Sir,
We are the savings Account Holder of State Bank of India, Badlapur E. Branch, Dist .Thane. we have applied for Debit Card to the same bank on 15.06.2011. But we have not yet recieved the ATM Debit card till to this date. My SB.account No. is [protected]. While updating the passbook on 30.7.2011, we came to know that an amount of Rs. 27445/- has been debited from my account. How can widraw the money from my account with out my consent.
We have complaint this matter to the concerned bank for necessary action on 30.7.2011. The State Bank of India concerned officer informed us that the Debit card is being despatched from their office through Speed Post Reference No. EK[protected] IN. We enquired the same with the Badlapur Post Office master and they have given a copy of the "India -Speed Net Detailed Movement".A Copy of the same is submitted to S.B.I Badlapur branch. The same is not at recievd the Badlapur Post Office for delivery of the same. It is masplace to others to negligence of the bank.
I humbly request your good self, please instruct to State Bank of India to credit my lost amount Rs. 27445/- along with interest as I am facing severe financial crisis.

    i am a graduate student and now doing MBA from AICTE approved collage .total fee is 5.6lak i have paid 3lak but i am not able to pay the remains fee for that i request to sbi manager in my home city branch code is 3416 which is in rural area and they enjoy their monopoly because there is no other bank .they told me i have not field officer and other reason is your gaurantar have already loan of 1lak

    but reality is that there is no need of gaurantar up to 4lak and my mother is a goverment employee and i can give him other employee for goaranter

    one thing more that i requested from last 8 months they have not field officer but they provide other loans i request to you please help me

    Respected Sir/Mam,
    Although I have all the document regaurdind this Loan like id/address proof, fees structure of collage, Parents coobligation, each and every doccument as i got suggest through custmer care and as i seen on your website.
    But, when also branch manager of ANPARA (distt : Sonebhadra, (UP)) namely Mr. Abhishek Kumar not reply proper responce.
    Indirectly, he said "I'm busy, domesile nahi laoge to loan nahi milega..mujhe malum hai tum domesile certificate nahi banwa sakte aur hum loan nahi denge".
    but domecile certificate is not mandatory according to Custmer Care Helpline or your website content..
    plz help me out..
    otherwise, i have to seeking for Consumer Forum..
    i will always greatfull to you and SBI.

        I got contineous call from sbi bank phone no[protected] and they have asked me about some other person .
        I told repeatedly them , "in case of any dispute you plz contact MTNL office "
        But they are continously distrubed me .
        So please solve the matter

          I am a consumer of SBI Main Branch Saharsa (Bihar) having A/C no.[protected].I applied for NET BANKING on 19.02.2010.I got a KIT at the same time with a user name and password.when I login through internet I got the result as Invalid UserID and Password.Pls suggest me what to do for the activation of my account. I am still facing same problem after 15 days.

I applied for NET BANKING on 31.3.2010.I got a KIT at the same time with a user name and password.when I login through internet I got the result as Invalid UserID and Password.Pls suggest me what to do for the activation of my account.           if the activation charges applicable then plz nt activate Net Banking...

            I have applied a home loan SBI Erandwane Branch PUNE.I supplied all the documents on January 6th, 2010 even my valuation report and search report has been completed.Whenever I call the person(Mr. Adaekar) for getting the status, he says it is under process.It was really a painful experience of my home loan application with SBI. I have wasted 2 months of time without even having success. Till now 5th March 2010 there is no improvement in the process of sanctioning the loan. I dont know why there is delay in processing the loan. Are they looking for bribe or any recommendation for giving loan, I am not sure. I dont know how to get the home loan as soon as possible as they are not at all responding or sanctioning loan.
            Can you please solve this issue in sanctioning the home loan.

