At 11 dec 2008.i was open s.b a/c at ur branch with name of shalu, a/c no was [protected], after that i recived one letter on ur behalf & i recieved pass book, ur staff told me now our system converd in centralies, so u go home & wait ur chq book or atm pin, i conformed ur centralies team, they told me ur branch layer & i will apply chq book or atm card by mail or self AT UR BRANCH & they give me ur id, now pls give me reply what should i do, no body help out me, i[censored] will can please reply otherwise give me other id where i tell my problem,

    I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Chandi Chowk as well As Sidharth Extension Branches of SBI (which is self explanatory) but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.10000/- from SBI.

    "I have made a written complaint on 9-1-2009 to my SBI branch Chandni Chowk, Delhi (Sh. Suresh Kumar) regarding sudden fault in SBI ATM on 8-1-09 at Sidhartha Extn.(Branch No.60360) at about 1-30PM while I was trying to withdraw Rs.10, 000/-in between the ATM became out of order and Rs.10, 000/- was debited from my SB A/C No.[protected]. I immediately informed your help line also because that day was Bank holiday(Muhharam). But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Chandni Chowk Branch as well as Sidhartha Extn. Branch of SBI. Rs.10, 000/- may be credited in my account at the earliest because it is the totally fault of your ATM. I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me".

      Dear Sir,
      I have my salary account at SBI, ASP Branch, Durgapur-8.My accont no. is [protected].On 3/11/2008 I tried to draw Rs.8, 000/- from SBI, A-zone Branch, Durgapur-4 ATM.But as the salary was not credited in my account, at that time, a comment appeared on the screen, "not sufficient funds".I got a slip also, saying"sorry, unable to process your request".I have not kept the slip.
      Next day (on4/11/08) I went to bank and withdrew Rs.8, 000/- by giving a cheque.But when I have updated my book I was shocked to see Rs.8, ooo/-withdrawal on4/11/08.On 4/11/08 I have not gone to ATM at all and on3/11/08 I have not got money from ATM as told above.When I met the manager, he was very rude and not helpful at all. Any way I gave awritten complaint stating all the facts.Till now no action was taken and am really depressed the way our branch is functioning.Kindly look in to the matter immediately and credit the money in my account.I again request your kind intervention.

      i made a transaction of 2100 rupees from 44 sec sbi atm machine but it showed two times transaction...which is absolutely wrong...when i did a balance enquiry it showed two times transaction of 2100 rupees which is didnt made at that day or any other day...when i went to bank they are not giving any resolution and when i contact to the branch with hich i have a account in palalmpur that is in himachal pradesh they are also not listening to the problem that i am facing...satish sharma

      I got my salary of Rs. 10, 800, I withdrew Rs 100, and left with Rs10, 700. I went to ATM of bank of Baroda, to Withdraw my salary amount, but when tried to withdraw the money, it said, "unable to process, " insufficient funds " but then I went HDFC ATM to withdraw the money, then I got shocked when it reflected that the amount that I tried to withdraw from the Bank of Baroda ATM, is bieng deducted from my account and I am left with only Rs. 200. I dont what to do now, I logged a complaint with the bank officials, but no actions bieng taken yet . Is this the destination of our hard earned money in INDIA, in Indian Banks .Lost faith on Banks as well as on Bank officials. Please help me with this ...

        SBI ATM Response Code 070

        Dear Sir,
        My SBI ATM Card is not able to withdraw money. It gives the slip saying Response Code 070, unable to p[protected]rocess. However, it gives the balance statement slip. My card no. is[protected]. Pls give suggestions what to do.

