I have been trying to apply Online for Clerical Recruitment of SBI for last 5 days continuously but the Application showing error and I am trying again and again but in vain, my place in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Sub:- Complaint regarding dishonouring of my cheque on the ground of Insufficient of Fund - reg.

Madam,

I am maintaining a S/B A/c No. [protected] (with auto sweep facility) with your branch in which my salary, other allowances & arrears are being deposited by CBI/Special Unit/New Delhi, (where I am working as Inspector) in SBI/CGO Complex Branch, New Delhi from time to time.

As on 10.12.2008, I was having a net credit balance of over Rs. 80, 000/-, even then a Cheque No. 666654 dated 10.12.2008 issued in favour of LIC for Rs. 1130.80 only has been dishonoured by your staff. Not only this, an amount of Rs. 75/- has also been deducted from my account on account of dishonouring of my cheque. (Ref.No. of Dish.Ch. is 57662 dated 10.12.2008).

Apart from above, LIC, Modi Nagar has also imposed a panelty of Rs. 125/- on me. In this way, I am in loss of Rs. 200/- for no fault on my side, as I was having more than sufficient fund.

In view of above, it is requested that necessary action in this regard may be taken and loss of Rs. 200/- may be compensated because I am not on any fault.

I want to apply for Clerical Posts in State Bank of India Associated Banks Clerical Posts Recruitment, the last date is[protected] and I have already paid the fee Rs.250-00, but when I fill the online application form after submitting the filled application no message was given, instead a fresh application form is being opened, now from two days the website www.sbi.co.in is not opening for retrying to apply. The last date for submmission is not so far.

I received promotional SBI Railway Card from IRCTC on 06/10/2008. My Card No. is [protected]. I had done two transactions from this card (One from IRCTC on 08/10/08 & another from Archies Gallery on 09/10/08). On 11/10/08 after receiving a call from SBI Call Centre for confirmation on some transaction, which I had never done, I came to know that my card was misplaced. Immediately I blocked my card by calling SBI Customer Care vide their reference number [protected] dated 11.08.2008. SBI Customer Care personnel informed me that FIVE TRANSACTIONS worth Rs. 23, 999/- has already been done on 10/10/08 from your card.

Immedietly thereafter the FIR was lodged with Moti Nagar Police Station and they asked for the details of transactions like shop name and address to investigate the case further. I requested SBI Customer Care for the charge slips of all the shopping's done on 09th, 10th and 11th Oct.-08 alongwith merchant's address for further investigation through e-mail on 11/10/08. I got a confirmation of receipt of my e-mail from SBI. On 14/10/08 I got a call from SBI Customer Care, Chennai that they got my request and going to send the all charge slips required. I also filled Despute Form with SBI & sent copy of Police Complaint to SBI through mail and courier on 01st Nov.-08. After that I suggested to pay the amount of genuine transactions (i.e. Rs. 1170/-) and the payment for the same was made on 06/11/08.

Now I would like to inform you that till today I am not received any charge slips after several e-mail & phone request (e-mail Dt. 1st Nov.-08, 17th Nov.-08 & 01st Dec.-08).

To my agony I am receiving threatening calls of their recovery agents daily two time to clear the outstandings and also after getting commitements by SBI for helping me in investigating the case, their billing department is laying Late Fee Charges, FIN Charges etc. on desputed amount.

You are requested to look in to the matter and help me in getting out of this trauma.

18th oct 2008 I used my SBI debit card for withdrawing Rs2500 and I am not received money and balance was cut from my account. The next day when I notice my passbook entry, there was deduction of Rs 2500 from my account. I reported the matter to customer care and they told to wait for 24 hrs, if it is not

Dear Sir,

I am regular user of www.irctc.co.in website for booking of train tickets. On the website I found that SBI issues Railway Credit Card for which I have to apply online through the same website. It is not even made available to be applied from the SBI website itself. I applied for the same as it gives me the benefit of saving the service charges which is levied if I use the other Credit Cards. I applied it along with the Railway Shubh Yatra scheme. I received the Shubha Yatra membership card but did not receive the the SBI Railway Credit Card. After waiting for some few days almost 2 months I again applied through the IRCTC website but till today no news about it.

Kindly help me in knowing the status and the reason. I would definitely love to have the SBI Railway Credit Card as I am the frequent traveller.

Please help me in getting the same.

I took the SBI "LIFE TIME FREE CREDIT CARD". first of all the statement never came on time to me. when i was charged for the late fee i fired them about the statement not coming to me. suddenly the statement stopped to come and now after 2 years suddeny they have woken up to come up with some 4000 amount that this is new year membership amount. when i membered that its a lifetime free card they said pls read the document and i was shocked. theat i got cheated big time. now they are threatening me that they would charge me 3000 every month no onwards if i dont pay the amount. Friends Believe me... never take SBI card. you will get sleepless nights.

I am not receiving my statement or e-statement or any of the the intimation of my bill from sbi card department this month. so, pls send e- statement as early as possible

Why the State bank of india is taking INTER CITY CHARGES for depost money to account in non home branch.
Please stop this charge otherwise nobody will deposit money to sbi.
Becareful with SBI. and becareful SBI for this charges otherwise you will lost your custmores...

I am a resident of Thane district, Mumbai, India.
My parents have booked a flat 4 years ago in one of the projects by Ganpatey Developers in Thane(W). The developer involves 4 partners. One of them is MD of India Lead Ltd. Company.
The land on which the project was built belonged to this company. The company had taken a load from State Bank of India against this land for its normal operations at other factory locations. This loan with all interest now amounts to 120 Crore.
2 years ago SBI suddenly stopped all the construction work (70% complete) claiming the land (which is no way 120 crore worth).

The builder was supposed to have a joint account with SBI (escrow account) where all the earnings from the property sell were supposed to be deposited. Due to corruption within the bank and high influence the builder avoided this and took up all the money. He achieved the title clearance also.

The buyers have procurred loans from leading instutes like LIC housing Finance being assured that they check the title before the loan is disbursed.

The builder has backed of from the project and is willing to give away the property to bank. The bank has many options to seal and sell the Other privately owned locations of India Lead Ltd Company and its MD. But it is not willing to do so.

We have filled a case in consumer court against the builder and SBI. The SBI has stated that the buyers are not it's consumers and hence it is not the party to the case and has got relief from the state consumer court (we had won the case at district level. We also doubt our lawyer for the loss as he did not speak a word in against SBI in the court).
Now it wants to sell the land w/o our share. The court also seems to agree to this. We have no were to go. Where can one complain against the court. The case is also in the Debt Recovery tribunal. The builder is enjoying his money and the SBI will get it's from the sell of the property. What about us??

I am the latest victim of these frauds. I had purchased a so called Swatch watch. The watch is a cheap imitation of the watch and even does not look like a real watch to me let alone Swatch.

I tottaly agree SUE THEM FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT AND REFUND OF MONEY WITH INTEREST. THATS THE REMEDY. AND ALSO AWARENESS BE CREATED FOR OTHER PEOPLE. SBI CREDIT CARD OFFICIALS SHOULD ALSO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE DAMAGE CAUSED OF THEIR COMPANY NAMES BY THESE SERVICES.

While filling the registration form, date of birth was incorrectly given as 20 may, 1988 instead of 20 May 1991.

I have saving bank account in SBI palacode branch of Dharmapuri distrct.my account No [protected] and ATM card No is 6220180. I have lost my ATM card when I was traveling please lock my ATM card .