            State Bank of India — Status of Home Loans

            Dear Sir,
            I had applied for home loan from SBI Bank Branch Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. All papers asked by concerned person Mr Anil were given in the month of may. After some time I got some queries from concerned person and those queries were clarified and required papers were also submitted.
            Now I am getting no response from him and he always assured me of next week.
            Please let me know the status of my loan.
            So far no receipt was given to me.

            same i have applied on 4th of jan2010 then again i have submitted on request of other document on 16th feb2010 but till now 9th march2010 on improment in process sir i am daily calling to racpc but no use
            I have same problem with SBI, i applied SBI-SPBB Baner branch Pune for home loan submiited my all neccaray documents wwith fees chque on 5th Feb, after 40 days when i did not recieve any message or verification from SBI then i tried to get my status i was shoked to knew that my file has lost ..Branch people said they have sent file to RACPC Pune while when i asked to RACPC they denied that there is no file with my name is recieved yet. I am rounding daily to branch to confirm whom they submit in RACPC and asking a aknoowledement but not getting any response till today 10th March 2010. SBI process is worst process and everything is manual and there is alot of communication gap between them.
            Even I have the same problem. I had applied for SBI home loan on 5-JAN-10 in Erandwana branch. the file was sent to RACPC Pune on 15-FEB-10; I wonder as to why did it take more than 40 days to send a file from brach to RACPC. Since then I have been following up with my SBI agent (who never picks up my phone) and the officer in RACPC. About two weeks back when the bank officer was supposed to work on my file he was transfered and again it hit a road block. it is 13-MAR-10 and still facing the same problem.
            I don't think SBI is interested in small individual loans hence the slow process and worst customer service. Would never recommend anyone to go for SBI loans. It is really a mental harassment; and on top if it builder will always be behind us for disbursement as they get quick disbursement from private banks.
            In order to avail the least home loan rates available in India, my FIL applied through SBI Rajajinagar branch, Bangalore. Yes we finally got the loan as of March 2010. But, we had applied way back in October 2009. It has been a nightmare so far, supplying numerous updates of legal documents, tax papers, and house plans, etc. so far, not to mention updates of salary certificates for loan paying eligibility. They kept us hanging every week saying, " board revision, legal revision, main office is looking through papers, and even meeting with Gen. Manager, Bangalore." After running from pillar to post, my disheartened FIL even asked them to return all our papers saying that we will go through Canara bank. What do you know, they literally begged us to be patient for one more week and gave us the loan! We were assured that it is the usual red-tape lag time. They also told us that RBI is forcing them to hand out home loans by Mar 31, because there are not many takers thanks to the recession. Still, I am not so sure what paid off whether it was the threat that we did not want their loan or our patience!
            Dear All,
            We are also facing same problem. We have applied on 20th Jan 2010 and till 5th April 2010; I have not received the loan. We made the great mistake selecting SBI for Housing Loan.
            There is lot of communication gap and their computer system and work culture is horrible. No system, no ways. At RACPC Pune it is challenge to find specific officer.
            My sister in law is facing a hugh problem with one person called Akhilesh in processing department .He has insulted her on many occasion and has been extremely uncooperative. My brother alongwith his wife had applied for loan which my sister in law alone was to in May 10 .Unfortunately my brother expired while loan was being processed therefore my sis in law went to inform about his demise and said she would take complete responsibility for repayment. For this extremely insensitively he replied that your dead husband has to come to signed .She was shocked to get a reply from such a reputed bank official. It is shameful that the loan applied that too for mere five lakhs has not been processed till to date 20 Aug 10 . Dealing with such irresponsible people is disgusting.

            I have home loan with SBI at time of dissbusment the bank has offer me rate of intrest 8% in 2009 immediatly after one year Bank has started rate of intrest 12%n without any information.

            I request number of time to RACP for details but no infformation.

            I also have experienced the irresponsible behavior of these people at RACPC on many occasions and you can not escalate it to higher level because no one cares for the customer there.

            I very strongly feel that the people at SBI home loan are bribed (right from top to bottom) by other financing institutions for providing such a lousy service or not doing their work. If they provide good service like other private institutions, who would like to go to private banks because the rate of interest is and other service charges and processing fees are attractive here at SBI. Just think about it and you would agree what I am saying
            I strongly agree that the people in the SBI RACPC Pune are so irresponsible and arrogant. I have taken a home loan from SBI. I have worst experience, they have already debited the final amount to my loan account and charging the interest on it, though the actual amount is not credited to the builders account. They are not picking up the calls. I am really frustetehd of this. We all together have to do something on this. Because there are so many SBI customers having same kind of problems with the SBI staff.