        Dear sir,
        My account no SBI is [protected](Sector 7 chandigarh).Yesterday i withdrew 3000 from fourbanglow versova branch on dated 09/01/2008 ..But unfortunately the notes of 500 were rejected by the shop on account of the reason that same is duplicate.I am at loss on account of the same.
        If this is the state of govt run banks than how can we trust the financila sytem.Need a throgh checking of the same and a satisfactory reply from the concern

        Dear sir,
        My account no SBI is [protected](ADB ATM Nawadah (Bihar) i withdraw Rs. 5000 from ADB ATM Nawadah branch (Bihar) Branch Code (0141) on dated 02/06/2008 ..But unfortunately the machine were rejected of transaction money. While come to Nawadah Branch for posting passbook then come to know the the Rs. 5000 has been transaction successfully done. Then immidialty inform to NAWADAH branch ATM manager, he said the same false transaction issue is happen so many people to request to pls. give us appliaction for false transaction. I have subbmitted Application on 16/02/2009 and still we are follow up with NAWADAH brach and ATM Manager said we have sent thrice reminder, still awaiting reply from our concern department. Request to kindly look tinto the matter on priority.

          1..I am Arvind Kumar Sharma and I have a joint account with my wife at SBI Subathu. The account No is [protected]. On 23 Dec 2008 at SBI ATM at Sect 6, Dwaka, New Delhi (uner SBI Nangal Raya) I tried to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- but the ATM was not working and no money came out. I had two attempts. On 24 Dec 2008 when I withdrew Rs.20, 000/- from SBI ATM at Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt I noticed that two entried of Rs.20, 000/- each has been debited in my account there Rs.40, 000/- has wrongly been debited.

          2. I tried to contract SBI Mangaer Nanga Raya on 26 Dec 08 and also contracted SBI Subathu, the whome branch and also sent a fax message of complaint. But no one has helped me out my Rs.40, 000/- has not been refunded so far. Please advice and help in this matter at the earliest.

          It has been observed that an amount of Rs.20, 020.00 has been debited from my A/c. No. [protected] by mentioning my ATM Card No. I have already lodged a complaint to S.B.I. / Mogra Branch on 28/03/2009.

          In view of above, you are requested to kind look into the matter and arrange to credit the aboe amount along with interest at the earliest.

          Dear sir, i am an account holder of vijay khand gomti nagar lucknow branch, my a/c num.is [protected].on 17.4, 2009 i tried to withdraw Rs 10, 000..00.from sbi atm sringar nagar alambagh branch at arround 10.30 pm but the amount came out and went back to machine after few seconds.and atm slip showed two 10, 000[20, 000]withdrawl entries.20, 000.00 debited in my account and the machine showing the date of this trasaction is 18.4.2009. ihave immediatly inform to mr R.K. SINGH [branch managar alambagh] by mobile at 10.35pm.next day on 18.4.2009 ihave given a writen complaint to the branch.there are 3 wrong debit enties of Rs. 10, 000 are showing on my account.2entries hv corrected but the 3rd entry has not been correted. after this so many times i hv contract to branch.but no one has help me out myRS 10.000 has not been refunded so far.pl. advice and help me in this matter earliest.

          Dear Sir,

          I had gone to withdraw rupees from an ATM counter, after doing all prosedures neither the currency came out nor the slip had come out,but in screen it seen-" your transaction under process" and after few second "transaction Time out". When i checked my account it observed that the amount is debited. When I informed the branch, they said that it will take 10 to 15 days to adjust the amount.But as far I know in SBI, an account is there named "System Suspense A/C" debiting which the customers' a/c can be adjusted on same day..The ATM machines' problem is bank's problem,why customer should suffer.If a customer overdraws erroneously from his a/c ,an overdraft interest is levied on the overdrawn amount, but in ATM case why bank is not paying the interest for their fault for this stipulated period? I hope the high level management of SBI will look after the matter seriously and your section will compel the bank to mitigate the customers' complaints and problems.

          I have savings account with state bank of india - pernambut. whenever i ask the netbanking username & passward they are saying you deposit1000 rs i will give imeediatly.

          the customer service is very bad in sbi pernambut- there is no prompt action - all are old employess. there reply for account opening to my wife . againt my application, you come tomorrow, if i go tomorrow, you deposit 5000 thousand i will give the pass book imdly.like that for all type of jewel loan i have wait more than three hours.

