This is to inform u that before three and half month i applied for SBI ATM card in nagda jn branch(0567).As per the rule i should get card upto 10 days bt due to there inconvenience and irresponsibility i didn't get the card yet now.i visited ATM INQUIRY as well as GPO also.but no sense of response came.I request u to take fast and extream action on it.i hope that soon i get rply from your side.

My ATM card has been scratched due to use. Hence, I requested several times to our SBI Branch, at CMRI, Denobili Campus, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. But it is shame that a bonafide customer shoud suffer without having an ATM which I have applied for two times earlier. But till there is no response from your side nor I have received any card from you. Further, in this connection I have dialed to your Mumbai HQ of SBI their proto-type reply is Technical problem and sending shortly but till no appropriate action has been initiated.

SBI / Credit Card — Wrong Report to CIBIL & Harrasment

I held an SBI credit card No-[protected] and was using it. I paid off all dues on 03/07/2007, I closed my account with credit balance of Rs -4. that means i paid Rs 4 Extra. The card was closed on 02/09/2007 with full payment.

Now after applying for another credit card in jan 2011, I was declined the card stating that I had not paid up the card and "WRITTEN OFF" status is reflecting in my CIBIL report for the said card number.

I contacted SBI helpline numbers a number of times thereafter and each time they assured me that the things would be done and also confirmed that I had fully paid the amount. However, the CIBIL records were still reflecting the same. Thereafter, I asked them for an NOC on the said card stating that it is fully paid and closed account. However, after every Assurance , that they will send me within 1 days, I did not get the NOC till date.

My Last request number with their Customer executive was[protected],dated 25/04/2011 Name Samuel stating that by 26/04/2011 morning the same would be sent. But in Vain


I am tired of false promises made by the customer executives and they are not at fault it seems. SBI doesnt have a proper Complaint Redressal system. Plz arrange to provide me an NOC. In future i would think million times before getting an SBI Card

same thing happened with me on 14.08.09 when I was trying to withdraw money from HDFC ATM at salt lake sector-III by a SBI debut card. I have not got the money but received a statement that the money has been debited to my account.

I talked to HDFC bank and according to them the money will be credited to my SBI account within a day or two which I doubt. HDFC in any case will not disburse me the amount.

Can anyone help?

SBI customer services — Not providing internet banking facility & International gold debit card.

Dear sir,
I have saving account in SBI Jakhan, dehradun. My SB a/c No. is [protected]. I have applied here for inernet banking and international gold debit card. The bank official assured me to activate the facility w/in 10 days. But it was not started at all. After that, I have visited around 3-4 times. It became over a month but i didn't get any of these service.
Kindly do the needful and obliase.

Well yes.. you are right.. In most of the branches they are not aware of the existence of yuva debit card.
Therefor I suggest you to go to the branch.. Ask for a normal ATM application form.
Change its heading and write YUVA DEBIT CARD on the top. Fill all the details and submit it with your ATM officer. and tell him just to forward the application.

I am sure it will work, I have also done the same thing and it worked for me..

I believe its available all over india but certain branches may not know that such card exists.

Post a written application to them via speed post and ask them if the service for yuva visa card is available or not. If they say no, then you can post the reply to higher authorities telling them the branch has refused to provide you service which is contrary to what publicized over the net.

They are not giving SBI Yuva cards now. I even called the customer care number given in the site, the guy there was sort of threatening me asking why do you want a credit card? I said I need to do some online payments. He then categorically said that you can use SBI Yuva card ONLY TO PAY YOUR TUITION FEES. I was totally dissatisfied with the attitude of the people at both the branch and even at the customer care.

well this is to inform u all that I too had the same problem. I contacted the branch but no success. then I emailed the same to sbi chairman, ggm, and helpline. got a reply within 2 days and now it has been issued. so u can follow the same. Email ids can be taken from sbi.co.in

In Uttar Predesh, City Ghaziabad there SBI Branch located at Rajnagar Near collectrat office in this branch no body know about the SBI yuva debit card .

So, it is a request to SBI authority that please aware about SBI yuva debit card to there staff mamber
by this many student are in difficulity to opening the account frequently.

I transfer sum of 2000 rupees from my atm card to my brothers atm card through visa money transfer in atm booth. that amount will be debited from my account and it didnt credited to my brothers account and also that amount will show as withdrawal in my passbook. but i hav that transaction slip for visa money transfer. it happend on 11th nov and i have been registered my complaint in my branch on 12th nov itself. but now itself i dont get any feedback from my bank. if i go ask with my branch manager. he answer me irresponsibly that he told we already send it wat else we can do now.. so wat can i do for this thing please guide me for this.. its go to nearly 1 month . if i get my money back. i hav that transaction slip with me itself.