              Sir,

              This letter is regarding delay in car loan which have applied on 15th feb through rajpur road for 3 lac rupees only.
              On 20th i call up my branch manager ,he told me about the objection taken for grant of loan.
              & the objection was ---- there is deduction of RS 3793 from icici account for a car loan . surprisingly to clarify this I have submitted (with orignal application for car loan AT SBI RAJPUR ROAD ) ------
              MY 5 YEAR STATEMENT FOR LAST CAR LOAN WHICH IHAVE ALREADY CLEARED AND IN ADDITION TO THAT NO OBJECTION CERTFICATE FROM ICICI BANK .
              BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO LOOK AT THESE PAPERS WHICH WERE THERE WITH APLLICATION

              THATS NOT END,THERE AFTER I KEPT ON FOLLOWING MY CAR LOAN APPLICATION BUT ALWAYS GOT LAME EXCUSES FROM BRANCH OFFICERS/HEAD OFFICE ABOUT THERE DUTIES AND OFCOURSE THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.

              TODAY IS 5TH MARCH,THERE IS ALRAEDY INCREASE IN PRICE OF CAR AROUND Rs-13000/.
              in addition to that banks are planning to increase rate of interest for car loan.....

              who is going to pay for all this when its is not my fault.


              applying in govt bank for loan that too only for 3 lac ,i think i have done a mistake by applying in SBI BANK.

              CAR LOAN — Delay of payment

              Respected,

              I am truly unseatisfy with your company service, My car policy should be passed before 1.5 month and i have followup with related person many times, but still i have not received my claim payment. Below is my car insurance and claim details.

              Please look into the matter and try to make payment early. It is my first experience with HDFC bank regarding claim of policy, I am worry becuase i have also taken insurance of my home with your company so confused to whether to continue with this or not becuase your service is too bad with me.

              I wanted to buy a Honda Amaze on my birthday ie.14th June.I got in touch with local branch official and he assured me that my loan will be cleared in 3 days time.He also insisted on buying SBI car insuarance which I ignored.I submitted all my documents on May 31st.The verification process started the very next day.But to my utter dissapointment it got stuck because i didn't hv 2 years of form 16 since I had joined my company 1.5 yrs back as this was my 1st job.After repeated followups on 6th and 7th June the sales person said it will take another weeks tym to clear my loan.I am very disappointed that i cannot get my car on my Birthday!! :(

                I had gone to ATM, Hudson lane SBI, north campus delhi to withdraw Rs.3000 on 27/11/2008 in the evening. It seems like money is coming out but no money came out from the machine. Automatically statement came out showing money was deducted. I waited to see if money is coming out. I tried to check in other ATM machines also. but statement was the same. I talk to customer care, they said it will be balance withing 24 hours. Next day I went to ATM incharge of Vijay nagar, sbi bank. He refuge to take the complaint letter instead he told me to submit the same at my hometown account (Imphal,secretariat sbi bank) opening centre. Within a week Complaint letter was submitted & it took 2years to write a letter by the manager (that too after a continuous chase, request & finally a fight) to the manager at vijay nagar sbi bank to confirm whether the money was actually lost. Now Just one week back I show the letter to the concern person at vijay nagar sbi bank. He says he cant see any money left Rs.3000. My account number is [protected].

                I request you to pls look into the matter. I am running after from here to there like mad. These people always need a load voice or fight to do the work.This is what public bank are misused by this lazy employee. Now he said me to come back after a few days. Pls help.

                  DONT FALL PREY TO SBI CARDS' tempting schemes. Being a National Bank, they have over-exceeded the limits and gone far beyond other Credit Cards. Once you say YES to any scheme they lure, they extort money left and right. They charge for everything under the sun.
                  If you allow, they would charge annual subscription every month saying some set of phrases which you don't understand as even they do!
                  The attitude and the way their call centre people reply your queries boils the blood of even the most calm and cool persons on the earth.
                  In fact you write down on a wall in front of you that your problem would be attended by them in 48 hours and keep waiting for next 48 hours everytime you look at it. If you send a complaint thro email, they would reply within 5 working days (shouldn't say but probably "5 working days after you die")
                  Their Reward points : Can you afford to hire Shakuntala Deviji and the sort? Only then you would understand these jumbled figures, what they mean and what they would offer you in exchange to these? You call them, they ask to go thro their website. Go thro their website, they ask to call them. Go round and round.
                  I would announce a Reward if someone could let me know if they have redeemed their Reward points.