          Dear Sir,

          I want to state that, I am a customer of State Bank of India at Warora Barnch (0501). My account no is [protected] and ATM Card No[protected]. It is to inform you that my account is debited by Rs. 10000 on 24.01.2010 for which I donot have any whithdrawal from ATM (Patna ATM Term no: - S1AN[protected] because at that time this ATM was not working. I just put my ATM card in ATM Terminal and removed it, there was nothing happening, after some time the message ATM Not responding was displayed, I was not even put my ATM pin in ATM Terminal. So it is requested to kindly look into the matter and help me out in this regard.
          Hoping for early action at your end because my account was debited without any fault of mine.

          The applicant is holder of SBI A/c No [protected] issued from Chander Nager, Lucknow. The applicant processed for withdrawl of Rs 20000/- from ATM at SBI main branch Lucknow on[protected] at 17:03 Hrs.The machine processed a slip showing TXN No 692 '' SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS'' and no money received from ATM. While taking mini statement vide TXN No 693 the amount of Rs 20000 has been shown cash withdrawl on[protected].
          The applicant contacted main branch SBI, Lucknow and Chandar Nagar ,Lucknow where it was intimated that if the problem has not been removed within 24 Hrs you should contact SBI Chandar Nagar for complaint.
          kindly credit the amount Rs.20000/- in my saving account.

          I am Kamlesh patel and I have a joint account with my wife at SBI . The SBI account No is [protected]. On 7march 2012 at mahetapur, himatanagar icic Bank ATM Gujarat. I tried to withdraw Rs.2, 000/- but the ATM was not working and no money came out. On 07 March 2012 when I withdrew Rs.2, 000/- from SBI ATM at mahetapur, himatanagar icic Bank ATM Cantt I noticed that One entried of Rs.2, 000/- each has been debited in my account there Rs.2, 000/- has wrongly been debited.

            Dear In charge

            I Balwinder Singh holding the above said card for atleast 3 years.
            During the last 3 years Though I was not using the card even then I was never asked to pay any amount like annual fee charges.

            During the last month when I used the card for the first time, an amount like Rs 872
            is debited to my account and an additional charge of Rs 500 is levied on my account as I have overdrew the Limit which overdrew due to the debit of so called Annual Fees.

            At the time of applying the card Executive informed me that it a life time free card and the limit will increase with the usage and i will never be charged any kind of annual fees.


            When I called the Executive ( Mr Ashish) with my concerns he conveyed that during the past period Annual fees was automatically waived under some schemes without sending any information back to me.

            Pls Clarify, if Annual fees can be waived without any transction then why not when i have started using the Card????????????

            In view of the above pls reverse the annual fee and Limit overdrew charges under intimation.

            Pls Clarify, if Annual fees can be waived without any transction then why not when i have started using the Card????????????

            In view of the above pls reverse the annual fee and Limit overdrew charges under intimation.

            Instead of getting any reply back to me. I received a call from the executive based in Delhi.

            He confirmed that the total outstanding on my account was Rs 12000/- which is already been received

            But he has stopped my card reason better known to him.

            What I have concluded out of this is "SBI Card division do not even require to take any consent and is not required to give any information back to customer to whom they have called on numerous occasions for the usage of card. It is like a trap in which they want to make maximum gain by squezzing customers money.

            I have marked this mail to Pahredar to intervene that how can SBI Card close my card without giving any information or reason for stoppage of Card.

