Hi,
My name is Randhr Singh Bisht and I'am a user of SBI Credit Card[protected]...) from last 1.5yrs. It started happening after the month of February'08 that i have never receivedany monthly statements from the bank, which according to the bank is been sent at my billing address on amonthly basis, on asking whether who has received the same on my behalf, th psople o not have any answer as the same has never been recieved at my residence by anyone. I started getting collection calls for the usage of my credit card andi requested them to arrange the monthly statement to me on an immedaite basis as i required for my records, but i was committed that will be arranged. I guess that my request for statement does not gets updated to the bank and for the last 3 months i'am making payment without any statement
Finaly i decided, notto make any payment to the bank till the time i receive my statement, inspite being clear to the paople who called me for payments that the person who brings my statement I would make the full and final payment on the spot itself. Surprisingly there is no action been taken by the bank on my request

I am not receiving my Credit Card Monthly Statement since last three years. For this I also written several times to concerned, but no result. Simply they are repliying that we will revert you within seven working days. This process keeps the customer in dark.

Further an amount of Rs. 3000/- is debited on me which I am surpising. Though I have written on the same but no responce.

Therefore it is requested to look into the matter. timely.

I have a Saving A/C No. [protected] with Vijaya Bank in Delhi branch. I have deposited a cheque amount Rs 4000/- in my Account on around 22nd May ’07. The problem is that the amount hasn’t been credited into my account yet but the same amount has been debited on 24th May ’07 from the person’s account who gave me that cheque . I have complained to respective branch regarding this matter but no action has been taken yet. I have also attached a copy of the bank statement of the person’s account who gave me that cheque. It is requested to please consider this matter and solve my problem. I would be very thankful to you.

Berlin — Cheque Book Issue Problem

Respected Sir,

I am holding an account in Prabhadevi Branch, Mumbai. I have finished my cheque book and wanted a new one. I submitted my folio for the same. THis wa on 6th April 2009 and they say they'll courier the new cheque book and not give it in personal.

I need the cheque book due to some urgent matters. Any other bank will give the cheque book in personal but wiered this bank want to courier it and till 9th april 2009 I've not received it. Further more you speak to them they say in HINDI
"Aap ka cheque book back office se 6th april ko issue huva hai. Courier se aap ko 1 hafte ke baad milega. Upar se aur holidays hai to thoda late hoiga."

Imagine I neeed a cheque book and this is bank expert in harassing people.

SOrry if I've used a harsh word but understant my problem.

My sinciere advice please think if you are opening a account with this bank.

SBI — No issues of cheque book even after putting a online request

Few days before I have put a request for issue of new cheque book through internet but still I haven’t received, then I approached [protected]@sbi.co.in. but they again responded to me with dissatisfied answer that you have to approach the bank.

Their service on internet is completely hopeless. My sincere request to them is to please issue cheque book after the customer puts an online request or else dont commit for any such services.

I submitted the request for Internet Banking for my SBI a/c on 10th November 2009 at my home brance Pushpa Bhawan New Delhi. After waiting for 3 weeks when I did'nt received any inputs,
I submitted the request again today on 27th November 2009.

My ATM card has been scratched due to use. Hence, I requested several times to our SBI Branch, at CMRI, Denobili Campus, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. But it is shame that a bonafide customer shoud suffer without having an ATM which I have applied for two times earlier. SBI / Credit Card — Wrong Report to CIBIL & Harrasment

I held an SBI credit card No-[protected] and was using it. I paid off all dues on 03/07/2007, I closed my account with credit balance of Rs -4. that means i paid Rs 4 Extra. The card was closed on 02/09/2007 with full payment.

Now after applying for another credit card in jan 2011, I was declined the card stating that I had not paid up the card and "WRITTEN OFF" status is reflecting in my CIBIL report for the said card number.

I contacted SBI helpline numbers a number of times thereafter and each time they assured me that the things would be done and also confirmed that I had fully paid the amount. However, the CIBIL records were still reflecting the same. Thereafter, I asked them for an NOC on the said card stating that it is fully paid and closed account. However, after every Assurance , that they will send me within 1 days, I did not get the NOC till date.

My Last request number with their Customer executive was[protected],dated 25/04/2011 Name Samuel stating that by 26/04/2011 morning the same would be sent. But in Vain


I am tired of false promises made by the customer executives and they are not at fault it seems. SBI doesnt have a proper Complaint Redressal system. Plz arrange to provide me an NOC. In future i would think million times before getting an SBI Card

same thing happened with me on 14.08.09 when I was trying to withdraw money from HDFC ATM at salt lake sector-III by a SBI debut card. I have not got the money but received a statement that the money has been debited to my account.

I talked to HDFC bank and according to them the money will be credited to my SBI account within a day or two which I doubt. HDFC in any case will not disburse me the amount.

Well yes.. you are right.. In most of the branches they are not aware of the existence of yuva debit card.
Therefor I suggest you to go to the branch.. Ask for a normal ATM application form.
Change its heading and write YUVA DEBIT CARD on the top. Fill all the details and submit it with your ATM officer. and tell him just to forward the application.