                    I have a saving Account with State Bank of India, Mullakkal Alappuzha Branch with Account No. [protected] and ATM card No.[protected].An amount of Rs.10774.00 was credited to this account as salary for February 2010 by SBI main Branch Kottayam on 27.02.2010 and with this the balance was Rs. 17602.42. On 4.3.10 evening 17.58 hrs. I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 9000.00 using ATM at State bank of India, NH 47 Branch at Alappuzha( ATM ID s1cc[protected]. TXN. No.1150. Everything went well, but only slip came out showing withdrawel of Rs.9000.00 , no cash came out of ATM. The matter was brought to the notice of Bank employee available in the branch, and they advised to have one mini statement, which also shows withdrawel of Rs.9000.00. The another customer in line was advised by the Bank official to withdraw Rs.100.00 as test case which he did sucessfully. subsequently he withdrew his balance requirement also. I was advised by the bank employee to contact my account holding Branch viz. SBI Mullakkal, Alappuzha wher i have given my complaint in writing. They advice reversing transanction and restoring credit m may take few days. Since no other money is left with me due to payment of Income Tax this month, i am in dire need of money to meet house hold expenses. please help as fast as possible.

                      I HAVE A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY SBI DEBIT CARD.
                      MY DEBIT CARD WAS ISSUED IN OCT 2009. I HAVENT USED THAT CARD TILL FEB 2010. WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT IN LAST WEEK OF FEB ATM MACHINE GAVE AN ERROR - "CARD INVALID / UNAUTHORISED". I INQUIRED WITH SBI HELPLINE. BUT THEY REFUSED ME ANY HELP SAYING THEY CAN HELP ME ONLY IN CASE THE ATM MACHINE GIVES AN ERROR CODE WHICH IT DIDNT. AND ADVICED ME TO CONTACT MY BRANCH.

                      I HAVE MY SBI SAVING ACCOUNT AT DANA BAZAR BRANCH -JALGAON - MAHARASHTRA. I CONTACTED MY BRANCH. I AASKED THEM THAT I HAVENT LOST MY CARD. ITS JUST NOT WORKING. SO CAN YOU HELP. BUT THE CONCERNED OFFICER THERE JUST TOLD ME THAT I EITHER BLOCK THIS CURRENT CARD AND APPLY FOR A NEW ONE PAYING 200 RS, OR CONTACT HELPLINE.

                      BOTH MY BRANCH AND HELPLINE OFFICIALS JUST PING PONGED ME. I ASKED BOTH ABOUT PROVIDING ME THE REASON AS TO WHY ME DEBIT CARD IS NOT WOKING. BOTH SAID THEY CANT PROVIDE ME THE REASON.

                      AT LAST I HAVE TO UNNECESSARY BLOCK MY CARD.

                      NOW AFTER BLOCKING MY CARD WHEN I CONTACTED MY BRANCH. THE OFFICER INCHARGE OF DEBIT CARD IS ON LEAVE SINCE FRIDAY 26/02/10 AND ABSENT TILLL TODAY {04/03/10}. I CONTACTED ASSITANT MANAGER MR SONAR WHO GAVE ME UN ACCEPTABLE ANSWERS THAT MY WORK WILL BE DONE ONLY WHEN THE OFFICER COMES FROM HIS LEAVE.HE ALSO SAYS THAT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO LOOK AFTER THE WORK OF THAT OFFICER IN HIS ABSENCE, ALSO THEY DONT HAVE FORM FOR NEW ATM CARD.

                      NOW MY COMPLAINTS WITH THE WHOLE MATTER IS
                      1] WHY THE BRANCH OR THE HELPLINE CANT GIVE ME A REASON FOR TURNING OF MY CARD INVALID ?
                      2] WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW CARD WHEN I HAVENT LOST MY CARD. THEY COULD HAVE HELPED ME OUT WITHOUT BLOCKING MY ORIGINAL ATM CARD
                      3] WHEN 1 OFFICER GOES ON LEAVE, ISNT IT THE DUTY OF BRANCH TO PROVIDE ANOTHER OFFICIAL TO ALLOW UNHINDERED WORK OF CONCERNED DEPT.
                      4] I KNOW THAT THERE IS A CLAUSE THAT IF I DONT USE MY ATM CARD WITHIN 6 MONTHS IT WOULD BE BLOCKED AUTOMATICALLY. BUT IN THIS CASE 6 MONTHS HAVENT PASSED STILL MY CARD HAS TURNED OUT INVALID.