              Sir/Madam,
              I have a PPF Account with State Bank of India, AE Market Branch, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 064. In September, 2007 I have Deposited Rs. 25, 000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only in my PPF Account by a cheque. After a year later I found that there was no deposit in my PPF Account. So when I made contact with the official, he handed me over an invalid (1 year back dated) Bankers' Cheque. Therefore I could not deposit that in my account. After this incedence I wrote TWO letter to SBI, AE Market Branch and SBI Regional Office Kolkata. Till today, i.e., 9th January, 2009, I did not receive any payment from SBI. In this situation I am feeling insecure for my money.
              Now, I want to get refund my principal amount and interest amount which I have lost due to neglegency. Also I want to get compensession for this harrashment.

              I have submitted the documents to Aparna Neogi who is the employee of SBI Bank (AE Market Branch) on 12.06.10 for I will purchase a flat(all the the documents which need for a loan) and she gave her Mobile-[protected] which is not-available for every day. Than I called to SBI Bank[protected] directly one person received my and he asked me who am I. I told you pls this call forward to Aparna Neogi for the purpose of loan he just get down the phone for near about 15 minute. So that this is the service of SBI Bank

                Credit Card — UNABLE TO ENCASH REWARD POINTS

                Dear Sir.Madam,

                I am using the SCB Gold card for few years. However for last 1 year I am facing various difficulties due to bad response and service on the bank's part.
                1) I have accumulated reward pints against my purchases as per the card schemes. However even after passage of about 6 months I was not given the gtft voucher against the points, which I have requested to their help line number. Also I send message to their emergency number and their senior officer talked to me and said that same will be send within 7 days and now it is about 2 months passed. I do not what is their problem? Now I amfed up and not calling any further. I request that the bank should send me thje gift voucher due to me.
                2) Also had to call many time to them regarding their cancellation of the gold card and issuing a upgraded card which was not delivered to me for about 4 to 5 months. Everytime their executives have lied to me that no body was their in my home and the card was returned.
                3) I had to suffer due to their wrong billing a full amount in place of interest free EMI option as per the advertisemen and the merchandise.

                Hope the bank will see reason to sort out.

                I also agree with Mr.Bahadur. There is no procedure or response from the website of SBI.
                It is written in Statement that the reward point will be forefeited, but till now nothing has been done.

                i am a credit card holder. my card expired in March 2009. It was renewed up to 2013. While sending the new card, all the reward points earned 4p tp 2009 have been deleted or reset to zero. It is unfair and i request you to reset to the original value.

                I am not able to redeem my points and whenever we asked about it it is mentioned that contact at web site it also not have proper guidlines.

                Very poor on redemption of power points which ultimately get expired.
                No response on helpline for such redemption. The site also doesn't give any conclusive system for redeeming power point.
                I also agree with the comments of the other SBT Credit Card Holders. In most cases my reward points got lapsed. Now I am having more than 14000 points and 31st May is the last date. I have been trying to reach [protected] for the last 15 days and I am unable to get through. There is also no way to get through mail as there is no mail address for this purpose. Now I have to stop using SBI Credit Card as the service is very poor. I suggest others also should stop using this Card if they are thinking of rewards.

                On 9/9/03 a S.B.I card statement was send by you through courier.
                In statement it was showing that my total amt due is 14155.76 till DT: 27.8.03.
                On 19/09/03 a phone call was made by your S.B.I cards service which they have inform me that I have a due in my credit card & I tell them that at present I cannot make the payment to you because in my business I had a huge loss and then tell me that they will exempt all the additional charge except the due. Then I make the payment. The details are given below:

                When I made the 3rd payment on 14.01.04 along with the cheque attached a cancel application of credit, destroyed my credit card into pieces in envelop and drop into the S.B.I credit card drop box.

                After that I call in S.B.I cards helpline and inform them that I have clear my all dues which you have raised against me.