I have recently opened account in SBI (3 months back) .. Initially i was issued Cashplus Debit card( Not suitable for Online transactions)…. I have heard about Yuva card… When i approached the branch, they said there is no such card…. I mentioned them thats the card for online trans… they chekd the site and said OK… when i asked for the application, They said there is no application for that and said me to Write a request letter regarding YUVA card.. I wrote a letter and i also surrounded my existing debit card as they said… They charged a fee of RS. 200/- from my account.. After a week, i got the card by post… But it was the Same Cash CASH Plus Debit card… I went in to branch and asked for clarifications… They keep saying tat they mentioned as ‘ Yuva Card’ while sending request to Head office… and saying something as, ‘It needs minimum 6 months from the date account was opened, to get such cards..’ Is it all true…?? i dont think so… Pls clarify me…

It is true that there is a confusion about YUVA card in many SBI branches. I had to struggle for over 6 months to get my card. Here is the things you can try out:

1. Go to your branch and if they don't know about the card give them your account number to the manager and ask him/her to see all available features for you. Yuva card is on that list.

2. If they don't know about the card it is natural that they don't have the application form also. Just ask for an ordinary ATM application form. Fill up the form and submit it to the manger. Mention YUVA card at the top of the form and highlight it.

3. Make sure that the manager allocate the card at that moment infront of you or convince him/her to do so.

4. Then you will have to wait. It is a good plan to frequently contact SBI customer care for credit/debit card starting after 3-4 days of form submission.

5. If they tell you that you are assigned CashPlus card againg then you will have no choice but to block that card and redo the process again.

To get a card from a branch who do not know it's existence is really hard. We have no choice but to accept it. But please be patient and try again and again. There is a very good person Vivek Godgift. Visit his site for more information: http://www.statebank.org.in/

I also had the same problem as you have had. But main thing is that sometimes Managers don't know whether they have the service or not. Truth is that every single branch in India has got the same facility. You have to tell them that please try as you do have the service. If they still don't agree with you then please write to me on [protected]@fundamental-habits.net and ask for the procedure. I would tell you in exact what steps they have to follow in order to let you achieve this sbi yuva card facility.

I am going to France this summer and wanted an INTERNATIONAL CARD . i asked the branch and the made me apply for SBI GOLD international debit card.

next day i came to know about YUVA card(which is free) with same facilities as GOLD card (which has rs 200 installation charges and min quarterly balance limits).

i told them then thay made me apply for Yuva and said u can cancel GOLD card when it comes later. now i hav got both cards, but the bank people are saying that if you are going abroad, then keep gold INTernational debit card as YUVA cards has got many complaints.

please suggest if this is true and what should i do .

also i am not happy with the fact that i hav 3 cards (ATM card also) for the same account as i ll have to pay annual charges for cards.

My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots o[censored]nfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother(severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, date 16/12/2009.I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.

After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.

Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.

When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.

SBI ATM Card — Non-receipt of password for ATM card

I have A/C no. [protected] for which already got the ATM card, wherelse not yet received the password for the same. When approached the Customer Care, informed that they had already sent the Pin for the card, which was not yet received by me. Again contacted them for the details and customer care informed to contact the branch office. Branch office is no way responding for the same. Having the ATM card without password is no way helpfull. Please let me have a solution for the same.

Same Case with me. I lost my Debit card and after so much effort I got the card blocked and made them issue a replacement. But its been months ever since I received the card, I didnt receive any PIN. I am tired of this bank, moving to IDBI soon.
One tip from an worn out SBI customer, online complaints, telephone complaints, emails nothing works here. If you are ready to walk to the bank and haggle the clerk there and get your job done every time you have a problem, then you can bank here. SBI has a long way to go to be where other banks are in terms of service.

Shows 20000 widrawl which actually didnt happened

I am a SBI account user AC/No[protected] which is actually my saving account at SBI ABD 3036, Jaunpur (UP), a few days before i tried to get 20000 from the ATM matchine at Union Bank branch jaycees crossing, Jaunpur on the 26/03/09, no money was out and when i checked the ministatement it shows a widrawl of Rs 20000, I contacted the ATM officer in the bank who told me to get the complaint to sbi, I got it done within a hour . I was told that the money will be cridited to you account within 2 days i went again and saw the account the amount was not added, I talked to the branch manager Mr. Banarji he too presented some different excuse and got a way out, now it has been 7 monts today but still nothing has been done about my lost amount can you please help me out, I have the contact no of the ATM officer of jaunpur SBI which were written at the atm matchine notice board ( for the people if in trouble) which remains switched off all the time . I couldnt find the email address of the sbi people to make a complaint it is on you now.

I am Having a Savings Account in SBI Kanjur Marg (East), Mumbai. on 6/12/2009 I had withdrawn Rs. 4000 from City Union Bank ATM at Kolhapur. I Got the Transaction Slip also, and SMS also for the same.

After 15 Mins again I got 1 more SMS saying Rs. 4000 has been debited from my account even though I just took the money once.

So, Rs. 8000 was debited, in actual my withdrawl is Rs. 4000. I checked the statement and it shows the transaction twice.

To whom Shall I contact for the matter. The call center is not replying satisfactorily.