                      I WANT A REPLY FROM THE STATE BANK OF INDIA REGARDING THE SOLUTION OF MY COMPLAINT AND WHAT ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST THE IRRESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL AT MY BRANCH AT MY ABOVE MENTIONED E MAIL ID.

                      ALSO I WANT A REDRESSAL THAT I WONT BE CHARGED RS 200 FOR MY NEW SBI DEBIT CUM ATM CARD

                        Recently I have withdrawn Rs 3000/- from a SBI ATM in Taramani, Chennai. ATM ID is S1CW00095667.
                        I got two 1000 Rupees Notes, one 500 Rupees note and five 100 Rupees notes. In that the two Rs 1000 notes are torn badly and cant be used. I called the customer care and they asked me to go to the bank.

                        I went to the Anna Nagar Branch since it was near to my office and they asked me to go to the nearest bank to the ATM from where I have withdrawn the money. I asked for the address and they told they don't have it. They were behaving as if I was going to robbed the Bank. They refused to help me with the address.
                        Now again I have to go to Taramani branch and yet to find out how they react.

                        Today I went to Tidel park branch nearest to the ATM where I have withdrawn the amount. They told me that they don't have a cash counter in there branch so they asked me to go to Adyar branch. Again I have to wait for another day... Very Poor service SBI ... a national Bank of India... Keep It Up... :@

                          I applied for SBI credit card, and I had submitted the details to an executive who is collected it from my Office and I emailed my copy of passport to [protected]@yahoo.com on Feb 11, 2010. My application form Number is S[protected]. I want to know the status of the application. I referenced my friend for the same and collected the details from him after a week when that was collected from me. For him one person came to my office for verification.

                            Dear Sir,
                            A. INTRODUCTION
                            I am class ‘A’ gazetted officer at the rank of Joint General Manager in Ordnance Factory Ambarnath(W), Distt- Thane- 421 502, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE. I am given SBI credit card & operative since November 2009. The details are as under:

                            B. REFERENCE
                            Following reasons have compelled me to write to Consumer Forum which have been immediately brought to the notice of SBI Head Quarter at following address:

                            Block 2, Building 3, DLF Cyber City
                            Gurgaon- 122 002 (Haryana), India

                            Vide letters & enquired the details of documents through RTI-2005 as under:
                            1. My first letter of OFA/MM/MPS/10 No. dated 15.01.2010 on mail & fax No.[protected].
                            2. RTI information demanded from CPIO vide letter of OFA/MM/MPS/10 No. dated 25.01.2010 by registered letter.
                            3. Last letter No. OFA/MM/MPS/10 dated 25.02.2010 against SBI Credit Card office letter reference No. Fsvg[protected], Fsvg[protected], Fsvg[protected] & Fsvg[protected] all dated 12 February 2010.

                            C. COMPLAINT
                            My complaint lodged to SBI credit Card vide my letter No. OFA/MM/MPS/10 dated 25.02.2010 & sent by registered post is repeated to Consumer Forum as under:

                            1. No information is forwarded till dated 24.02.2010 i.e. one month granted period as per RTI rules is over against my application u/r (1). An amount of Rs 100/- (one hundred) has been sent vide crossed DD No. 734362 dated 25.01.2010 against RTI fee of Rs. 10/- & balance amount for photo copies. The application has been sent vide registered letter No. 001041 dated 25.01.2010. Since information is not forwarded till date further action will be initiated in due course as per RTI rules. (all related documents attached)

                            2. Cash transaction disputes of Rs 513.80 each at M/s KT Trading Co Ltd, Mumbai dated 11.11.2009 & 13.12.2009 have not been taken for investigation. These disputes remain un-attended. Four disputes out of projected six disputes vide RTI application u/r (2) are under investigation.

                            3. Since the subject transactions are under investigation, FEE- LATE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE. In view of the above, please correct the debit amounts from monthly statements accordingly. The debit amounts which are to be deleted from the monthly statements are as under:

                            6. The undersigned has received first time monthly statement of February 2010. No document was received/ sent from your office before that. These monthly statements require amendments as narrated above & informed. It is requested to send the corrected monthly statement of February 2010 duly corrected.