                Again on 26/08/05 a letter was send by S.B.I credit card service through a court notice Ref no: SBI/CAL/ CASH CARD/ CONC/LOT-12/236 issued by Kholi & Sobti (Advocates & Solicitors) claim by your agent Mr Rajesh Prasad as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

                In the notice they have mentioned that sir in you’re a/c there is over due a sum of Rs 16560.80 dt 26/08/05 and you have to come on 11/09/05 between 10am to 5.00pm near 33 Tollygung Circular Road Sitel Sadan Building ground Floor Near Rain barati Service station (petrol Pump) Cal-53.
                There was a huge crowd and long line along with them they were standing with local police and gunda.
                When our number came then the agent look into the system and inform that by mistakely we have issue this notice and we are extremely sorry to interrupting to you and you have no due to paid your all due over dues all are clear.

                Again on 10/02/12 a letter is issued by Leagum associates for settlement through S.B.I Cards officer Mr. Asim Sinha that your total over due is Rs 1, 22, 733.39/-

                First of all I cannot understand that what is the purpose for sending me this letter because when my credit limit is Rs.25000 how the due would be Rs.1, 22, 733.39/-

                Secondly, your staff and employee are not permanent they all work here for short period because if they work actively then you wouldn’t issue the notice by Leagum Associates.

                Thirdly when I have destroyed my credit card then how can the amount would be Rs.1, 22, 733.39/-

                Fourthly, when my dues and over dues all are cleared then why won’t you issue me a declaration and surrender certificate mentioning that my all dues and overdues all are clear and you have surrender your credit card.

                Fifthly, they are not sending me my credit card statement.

                I hope that by reading this application you will do the need full and considered my application.

                I hold a SBI credit card and sometime back asked for vouchers against my reward points. i used some of them and kept it for later use. In the mean time whaen i decided to use the rest, i was told by the merchant that it has lost its validity (of six months normally offered) and can not be used. I requested bank to reissue me the fresh vouchers. They denied to re-issue the same. according to them i lost those reward points since i did not use them within validity period. I am of the opinion that not using the vouchers with in validity time does not mean oerson looses the reward points that he earned. i think bank should re issue them with some charges.

                Can this matter be resolved and how.
                I agree with the above-written complaints of the consumers from the core of my heart. Perhaps your silent attitude might be discouraging the consumers to redeem their reward points.

                hy, me is Rehanuddin Shaikh and i am holding an SBI Platinum Credit Card for 18th Jan, 13 my card billing Cycle is of 13th of every month.
                when i have applied for this card i was told that i will be charged an INR 3000 per anaum and for the fisrt year i am entitled for a gift voucher of 3000 INR. so after getting this card i waited for an month for that gift voucher and then i calld the Sbi cc [protected] / [protected] on which i had got response that once ill pay my first bill which unkowingly comes to me of 3800 inr of some taxes added for which i have not used any thing then from the date of payment some 21 working days i may suppose to call at some number then by that call within 48hrs tat i will get my gift vouher at my residence address. but that doesn't happen. fist of all yor gift help line number is continusly ringng and automaticly get discnctd by 3min of hold [protected].. and one is been charged again with by his phone operator for 1 inr /min.

                so i called the sbi cc care for same some one from cc care told that they will arange callback by 48 hrs abt same. i did got call for that by within 48 hrs but the prson from sbi gift line who spoke to me made me understand that i will by sure geting that diliverd to my residence by 7 working days of that call but still the days of sbi are not over i belive... and after dis the sbi gift card line operating time is between 9am to 6pm and always the number is ringing and of no response. ... oho ... i rreally appricate such a good service..

                If you want to redeem your SBI Railway Credit card points, you can do it by clicking the check box "Redemption>" in Plan My Travel window. This check box is between the field "Quota" and "Find Trains" button. Then, in old interface it will show you only '2 Tier A/C' to check availability, however, in new interface it will show all classes of the train. So in new interface you will need to select 2AC and then the Passenger Details page will appear showing the program member's name, age & sex as default value. Here please do NOT forget to enter the "Loyalty No". Loyalty No is nothing but your Shubh Yatra membership number. Later process is easier. Still need help pls call up[protected] IRCTC helpline number. I got the help from them... After all it's not that the whole world is so bad..!! :->
                I am unable to convert my rewards which is around 16000 points which is due from last 3 months how to convert in cash or gift

                I just got into menu option 1 and you have to keep answering whatever they ask then in the end u will get connected to the customer care executive. It worked for me . Hope it does for all of you.

