Myself is awnish Kumar Saini, i have an account in Madam cama road, SBI branch. Code 8856. Mumbai. (Nariman point).

last, 15 days i will waiting for my new PIN Number, but soory to say, yet i have not recived my Pin Number. today i have to leave mumbai due to certain official reasons. now what i can do. i dnt have any money and no cheque book right now.

secondly, the ATM incharge behave very rudely, i cannt do anything, u have to wait for 2 or three days.

What i m aspecting to SBI?

This kind of behavoiur.

Not specific reason for not getting the card is informed by the Operations manager till date.
I am terribly dis- satisfied.

E very day the staff giving the toll free number for making of complaint. That number also every time very busy. I am a joint account holeder of SBI Masulipatnam- Machavarambranch(Main) Krishna District, Machilipatnam. I have applied for a new ATM card in the month of January 2009. I contacted their customer service centre. They say that the card could not be sent due to some technical problem and it would be sent ina week's time. Months elapsed and they give the reply when ever I contact them. The Branch says they are unable to do anything inthe matter. What is the course open to me to get redressal.

i am sbi customer. i opened a account in december 2008. after 2 months (with too much problems faced) i got a atm card. till now, i did not get pin number for this atm card. i went to my branch office. they told me, call to customer care, i called customer care. my call recived after 3 days regular try (that much busy this customer care service). they are saying that we have some technical problem. in your pin number. i called many times response is same. after that, i wrote application for new pin number from my branch office and sent before 15 days, i called to customer care they are saying we did not recieve your application. now i do not have any option. if someone can do something please do.

My name is Promod.I have been opened an account in state bank of india, Kochi shipyard branch and i've received the ATM card (card no:[protected]also. But unfortunatly im not getting the PIN number for the same card.
After receiving of my atm card; I went to the bank and enquired about this pin no.Upto 50days they were telling to me; "its some kind of delay it may happen some times and wait for the next week".last week once again i just asked for the same.But right now they are telling to give new application to the manager for a new ATM card.
Iam working at a hospital in maintenance dept.so daytime(banking time) i am not able to go to bank for transactions because of the nature of my work.
which step I have to take for getting my PIN number for the same card/account and how more days will take for finding a solution?

On 17/02/2009 I have applyied for a new ATM card.New card was received on 12/03/09. But till to day Pin no was not received. Two times application was submitted in local SBI branch. SBI — Address of the SBI ATM Offices

Hi,

I hold an ICICI ATM Card. On March 20th, I lost my card and before blocking it, someone has withdrawn money from an SBI Hyderabad ATM. I called up my bank and requested for the details. But, they gave me only the ATM IDs of the SBI ATM from where the transaction was made. My bank told me to call up the SBI bank and ask for the exact address of those SBI ATM offices. When I called the SBI customer care, branch offices, everybody told that they can't help because they don't have information or they are not obliged to give the details. The SBI ATM IDs are 0008473 and DHYD0230.

Please help me in getting the ATM address.

I would like to inform you that I.MARIMUTHU A/c holder of your bank Tuticorin Bazzar branch.A/C No:[protected] Card No:[protected]. I had visited the ATM at Perambur Railway station, Chennai on 16.02.2009 at 13.09. i selected banking cashwithdrawal option for withdrawing Rs.10000/- but the machine declined saying that it gives me message "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS - INCONVENIENCE IS REGRETTED
Rs. 10000/ has been deducted from my account. my mini statement shows the withdrawl of rs 10000/- which is wrong Please get my Rs. 10000/ credited to my account no. [protected] and card no. is[protected].
I have already Complaint to The Branch Manager, SBI, Tuticorin Bazzer, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu on 17.02.2009. But no proper reply from him. Please kindly do as soon as possible.

I have not received any information and call letter ( Admit Letter ) from the State Bank of India Associate Clerk Examination Department. Form has already been filled online and required fee has also been remitted to SBI, Medical College Branch, Nagpur.

I have visited the site, I could open the Engine on the net and submitted Registration ID, passward that has been alloted to me online, but invein could not proceed. Login failed is the answer. I am trying it since last two days.

I would disagree...In fact SBI has the cheapest Demat account available...ICICI charges Rs.750/- as AMC upfront per year for Demat account only whereas SBI charges Rs 350/- AMC per year for Demat & Online Trading account. The account that you are talking about is a super bachat scheme (which is not mandatory) wherein you provide advance brokerage of Rs. 5000 and you get massive discounts on your brokerage charges. This scheme is for regular traders. Beleive me, the demat and online trading facility is the best in the market. I am a regular user of the same.

2. What is Intraday brokerages?

Delivery brokerages and Intraday brokerages, both are charged by Bank, of course service charge, but the question is, do they charge on my Income gained by share? or they charge on the money I invested in the share market?
OR do they charge when I buy or sell shares? Please guide me.

No any agent of your bank has contact with me for the purpose yet. I have made several call to your agent Mr. Samir, who is working my nearest branch SBI, BHU, Varanasi but always he egnore my call and pretended me for tomorrow. In case what i do, may i go to other non-sbi bank or what.

I also have similar complaint. They have not renewed my card for the past 1 year but still I am getting monthly statement by email and sms monthly. I am not able to open the statement as the password is 16 digit primary card which has lapsed and could not complain to sbi card helpline as it requires the card to be alive which is not the case. Whom should I complain? I do not have any balance payable.