                            7. It is requested to communicate all SBI Credit Card related officials who are expediting wrong dues over mobile/ phone, not to expedite till settlement of the dispute.

                            8. The undersigned could not get any benefit of helpline as I got the line busy all the time.

                            Odd time & repeated mobile calls from SBI Credit Card centers by mobile Nos. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and so on continuously harass me & my family. The operators are not communicated from head quarters about the case(s) under investigation & they occasionally land up in to argument with customers including me jeopardizing peace & tranquility in my work/ office as well as in my home. This requires to be stopped immediately.

                            I request you, sir, to look into the matter and stop harassment to the customer/ consumer with proper & immediate justice.

                            SBI Credit Card — Over Charges and undue harrassment

                            I am living in Amritsar. I applied for SBI Credit in Year 2006 and got the same. My credit Card No. is [protected]. For the credit card I made transactions of about Rs.3300.00 and paid back Rs.4630.00 by means of Cheque and Cash (I have proof of all that). I requested the Credit Card Division in writing to cancel my credit card in November 2007 because they were charging me unnecessary. They did not cancel my credit card, instead they threatened me and my family members on phone from time to time and even visited my house. They said that they are the extortion agents and not recovery agents. I again requested them from time to cancel my credit card and settle the outstanding amount. They cancelled my credit card in June 2008 and made an amount of Rs.12000/- against me which is totally incorrect. When I asked them about the details of this amount they misbehaved with me and used abusive and derogative language against me. SBI Credit Card Peoples are Cheat and they misuse the credit card. Please help me as I am very tense. Few days back I received a call from one of their recovery agent that my dues will be settle with an amount of Rs.3000/-. I agreed but when I asked that they should give this in writing they responded in negative. They threatened to physical damage me and my family members and said they can take law into their own hands. They have physically and mentally tortured me and my family members. I told them that I will register a complaint with Consumer Forum and they said that Consumer Forum can do nothing against them. Please help me as I very tense. I request you to help me. They are saying that I have shopped by credit card which is totally wrong. These SBI Credit Card People are very big cheats and they themselves misuse the cards of their customer. I tell everybody through this complaint to be aware of these cheats never avail a
                            SBI Credit Card.

                            SBI Credit Card — undue Outstandings

                            I have paid the entire amount against purchase. I am not responsible for late receipt of the statement and hence not liable to pay late payment fees. Everymonth I have been received bill with late payment fees and amount now have reached figure of Rs. 3900 which at any cost I will not pay.

                            My request is concern person should look into it and stop consumers harrasment.

                            SBI Credit Card — INTEREST BURDEN & STATEMENTS NOT RECEIVED

                            DEAR SIR,
                            I AM THE HOLDER OF LAST 3 YEARS(CARD NO [protected]) PROBLEM.tILL TODAY I AM NOT RECEIVING MONTHELY STSTEMENT FROM PAST SIX MONTS WHEN I HAD GIVEN THE REQUEST TO THE COUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY WAS SAYING THAT WE HAD SENT YOU IT THE GIVEN ADDRESS.ALSO THEY HAD GIVEN ME A PROTECT INSURANCE .BUT TILL TODAY I HAD NOT RECIVED THE WELCOME KIT OF THE INSURANCE AS WELL AS THE MY POLICY DETAILS AND THEY HAD CAHGRED THE MONTHLY CHARGES EACH AND EVERY MONTH . ABOVE POLICY WAS ISSUED IN LAST 8 MONTHS BACK & SO MANY TIMES I HAD GIVEN THE REQUEST TO DESPATCH THE POLICY KIT BUT TILL DATE I DIDN'T RECIVED THE SAME,

                            IN LAST JAN09 I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT OF 30054/- THRU MY THE CHEQUE AND AT THE PAYMENT TIME THE PERSON IN THE CALL CENTRE OF SBI GIVEN THE PROMISE FOR THE RIVERSAL OF ALL OF ALL INTREST AND LATE FEE ETC. RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.

                            IF FEB MONTH WHEN I RECVED THE STATMENT I WAS SHOCKED THAT I HAD NEVER PURCHASED ANY THING AND IN THE MONTH OF JAN I HAD MADE ALL THE DUES THEN HOW CAN BANK WILL CHARGE THE LAST BALANCE OF 7000/- AND ABOVE, THEN I MAKE A CALL TO SBI BUT I DIDN'T RECIVED THE FAVORABLE REPLY. AFTER THAT I HAD DECIDED TO NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT.