                In fact most of the Companies &amp; Banks including SBI are not open and plain in their dealings. No where in the SBI Card they mention about the procedure for redeeming the Reward Points. If we call their Customer Service we will get only voice message. For any offer, if it is beneficial to them, they call us from one number and record our statements and when we have second thoughts we cannot call them back.We will get the message 'check the number you have dialled' or 'the number does not exist' Almost all the companies and Banks indulge in this kind of sharp practice. I am using this phrase because cheating is a stronger word. If we pursue doggedly then they oblige. They make it not easy for the customers to approach them. Like in mythological stories we have to overcome a lot of hurdles to reach them. They do it intentionally with a view to saving their money.

                    sir,
                    i dropped cheque no.50231 of sbi, anna nagar, chennai-40 dated 18/12/2008 towards credit card bill payment of Rs.1878/-on 18/12/2008 itself and the same was encashed on 20/12/2008. I could not get my passbook updated immediatley.Ever since 21st Dec, I have been repeatedly getting calls from collection agents of sbi credit card asking me to pay the dues immediately.Initially i said i had not updated the passbook. then after 2 days i gave them the cheque no and date. i also told them my account has been debited for the said amount, In spite of all this, till today every day morning at 8 o'clock and again at 6 in the evening i am getting calls, they are not ready to verify the records. like parrots they are repeating the same message, I am sick and tired of them. I request you to stop them from calling me at once. Otherwise i will simply cut the card and drop it in the box. I will not be a sbi subscriber anymore,

                    Kindly refer to my A/C NO [protected] and ATM NO.[protected].I received through ATM SBI Ballia 0017 U.P. the amount Rs.3000/-only on withdrawl of Rs.5000/-at 2010Hrs.dt.19/11/2007 and again same time Rs.6500/-on withdrawl of Rs.12000/- and no slip was issued both times thus I lossed Rs.7500/- After me, same time other customers also suffered with their money loss and we lodged this serious complaint to staff on duty.After getting no proper response i issued legal notice whose reply from SBI Ballia 0017 letter No.General/54/72 dt.05/11/08 was given that my withdrawl were sucessful and ok.But how could I withdrawl Rs.17000/-(5000/-+12000/-) on same date while it was restrieted to Rs.15000/-only? Knidly investigate and repair the dameged trust and loss of money...

                      Hi,

                      I am using one SBI CC for more than 2 years. The CC no is [protected].

                      I paid a UDC charge in Hyderabad Airport on 24/08/2008 of Rs. 375. SBI treat this as a cash withdrawal from ATM and charge me Rs.250. It's reflected in my Sept statement and I called SBI CC on 15/16 Sept. According to SBI CC this is wrongly charge and it will back in the next statement. The complain no is[protected]. As per his suggestion I paid rest of the amount. But in the next statement you didn't do that.

                      On 7 October I called your CC again. First time they said that any fees at airport is treated as ATM withdrawal and it is mentioned in the welcome kid. I checked back the welcome kid and nothing found. Again I called your CC then she said this is wrongly charge by us, fax a letter on that to get back the amount.

                      I have cancelled my card and paid all amont except that wrongly credited ATM fees. But the SBI credit card keep on sending me bill and charge late fee non payament etc. I dont know how to deal with this people.

                      On 7th January 2009 I again called the CC and aske them for clarification. The CC replied that it is a fault of Hyderabad Airport and they swipe you card in a wrong machine. SBI is not responsible for that.

                      In the rule of SBI card if a withdraw any amount I have to enter my ATM pin and in this case I never enter any ATM pin. Without entering the ATM pin how a bank charge ATM withdrawal, I have doubt on the security system of SBI also.

