I had applied for re-issue og ATM agaist damaged card in the 2nd week of Oct 2008, but till date did not received any replacement. Though necessery processing charges was debitaed from my a/c in Oct 2008.

Sir,
In continuation of my letter dt.02/06/2008 on the above subject I am to inform you that I have not signed any chargeslip in respect my Debit Card no.[protected] relating to my S/B a/c no.[protected] when the machine of the shoping mall showed the card inoperative on 23/05/08.Finding no other alternative I used my other debit card no.[protected] relating to my a/c no[protected] for necessary purchase when the machine showed it to be operative.I accordingly signed the relevant charge slip in respect of the amt.of Rs.612.75.But to my great surprise I found that the amt.of Rs.612.75 has been debited from my above two accounts.When I contacted the mall they informed that no amount has been charged from my a/c no[protected] as I did not sign any chargeslip in this regard.Thereafter Iran from pillar to post for chargeback of the amt.of Rs, 612.75 to my account no[protected] but to no avail.
In the circumstances, I would request you to kindly look into matter seriously so that an old man like me is not subjected to financial loss for no fault of his.

But, the card was not accepted in the machine and also the receipt didn't come. So that, I paid that amount Rs.519 /-. The Machine details,

After that, I took the mini statement on our ATM and checked it .

Really I am very upset. Because Mini statement shown Rs.519 /- transferred to purchase.

I have deposited a chque of Rs. 2000/- towards the payment of my credit card at Bhopal ( SBI bank at 10 number ). In a drop box on 26.03.10. In my icici account it is showing the amount is debited on 29.03.10.

I took an advance for construction of a Rural Go-Down at Asrampur, P.S. Bamangola, District: Malda from S.B.I. Jamtala Branch and running such agricultural storge business at same place. After the loan was sanctioned, The Brance Manager took on initiative to send the file of subsidy to NABARD for sanctioned of subsidy. I constructed the Go-Down as per the specification of NABARD, while I am running the business with some difficulties as my subsidy amount has not been send yet after the expiry of two years and even few months back also.

The behavior of Branch Manager is also not good .I requested the Branch Manager to take up the matter, so that the subsidy may be sanctioned, but he is always busy in other works and has a very little time for customers.


Therefore, Irequeste to you to plese take immediate steps to settle the matter with the proper direction to Branch Manager.

I have made application for new cheque book on 25.04.2011 through SBI 000573 branch my SB A/ c no is [protected] I requested branch for look in to above matter but they they don't have any idea regarding the status of my cheque book as i have to make credit card payment and other utility bills payments but due to non receipt of cheque book i am held up if any delay charges recovered by credit card then it is SBI responsebility.Please look in to matter and do the needful at the earliest

There is a SBI Branch within municipal limits of Dhubri Town known as Kismathasdah branch (code 08286) the branch is observing all thursdays as non public banking day, since long time as there was posted only bone officer i.e the Branch Manager. the branch is provided with another official the Accountant since october 2009, but the non public banking day is not yet lifted. On 23rd DEC 2008 afternoon around 1:00 PM I took 20, 000 and 5000 from wipro technologies ATM Tower 12 Electronic city, BANGALORE. I got the error message session timed out on both the with drawal but the the amount has been debited from my account.

I contacted the service manager the next day 24th DEC 2008 I gave a written complaint and the three months account statement. He assured me that the amount will be credited with in 2 days.

Every week I'm meeting the branch manger I'm not getting the proper response and till date I didn't get my amount credited.

But the most strange thing happened with me is that the same amount was debited from my account. I at once informed the local SBI Branch and at Rithala, Delhi Branch (My A/c's Branch) and also filed an application against that for which i have been told to wait for 4 days but after that also i have not got any response from SBI people. Now after more than one month we are still standing on the same place. I 'm continuously getting the false excuses from the SBI people.

Dear sir,
i am serving in Indian Air Force and posted at 1 Air Force Selection Board, Clement Town, Dehradun and having a saving bank a/c No.[protected] and a RD Acct.. further i would like to draw your attention to an erroneous transaction in which an amount of Rs.2000/-(rupees two thousand only) had been deducted from my above mentioned acct.

On 09 may 09 i went to draw Rs.2000/- from OBC bank ATM near RTO office, rajpur road, dehradun as no SBI ATM was available over there.i completed full process of withdrawl of cash i waited for appx 10 mintes but i was neither provided cash nor receipt of transaction. after some time the security guard told me that machine was unserviceable that time.

after one week on 16 may 09 when i went to my parent branch(Clement Town, Dehradun for updation of passbook, it was noticed by me that the amount of Rs.2000/-(rupees two thousand only) had been deducted for above mentioned erroneous transaction. i requested to Branch manager SBI Clement Town, Dehradun and OBC Bank, E.C. Road Dehradun (the controlling branch of ATM in which transaction was processed) in writing twice, but Rs.2000/-(rupees two thousand only) which was debited from my a/c incorrectly yet has not been credited to my a/c No.[protected] neither i have been responded positively.

Sir, being a defence personnel i have a lot of duties and responbilities so i could not go to bank repeatately. therefore you are requested to look into the matter and credit the amount of Rs.2000/-(rupees two thousand only) in my above mentioned a/c. it will increase my morale to serve the nation and trust to largest banking network of India.

Dear sir,

It was 26th September, 2009 at 6:30 pm when I went to SBI ATM, Pattabhipuram, Guntur to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1, 900/- from my SBI ATM. In spite of applying the whole process of withdrawing the money from ATM, I was not been able to get the amount from there due to problem in machine. But the most strange thing happened with me is that the Rs. 1, 900/- was debited from my account. This was come to my notice when I tried from another ATM to withdraw the same amount.

You are requested to kindly consider this matter and help to credit the amount Rs. 1, 900/- in my account at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I have saving bank account with sbi bhuj branch and acc no is [protected] on 27 jun11, while withdrawing money of Rs 3000/- from the sbi ATM at station road in bhuj, the ATM got s/w off and the transaction got interrupted.I could not get the money&receipt of the transaction. when I checked my balance in other sbi ATM, i found my account was debited with Rs 3000/-
So in above mention statement please credit my account with immediate effect.It is urgent

I use my SBI ATM in Gulbarga Brance (ATM Machine no.S10B[protected], Karnataka as on 11/08/2011.time 15:02, i did not get the amount, but amount was debited my account (Rs.2000/-).
After that i complaint to the toll free no.[protected], they given complaint no.AT[protected]., and i inform to my home branch in Kaikaluru-AP. they said wait for 12 working days it will automatically credit you account, but it is not credit up to 02/09/2011, so again i complaint to toll free no.[protected], they given no.AT[protected]. and written complaint given to my home branch(Kaikaluru-1184) with supporting ATM transaction slip attached.
But still there is no credit from State Bank of India.(Home Branch Kaikaluru-AP., transaction at Gulbarga Karnataka.)
So please do the favor as early as possible

i too face the same problem as above stated. As he said i am also from his locality (Parassala).please send any kind of help the last date is 31 Dec 2008, today is 28 Dec 2008.

Also the reference given by the sbi site is not loading. Its just showing some error 404.
