful “ whereas I have not received the amount. Please let me know how, that transactions successful without dispense Cash and SBI simply refused help me out.

Please do the needful on top most priority as 14 days have passed but did not received my amount but only excused from your side.