                      Can any people help me to deal with this people.

                      I have send 3 emails to them and didn't get any written reply. The Cse Id is 'CaseID=[protected]' . It is auto generated case id..

                      Dear sir,

                      I am a service man in IT company and they Pay me the Salary by ICICI Cheque. And I have my account in SBI. Now whenever I submit my Cheque in the SBI bank they take a charge of Rs. 50. More importantatly I submit my cheque in the same branch in which my Account belongs from.

                      I want to know that is it under the right of bank to charge Rs.50? After searching on the NET I found that UBI do not charge.

                            While leaving India in 2007 I called customer care and asked my card balance to pay the balance before leaving, I submited the cheque for the amount told by customer care. After one month of leaving India I again called them to make sure that I do not have any balance to pay them, once again customer care confirmed that there is no balance. approx after an year I visited India and found that I have a balance of approx 4000/RS. when I asked customer care they told that there was a balance of RS 300 on my credit card on which they were applying late fee and Interest and now my balance is 4000, I requested customer care regarding this and asked to wave of the other fee because I was told that there is no balance, but they did not give any, They are still adding interest on my 4000 and one day they will make a good amount by cheating me. I am looking for some online consumer forum who can take action against these kind of fraud.
                            Here my open questions are:1) Why I was told twice that I dont have any balance to pay.
                            2) Why I was not informed via mail or other comunication channal that I am beeing charged for a fee and interest.
                            3)why they did not deactivated my card instead of charging continous fine for more than one year and keeping it active.

                            I would like to complaint against SBI Tata Credit Card for Harassment & Torture - being given to wrong person and also on wrong landline number, looking for some Mr. Feroz

                            My mom who is 60 plus in age is been told that she will be behind the jail bar & will be punish if she doesnt help them.

                            Its really ridiculous if SBI is calling and abusing my mother on telephone. Somebody call Rachna from SBI Tata credit card is harassing my mother.

                            I have register the compliant with SBI Tata credit card helpline no. 60008000 on 23.07.2009 at 4.30pm with Mr. Ashish - Manager (Gurgaon) and got a compliant register for the same with Compliant no.[protected]

                            Kindly take a serious complaint for the same.

                              I had a complain with SBI for my MF -SBI Blue Chip Fund-D, folio no-6411584, for the dividend,

                              They advice me to give writen letter, to check, given writen complain, and requested call centre to ask some officer to call me to give me proper answer so that i may know about my money. but no one reverted back...

                              I have received a letter from CAMS - saying your dividend paid 3000/- MICR No- S817944 but not given any detail about bank date of encashed,

                              Infact I have never seen MICR No. like. again i complain and again its again i got complain no.[protected] . hope this time some one will call and let me know about my money.

                                Well it is nothing new that old burecarts Government banks will never work like a professional.

                                My Father has a PPF A/c in SBI (Taj Ganj) Agra Branch, & after his death I am trying to get the money from the bank & till now ie almost 2 years has been passed & there is no action has been taken. In this 2 years 3 officer changed and no one is bothered to work on the case.

                                Manager is even worst. I am surprised to see that countries biggest bank has such a bad staff in the bank (equivalent to iilletrate)

                                I would like to urge the bank top management to look in to the case.

                                  I, Md.Azamthulla, Retd.Mail Loco Pilot/BZA/S.C.Railway retired from service on 30-11-07 and drawn pension at SBI, Vijayawada and got my pension accout transferred to SBI, Kukatpally(IE) and use to draw my pension but since Nov'08 iam not getting my pension and yet i didnot get my 6th CPC arrears.
                                  I had also submitted my 'Life Certificate' on 18-12-08.