                            AT LAST TODAY ON 2 APR I RECIVDE THE CALL THAT PLEASE MAKE THE PAYMENT AND WE'LL GIVE YOU THE REVIRSEL IN THE NEXT MONTH. BUT HOW CAN I FAITH TO THEM BECOZ THE SAME WORD I HEARD FROM LAST 6 MONTHS.



                            I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR THE REVERSALS OTHER WISE I;LL NOT MAKE THE PAYMENTS. THATS MY LAST STEP.

                            SBI Credit Card — Two Time Settlement, Over Charges and undue harassment of a Patient family.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am living in Gurgaon last seven years. I applied for SBI Credit in November, 2006 and got the same. The limit was my card Rs. 10, 000/-, For the credit card I made transactions of about Rs.10, 000.00 and I did pay my payment by cheques or cash till one year. I requested the Credit Card Division for the Settlement of my credit card in January 2008 because they were charging me unnecessary. Ultimately I received a Settlement letter for full and final payment for to pay sum of Rs. 5, 000.00.

                            I did pay them Rs. 5, 000/- in the two Installment by Cheques. I was satisfy because they provided me settlement letter for no outstanding amount due from my side and committed me NOC will reach my address within seven days. But they did not provide me NOC still now.

                            But I was so surprised that they did not cancel my credit card also after one year, instead they threatened me and my family members on phone at my permanent residence at Uttarakhand. I found that some recovery agency called and abuse to my family member and told they will take strong action against me. They said that they are the extortion agents and not recovery agents. I again requested them that my card has been settled and I have no dues. But they have physically and mentally tortured me and my family members at other state continue.

                            I want to tell you that I have very major problems of my youngest brother, who is patient of Epilepsy and deaf and dump, paralyze for one side he is 21 years old living between life and death. My father was very disturbed by this problem. Ultimately my father gave cheque sum of Rs. 8, 500/- to the person at the address given by him. Now my father is continue calling him but neither he is pick the phone and nor giving answer.

                            When I asked them about the details of this amount they misbehaved with me and used abusive and derogative language against me. SBI Credit Card Peoples are Cheat and they misuse the credit card. Please help me as I am very tense. Few days back I received a call from one of their recovery agent that my dues has been settled an amount of Rs.8500/- They threatened to physical damage me and my family members and said they can take law into their own hands.                                 sir,my motherS mt.BASANT KUMARI W/O SH. KUNWAR PAL SINGH is 92 years gettingfamily pension from U.P. education deptt. through state bank of india ,main branch, ALIGARH 0604. her a/c no is [protected].on 11 /01/10 R s.22395 was transferred to some a/c no.[protected]. on being enquired the the concerned officre told her that this amount was wrongly debited from her a/c.he assured to rectify the mistake .but nothing has done so far .it was planned simply to linger on the matter. now i wish to bring this misdeed through this forum to manager s.b.i.,main branch, aligarh to mitigate my harassment by crediting Rs 22395 to my a/c immediately.

However, the service has not been activated so far. My present mobile no. is [protected](Mumbai). In view of the above, I request you to kindly check the status of the request and activate the SMS asert service on the given mobile no. [protected](Mumbai) at the earliest.

                                    I hold a Savings account in SBI Serilingampally Branch, Hyderabad. I have requested for internet banking profile(kit) on 24th February 2010 and clearly indicated the account number (my account) in the application form for internet banking user profile/kit.
                                    I was given a kit containing a user id and password and have been advised to login and check on Monday (3rd March 2010). Now when i logged into the internet banking site of SBI (www.onlinesbi.com) today, I find that a completely diffrent account has been linked to my profile DESPITE ME SPECIFYING THE ACCOUNT NUMBER CLEARLY IN THE APPLICATION FORM SUBMITTED IN THE BRANCH.
                                    This is a potential mistake with huge impact as it may have happened to my account or any body account which is literally providing access to one's bank account to the inappropriate person.

                                      From December 2008, I am receiving a phone call from SBI ([protected]/76) in my mobile, which asks me for Mr. Asish Taru Goswami. I have taken the mobile from Vodafone directly on Nov 2008 and started getting this call from SBI.