I am sure it will work, I have also done the same thing and it worked for me..

I believe its available all over india but certain branches may not know that such card exists.

Post a written application to them via speed post and ask them if the service for yuva visa card is available or not. If they say no, then you can post the reply to higher authorities telling them the branch has refused to provide you service which is contrary to what publicized over the net.

They are not giving SBI Yuva cards now. I even called the customer care number given in the site, the guy there was sort of threatening me asking why do you want a credit card? I said I need to do some online payments. He then categorically said that you can use SBI Yuva card ONLY TO PAY YOUR TUITION FEES. I was totally dissatisfied with the attitude of the people at both the branch and even at the customer care.

well this is to inform u all that I too had the same problem. I contacted the branch but no success. then I emailed the same to sbi chairman, ggm, and helpline. got a reply within 2 days and now it has been issued. so u can follow the same. Email ids can be taken from sbi.co.in

In Uttar Predesh, City Ghaziabad there SBI Branch located at Rajnagar Near collectrat office in this branch no body know about the SBI yuva debit card .

So, it is a request to SBI authority that please aware about SBI yuva debit card to there staff mamber
by this many student are in difficulity to opening the account frequently.

I transfer sum of 2000 rupees from my atm card to my brothers atm card through visa money transfer in atm booth. that amount will be debited from my account and it didnt credited to my brothers account and also that amount will show as withdrawal in my passbook. but i hav that transaction slip for visa money transfer. it happend on 11th nov and i have been registered my complaint in my branch on 12th nov itself. but now itself i dont get any feedback from my bank. if i go ask with my branch manager. he answer me irresponsibly that he told we already send it wat else we can do now.. so wat can i do for this thing please guide me for this.. its go to nearly 1 month . if i get my money back. i hav that transaction slip with me itself.

I have recently opened account in SBI (3 months back) .. Initially i was issued Cashplus Debit card( Not suitable for Online transactions)…. I have heard about Yuva card… When i approached the branch, they said there is no such card…. I mentioned them thats the card for online trans… they chekd the site and said OK… when i asked for the application, They said there is no application for that and said me to Write a request letter regarding YUVA card.. I wrote a letter and i also surrounded my existing debit card as they said… They charged a fee of RS. 200/- from my account.. After a week, i got the card by post… But it was the Same Cash CASH Plus Debit card… I went in to branch and asked for clarifications… They keep saying tat they mentioned as ‘ Yuva Card’ while sending request to Head office… and saying something as, ‘It needs minimum 6 months from the date account was opened, to get such cards..’ Is it all true…?? i dont think so… Pls clarify me…

It is true that there is a confusion about YUVA card in many SBI branches. I had to struggle for over 6 months to get my card. Here is the things you can try out:

1. Go to your branch and if they don't know about the card give them your account number to the manager and ask him/her to see all available features for you. Yuva card is on that list.

2. If they don't know about the card it is natural that they don't have the application form also. Just ask for an ordinary ATM application form. Fill up the form and submit it to the manger. Mention YUVA card at the top of the form and highlight it.

3. Make sure that the manager allocate the card at that moment infront of you or convince him/her to do so.

4. Then you will have to wait. It is a good plan to frequently contact SBI customer care for credit/debit card starting after 3-4 days of form submission.

5. If they tell you that you are assigned CashPlus card againg then you will have no choice but to block that card and redo the process again.

To get a card from a branch who do not know it's existence is really hard. We have no choice but to accept it. But please be patient and try again and again. There is a very good person Vivek Godgift. Visit his site for more information: http://www.statebank.org.in/

I also had the same problem as you have had. But main thing is that sometimes Managers don't know whether they have the service or not. Truth is that every single branch in India has got the same facility. You have to tell them that please try as you do have the service. If they still don't agree with you then please write to me on [protected]@fundamental-habits.net and ask for the procedure. I would tell you in exact what steps they have to follow in order to let you achieve this sbi yuva card facility.

I am going to France this summer and wanted an INTERNATIONAL CARD . i asked the branch and the made me apply for SBI GOLD international debit card.

next day i came to know about YUVA card(which is free) with same facilities as GOLD card (which has rs 200 installation charges and min quarterly balance limits).

i told them then thay made me apply for Yuva and said u can cancel GOLD card when it comes later. now i hav got both cards, but the bank people are saying that if you are going abroad, then keep gold INTernational debit card as YUVA cards has got many complaints.

please suggest if this is true and what should i do .

also i am not happy with the fact that i hav 3 cards (ATM card also) for the same account as i ll have to pay annual charges for cards.

please suggest which card to keep

After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.

Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.

When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, I see they all are in sound asleep. At 10.8.2009 near 7.00 o'clock evening, i went to transact the money in IOB ATM service.But it has been displayed as a transction failed.So i didn't get the receipt as well as money.After that, today 11.8.2009 morning, i enquired the SBI staff about this complaint.But they told me that my transaction has processed clearly.So i request you to get my money back as soon as possible.