                                  i have drawn pension at Post Office, Sriram Nagar, Rajahmundry. 5 months back i have been shifted my residence Rajahmundry, E.G.dt. to Penugonda, W.G.Dt. and applied pension transfer from Post Office Sriram nagr, Rajahmundry to State Bank Inida, Penugonda, W.G.Dt. so far my pension account has not beet transferred to above said bank - i am maintaining my family without pension since JULY 09

                                  sir, this is to inform you that my SB A/C no [protected]. named chityala veer raju ppo no S/029365/1999.and corrigendum ppo no s/corr/00416/2000 (army). I have been intimimated by the govt of india, ministry of defence vide their letter no 1(8)/2008-d (pen/policy) dated 12 jun 2009 that the grant of hony nb subs is to be notionally considered as promotion to the rank of nb sub and accordingly to be considered for the fixation of pension from 1 jan 2006.accordingly my pension is now revised and fixed as RS 8085.(to be considered as pension for nb sub Y for 24 years service as RS 3577 as per the pension scales notified in v cpc).
                                  AS per the above i approached tadepellegudem sbi branch and submitted the required documents in month of august 2009 for revised pension . And they said they had send the documents to cppc .And cppc has to take the action. when no action had taken I again submitted all the documents to to sbi tadepaellegudem branch in the month of jan . But no step has taken.so finally i have send one set of documents to attention help desk, sbi/cppc hyderabad on 2/03/10. And also approached them through telephone calls by two to three times.
                                  but yet no step is taken in this regard so sir i kindly request you to concern in my matter and throw some light on it. sir i hope u will go through this and solve my problem as early as possible.

                                  Govt College Hyderabad — Non-receipt of Pension

                                  Hello Friends,

                                  An acquaintance retired from the Services of Govt. college, Hyderabad on Superannuation.

                                  After months of Struggle, he received his PF Amount (The delay was from the employer end).

                                  He is also eligible for monthly pension. But, the employer has not yet released his first and subsequent pension for the past 10 months. The employer is deliberately holding back on monthly pension, because the employee stood as guarantor for some outsiders (who are now in default).

                                  Kindly, let me know, who is the concerned authority that looks after Pension Grievances in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Also, mention their contact details, so that I can help this poor fellow.

                                  Iam a retired Railway employee in July, 2011 on superannjuation. Financial Advisor &Chief Account Officer of South Central Railway, Secunderabad sent my PPO order vide their lettedr No.APN/1/2/6945 dt29/7/11 to SBH, Main Branch, Chittoor District My PPO No is [protected] of 28/07/11. I optioned to draw my pension from SBH of STV Branch, Tirupati of Chittoor District. I was asked to submit "life certificate" and the same was given on 1-10-11 to the STV Branch officials. Now, It is understood that the headoffice wants a "undertaking certificate" without enclosing a format. The said proforma was not available with the branch since it is newly opened and it is very much appreciable had the headquarters officed of SBH enclosing a copy of the format for expedite disposal by way of submitting. On this account, to get my format of "undertaking certificate", I Have to wait for some more time. My request the concern officials to avoid such delay in issue of pension to make the pensioner to get the format to run from pillor to post. I cannot blame the STV branch office of SBH, at Tirupati, since the STV branch is opened only one year back.at Tirupati

                                  Take this as a suggestion by HQ /SBH to avoid recurrance of such delay in the case of pensioners. Draw my pension as early as possible with arrears.

                                    sir/madam,
                                    i recently applied for internet banking for my savings bank account. i got the user ID and password. and it was also working. today i tried to change the login password. when i completed the change of password no page was loaded for 2 mins, so i closed the tab and immediately i opened with the same old password and it logged in successfully. so i logged out. after some time when i tried to login, an error message showing wrong user id / password.
                                    what should i do now.
                                    i tried with both the old and the new password. after three attempts, the website said you are locked for this day. so i stopped trying.
                                    please guide me.

                                    SBI Online — Login Problem

                                    i this is swati
                                    Recently i got the internet banking kit. I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit.I m trying after 2 days hours then also it says invalid username or password.