                                      This is happening for almost 15 months despite the fact that I have informed the Callers every time that I am not the person they are calling and asked them to stop calling me. And every time the caller assured me that they are updating at their end and I will not receive any calls. But even after several requests this is not stopping. I am still receiving calls evey week and sometimes even mutiple calls a day.

                                      I think this person "Asish Taru Goswami" is using some SBI products and as a reason SBI is trying to reach him. But SBI has no right to disturb any other person continuously by dialing a wrong number. This is a harrasment to me, receiving a wrong number for a long 15 months.

                                      As a reason, I would request SBI to look after this problem and hope that I will receive no calls from SBI asking for some other person.

                                        Credit Card Division.

                                        This is with reference to SBI Credit Card which was offered to me under false commitments. Request you to read the complete mail and arrange a call back asap.

                                        I had received a call from your Outsourced Agency for taking SBI Credit Card. I was told that there are no joining/cancellation/yearly fees etc. and i was told that i would get a SBI Gold Credit card and Credit /Cash limit shall be equal or more then my existing HDFC card.
                                        Based on what i heard, i believed and agreed to take the card and requested the agency to send someone to collect the documents. I handed over all required documents and took xerox of the Application form papers.
                                        Then i started getting calls from the Verification Agency confirming the Application and they intimated me that there was a joining fee for the card and i have applied for SBI Silver Card. The Application Form no. indicated by your Verification Agency was Wrong and i shared the actual Form No. which i had filled since i have the Xerox Copy with me. I told your Verification agency that i had applied for Gold Card and that i was informed that there were no hidden charges (i.e. joining, cancellation, etc.). After i shared this information to your Verification agency i again got calls from your Outsourced Agency indicating that it was one time payment and i need to agree. I clearly told you Agency that i was not going to say yes for these one time charges and if the charge still persist then they should have informed me and i requested them not to process my application. I got around 7-8 calls from your Agency with different people speaking to me (i.e. Smitha, Divya, Pooja, Poonam) and also to Sonya who said she was the Sr. Manager representing on behalf of SBI and her mobile no. is [protected] (atleast this is what was given to me). I believe the name of your Outsourced Agency was Lead Source Financial Ltd. or something like that. They even went to the extent to telling me that they shall pay the charges from their side/salary and i should say yes to your Verification Agency. I rejected the same indicated that it was not the right approach and then when the call once again came to me from your Verification Agency, i once again clearly stated that i would not like to have this application processed and that i want my documents back and the same was agreed with your Verification Agency.
                                        Then a few days latter i got an SMS indicating that my Application was under process, i immediately called your Customer Care and spoke to your executive informing him (Executive Name: Majid) of the entire incident. Your executive (Majid) informed me that since the Application is in progress there is no other data that was currently visible and hence he (Majid) cannot check whether any charges were cancelled or persisted. I told him to log a complaint and make a note of the same since i had requested not to process the SBI Card if there were any charges associated. Majid was kind enough to give me a Reference no.[protected] for the call and i really hope Majid had documented our discussion.
                                        Today (02-Mar-2010) i received the card, SBI Silver Credit Card and over and above that in the Terms & Conditions it stated that there were charges associated with the Card. Also when i tried calling the customer care i heard a charge of Rs.250/- charged to me for the card.
                                        I am highly disappointed with this attitude and un-professional behaviour from SBI especially since our famly has been with SBI since ages. I am also disgusted by the approach of your Outsourced Agency and Verification Agency which processed this Application Form even after i clearly stated that i would not want the application to be processed. Statements from your Outsourced Agency such as "This is just a one time charge and who bothers of Rs250/- today, if you want i shall pay it from my side just say yes to the Verification Agency" are completely unethical and unacceptable. This approach is definitely unacceptable and is highly unprofessional. I had called today (02-Mar-2010) at 1950hrs on your Customer Care no. and when the call was attended by your Executive (Umang) he just put me back on the IVR without even listening to me and then after 7min. on the IVR, i heard that Customer Car is closed for the day.
                                        I am disgusted with this approach right from your Outsourced Agency who committed fraud, your Verification Agency who processed the Application even after i told them not to process the application and the attitude of your Executive (Umang) who did not bother to even lend a ear to me and understand what was the issue before putting me on the IVR.
